yes it is not only Liverpool that is playing in the champions League, Arsenal, Manchester city and Chelsea are playing in the champions league but they are not facing same issue that Liverpool is facing. Therefore, using that as an excuse for there poor performance this season means the person don't know what is actually happening to Liverpool. Arne Slot's tactics from last year have been figured out. Whether you're a manager or a player, you absolutely need to improve yourself. Arne Slot cannot continue managing Liverpool like this. I think one of the main issues is that Liverpool signed too many new quality players at once. Individually they are good, but as a team they still haven’t fully clicked yet. That kind of chemistry takes time, and I don’t think it’s fair to put most of the blame on the coach right now. This looks more like a squad balance and adaptation problem than purely a tactical one. The coach is under pressure that's why you see him trying to vent his anger on some of the players because he feels his players are the reason why the team is not winning games after all the money that the management spent on signing players this season, Mo Salah seems to be the only player that is not in good relationship with the manager because of how hurt he felt since he had been benched but as a good manager the best thing would be to make peace with all his players so that they can play together to save his job.

The manager's conflict with the players is making Liverpool a worse situation than they already are. I don't think it reflects professionalism on the part of a manager or a player. A coach should have a good relationship with the legendary players in his team and should discuss the good and bad of the team with the legends. On the part of the players, they should also work according to the manager's advice for the benefit of the team, making sacrifices if necessary. But the conflict created by the disconnection with each other is enough to lead the whole team to a worse situation.
