Result of who will score more will depend on two things, one is who will stay healthy most and will play in every game, and the other is whose team will go further. If they both face each other on the finals that would not be a problem, but if one of their teams loses beforehand than the one who plays more games will have more chance, only if they both stay healthy of course.

But even penalties matter, because in City I have seen others use penalty too, to me Haaland should use every single penalty so that he would have a higher chance to get the lead. But they are both very good scorers without a doubt.

Beauty of soccer is few big players always have rivalries, few years back there was too much talk about Ronaldo and Messi now soccer enters into new era with Mbappé and Haaland who are leading their clubs and countries for to their best.

This new season's champions league will be tough and I doubt that those clubs who where able to make it into the semi's would get such a chance. Clubs like Arsenal would have to work extra hard if they hope to see even the quarter finals, that's why when they had their chance when they met PSG they should have taken it. Imagine Luis Enrique not including the Gunners as one the clubs to pose a headache to them in their journey to winning the title but rather mentioned the likes of Liverpool and Aston Villa.

The four teams that have played in the semi-finals this season may not see the maximum teams of these four teams in the semi-finals of the Champions League next season. Just as Manchester City performed poorly this season, another team qualified for the semi-finals in place of Manchester City, similarly, Real Madrid, which has performed well regularly, could not play the semi-finals this season due to poor performance, as a result of which another club played in the semi-finals in place of Real Madrid. I can't remember the last time Liverpool had a losing streak, but I think this year is their worst start to a year. It's unclear what's happening, as if everything they planned from the start of the season and the addition of new strengths has actually ruined what they built last year. Could this be about player adaptation? Or is this just a misplanning? Liverpool is almost like Man City last year, where Pep squad struggled through the first half of the season after their key midfield pillar was out for a long time and KDB performance declined. During the transfer windows, Liverpool were suppose to have signed new defenders because their defence was already looking porous but they were more focused on signing attackers and their focus was not on the defenders. They are really facing hard times in the league now and this will really affect them very well from now in the premier league and champions league if nothing is done. The only two people I see as good defenders are Konate and Van Dijk, the rest of the positions needs a more experienced and better defenders.

I don't think Atlético Madrid fans get bored watching their favourite team. It's true that Diego Simeone doesn't offer spectacular football, but his tactics work quite well and when they attack, they hurt their opponents a lot!
As against Inter, they first waited for their opponents and then punished them for their first defensive mistake.

Truly they are both great players, but I think that it's odd comparing both of them together because they are two different players that doesn't play the same position and plays in a different way, so such comparison is not healthy to me.
If erling haaland is being compared to Victor osimhen who is a center forwarder like him, it would have been better, even though he is more clinical than Victor osimhen, but comparing erling haaland with Kyler mbape that is more of a winger or a supporting striker is not ideal even though he always scores a higher numbers of goals.
Why you will know that the comparison is not healthy is that, both of them can play comfortable in the same team without any of them seating on the bench for each other.

I agree with you, it is very difficult to compare Mbappe and Haaland because they are different types of players.  
However, the fact is that Haaland depends much more on the team than Mbappe.  
Mbappe can create a chance and score a goal on his own when his team is not doing well, and that is his added value, which is currently very important for Real, who are currently in a big crisis in terms of play and results.  
Haaland is very effective in front of the opponent's goal but still does not contribute to the team as much as Mbappe.

Arsenal looks the favorite for this match, but I don't think it's going to be an easy one for them to win. Like you mentioned Inter Milan will want to win this game, so they stand a better chance to qualify in the top 8, so they can qualify automatically to the round of 16. They are also playing at home, which should make the game a lot more difficult for Arsenal and much easier for Inter Milan.
Arsenal will certainly qualify in the top 8, since they are on top of the champions league table with 3 points gap and they are also in contention for the premier league, so this might make the match much easier for Inter Milan, because they will want to rest a lot of their players, so they can be fresh to push a title charge in the premier league. Although Arsenal has a good squad,  so I might just go for a draw in this match.
