I think he is quite in a dilemma about the current situation that requires him to be absent from one of the leagues that he actually wants to participate in to compete with other players on the international stage of the Champions League, but his hopes are difficult with the request for his presence.

He did Score 3 in one match and then 2 in another, maybe if he had played Galatasaray wouldn’t have dropped those points and he might have scored atleast 2 or more in those games. If we look at the statistics of both of them currently the number of goals they have scored is not much different but Mbappe does seem more dominant in scoring goals, I think it is quite difficult to determine who is the top scorer this season because the journey is still long and we don't know what will happen to these two players and there is also the possibility of injury but hopefully they stay fit because I hate hearing news of injuries to players who usually contribute the most because the absence of important players can affect the overall performance especially Haaland and Mbappe are strikers who are always relied on by their respective teams.

Simeone is still doing a pretty good job with Atletico Madrid. 14 years man... It sounds strange you know. He can't compete for the La Liga title much now. But his team is still in top 8 in the Champions League. The only issue is that they have conceded too many goals here.

It won't be easy to find more players like the two you mentioned.
