Yes, home advantage will play huge role, but am not really sure about Bayern Munich match, those guys have great attacks that can overwhelm Atalanta players, so it won't be easy. Then on the Barcelona issue, yes you are right, Barcelona often have bad performance and the major reason id their high line.
