There is nothing wrong with Liverpool, they played well, it's just that the chances they created couldn't be converted into goals. The team that manages to score and maintain the lead will win. And that's what happened with Galatasaray.

I have been following football matches since 2006 and i have also come to believe that nothing is impossible in this game, and also that a club is at the top of their League doesn't guarantee that they will win all matches, Liverpool this season i don't see them as other people do if you notice well you will know that Liverpool winning always comes at the end of the added time that's majority of their their winning this season they have now lost 2 matches in a row and if chelsea should perform well this weekend in the premier league they can get 3 points against Liverpool.

This season, Liverpool wins have been narrow, including their champions league match against Atletico Madrid, where they led by two goals and Atletico nearly equalized. Liverpool secured a late win. Given both teams current form, particularly Chelsea decline after winning Club World Cup final, a draw in their upcoming premier league match wouldn't surprise me.

It's not really as big of a deal as people make it out to be. Liverpool, even after losing to Palace, is still leading the premier league, and they still have more games left in UCL and got win on their first game anyways.

So when you consider all of these, it's not really a big deal for them at all, it should be fine and they could do it.

I personally believe they are going to do a fine job and win both premier league and be in top 8 of UCL, or if not, at least playoffs.

Chelsea need to win this game to bring back some motivation into the team because of they're to lose this game then things might begin to get worsr for them. Unfortunately this match is going to be very hard for them to win because they don't have Cole Palmer that's their best player for many seasons now. Jose Mourinho will want to go home with a point atleast if he can't get all three points from this game therefore we're set to witness an entertaining and interesting game. Somehow Chelsea were able to narrowly win this one on a 1:0 score, which wasn't a solid victory that can be said to be that Chelsea team showed a home dominance. It was even an own goal from a defensive error in the process of Garnacho crossing of the ball. In the weekend they have to face another important game against the defending champion of the EPL. Base on performance in the UCL my confidence on Chelsea charging Liverpool is in that game is sketchy despite that Liverpool lost their game to Galatasaray anyway.

I couldn't watch the match live, but I was really surprised by the result. It was a Champions League match between the top team of the Premier League this season and the top team of the Turkish League, naturally I expected Liverpool to win the match easily, but I was completely wrong, they proved me wrong. It was a home match for Galatasaray, yet Liverpool were the favourites to win, but Liverpool tasted defeat in their second match of the Premier League. This is really a source of disappointment for Liverpool fans.

PSG injury is just so much, I wish the full team was for tonight, this game would've be like a final. Because the fans are bully each other online, the banter is getting hit up. One thing I know is that Barcelona will not have an easy game, PSG regardless of their injured players will give Barcelona a tough time tonight. We were all delighted with Galatasaray's victory over the English champions. After Osimhen scored from the penalty, I knew we had to defend, and we did so very well. There were also a few more chances, but they weren't taken advantage of. Perhaps two or three goals could have been scored in this match. Still, getting three points against an opponent like Liverpool is a fantastic experience. We were worried after conceding five goals against Frankfurt in the first leg, but it seems Galatasaray is finally finding its footing.

I was really impressed with the performance Galatasaray showed last night and also the support from the fans and the atmosphere boosted the spirit of the players. Galatasaray defended well and was so good on the counter attack with Osimhen leading up front, his presence didn't let Liverpool build comfortably from the back and Liverpool even got lucky Osimhen missed a couple of chances to extend their lead. Having such kind of striker with good midfielders and defense to support is a blessing.

For real, the Barcelona vs PSG game is clearly the main match to watch tonight, even though Monaco vs Manchester City could also surprise people. I really hope Flick chooses the right players because I seriously want Barcelona to beat PSG at all cost.

Galatasaray were really ambitious to win the home game - they did it, it was really amazing. I see a sense of underestimation of Galatasaray by Arne Slot, given the starting lineup he fielded. Players numbered 9, 10 and 11 were benched because Slot likely believed Liverpool could impress with other players. I agree this was necessary rotation - but I disagree about the need for so many good players to be benched.

Galatasaray were formidable in defense and very dangerous in attack. They were able to capitalize on Liverpool's defensive mistakes - they were simply unlucky not to score. Besides the defeat - Liverpool also had to bear the consequences of two player injured during the match.

I felt the same way. While I thought they'd pull off a comfortable victory against Galatasaray, their defeat shows Liverpool are entering a difficult period. A very difficult period awaits them, especially considering their recent defeat to Crystal Palace. If they play like this, they'll fall far behind in the Premier League title race.

I honestly never gave Galatasaray a chance against Liverpool, I thought that Liverpool will be all over them even though I know that Istanbul is a difficult place to play as an away team. The game was very entertaining and the spotlight was on victor osimhen since he nearly came to the English premier league during the summer, so everyone in my locality was like if he is good enough to play in the premier league, he has to deliver against this Liverpool team, though he miss a few couple of chances but he was really a handful and a threat to Liverpool backline throughout the game, his penalty goal was enough to give his Galatasaray side the desired result, so a big congratulations to them for get their first three points of their uefa champions league campaign.
