I understand the reasoning for the low chances for Real Madrid to make it to the finals talk more of even wining the damn team. They weren't just unlucky to draw Man City but they also got placed in the worst path in the UCL, if they manage to beat City, which ihighly doubt, they will have to face Bayern and that's not going to be easy as I don't trust Arbeloa to take Madrid that far.

Liverpool have not been their best this season but they've been doing well in the Champions League and would be a tough opponent for Galatasaray, may be Galatasaray might be a threat at home but at Anfield I doubt they'll have a good result there. If the Galatasaray team can find a way to play solidly as a team! I strongly believe they can pull off the offset of the competition because they clearly have an edge when it comes down to the attacking depth, with Victor Osimhen as the leading man they posses the weapon every defense is scared to face, that guy play like a bull! he press the defense line and force them to make mistakes the steals the ball and create good chances, if his teamates decides to give him the service he requires, I think they will eventually go all the way to the semi final.

I believe they're the favorite in this match because they gat the quality than Galatasaray to me. However, I wouldn't be surprised if Galatasaray win Liverpool because football is full of surprises.

Yes it is, but not really like some big surprises.. I always believe the UCL is a tough one and can be somehow unpredictable. You could be strong and still end up getting eliminated R16 shows some higher level of competition compared to the previous stages, but there isn’t that much luck to qualify for such a stage, which means most teams are capable of taking on each other.

Yeah, we can still agree Liverpool has a higher probability of qualifying than Gala. but it’s all based on previous stats..UCL defies them in most games.

I understand the logic behind this calculation. Depending on which side of the knockout stage a club is... However it just doesn't make sense at some points.

For example Sporting are given nearly the same chance as Real Madrid for the CL title. Newcastle are favoured more than PSG and Real Madrid for it? There is more and these all sound ridiculous. 

Well I personally feel that it is accurate to some extent, especially in the case of real Madrid, it is clear that they are not in good for, and on top of that they have a very hard way to go unto even semi finals.

It's pretty clear now how everything is going well for Arsenal this season, they really have to try their best to make sure that all this thing's are worth it.

Galatasaray defense is so terrible thats why they are always conceding easily in matches, which am expecting them to concede against Liverpool also, but right now Liverpool performance isn’t so good this season, they are just struggling, and Galatasaray might be taking advantage of that, so we should just expect anything to happen in the match, Galatasaray performance has been good this season.
