https://github.com/siklon/usb-miner/tree/master/software/cpuminer

Short summary:
* Added hashrate statistics
* Added auto per-chip frequency tuning
* Added JSON API at port 4028 -> send {"get":"stats"} to get stats for each miner/chip
* Input any frequency you want

Code:
-G, --gc3355=DEV0,DEV1,...,DEVn      enable GC3355 chip mining mode (default: no)
-F, --freq=FREQUENCY  set GC3355 core frequency in NONE dual mode (default: 600)
  -f, --gc3355-freq=DEV0:F0,DEV1:F1,...,DEVn:Fn      individual frequency setting
-A, --gc3355-autotune  auto overclocking each GC3355 chip (default: no)

It should work on Rpi, but I haven't tested it yet.

Firmware update will follow shortly, I have managed to pack php5 into the new firmware image, which means that the web interface will be MUCH faster and more responsive.
I have added mining stats for each individual GC3355 chip as well, there will be a button next to each device to expand the stats so it doesn't clutter the whole interface.

Guys do you have any idea why this is happening?

[2014-04-19 00:09:47.221] 1: rejected 33/45 (73.33%) 219.4/2208.6 KH/s
[2014-04-19 00:09:47.221] DEBUG: reject reason: low difficulty share of 0
[2014-04-19 00:10:5.168] 7@4 850MHz: Got nonce cd096459, Hash <= Htarget!
[2014-04-19 00:10:5.168] 7@4: 544s until frequency adjusts to 875MHz
[2014-04-19 00:10:5.207] 7: rejected 33/46 (71.74%) 144.6/2280.7 KH/s
[2014-04-19 00:10:5.208] DEBUG: reject reason: low difficulty share of 0

Itried different pools:
- waffle: worked in the beginning, not anymore DEBUG: reject reason: low difficulty share of 0
- Clevermining: now working after last FW update (v3d)  DEBUG: reject reason: low difficulty share of 0
- LTC: 100% rejects (DEBUG: reject reason: high-hash)
- Doge: not working

First 12hrs it wokrd very well with Waffle pool
i even tried setting diff with entering "d=512" for password with waffle, but i cant seem to make it work. Suddenly I'm getting a ton of rejects (>50%) and very low HR (1600kH for 10 miners)
Settings:
General freq: 850
Auto overclicking
Using LA controller

The other 10 miners are still on LA controler version 1.0 and working OKayish on 850Mhz (10 miners @ 3300-3400 Kh).

Any ideas appreciated!

I am having the same problem with v3.

- Wafflepool: On v1 worked great with freq=850 and hashrate @ about 3400kh/s. Now on v3 I get 70+% rejects and if I get lucky around 1000kh/s
- Coinshift: same problem

I have tried everything (power cycling 10+ times, frequency anywhere from 700-900 and running only one of 10 units connected to the controller). The problem is always there...

Does anyone know how to downgrade to v1 or fix this problem on v3?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!!!

Should be fixed in next version, which will be released today.

Looking forward for the new update. This controller and software is the only way to go since Sandor took over.
This thing runs circles around the Pi.

It should work on Rpi, but I haven't tested it yet.
Thanks, great work!
I am going to test this on my Rpi.

I have multipool.us working pretty well. Any chance that we can get this to work with ipominer.com? I'd be willing to chip in to a bounty to add support for ipominer.com.

Anybody use this firmware with moded(volt-mode) over-clocked (=/>1100mhz) gridseeds? Can you share your experience please?
I've tried to mine with volt-moded miner.
It didn't work.
Do you have same problem?

It is beyond my comprehension that users are willing to run hardware on their local network knowing someone else (unknown) has root access to the device. Especially inside the world of digital currencies. Why risk it? Use rasp pi and feel safe in the knowledge that you are in control. The modified mining software used in this binary is on github.
No one has root access to the device, stop making things up.  Feel free to run a network sniffer to confirm.

Maybe someone can try to change the root pw, activate ssh and create a new backup by a ttl adapter:
http://forums.openpilot.org/blog/52/entry-92-unbrick-wr703n-wifi-router/
http://zerolab.net/2013/04/30/tp-link-tl-wr703r-unbrick/
I dont like a closed system in my network too, i totally agree to Xell.
Its a good work, but we must be able to check what it is doing else. Sorry Sandor.

Is ssh not active? I gave away my 703n , so can't check.
SSH is disabled and serial console is disabled.

I flashed it my wiibox controller.
LightningAsic Gridseed Controller Firmware V3 has many many problem!!!
You don't want open root access?
At least you have to offer backward method by web.
I hope you will do soon~~~~

Got it running on a rpi, working nice.
Only problem that remains is mining on p2pool. Tried different nodes, but it won't accept shares.
This is from the p2pool log:
Worker xxxxxx submitted share with hash > target

boo... unable to unpack firmware....

Wasn't expecting it to update anyway, since I get the same error with version D..

Would it be possible to install openwrt on raspberry pi, and then load this firmware on it sandor??

Can someone point me in the right direction for getting this to run on a rpi? I'm a complete Linux noob, so any advice is greatly appreciated!

Login as root, or use 'sudo -s' if using another user:

Code:
apt-get update
apt-get install -y build-essential libtool libcurl4-openssl-dev libncurses5-dev libudev-dev autoconf automake screen
git clone https://github.com/siklon/usb-miner.git
cd usb-miner/software/cpuminer
./autogen.sh
./configure CFLAGS="-O3"
make

I also suggest to run 'rpi-update' and 'apt-get upgrade' to get the latest firmware and updates for your Raspberry Pi.
