I'd pick BTTS instead of a direct bet on PSG. Reason? I think you're right about PSG is being favored to win the game, but their performance is also up and down same as Chelsea. Imagine, you are topping a league when you have no competitor with billion valuation, but you struggle to dominated the league with the huge gap.
So, they're in the same stance as Chelsea. I'd be giving them 50:50 even when they face Chelsea at home.

You are right. There is no way  to consider Bodo/glimt as weak. They have managed to defeat the strong inter milan in both the play-off matches. They have won both matches with good performance . There is no way to say that they won only because of good luck.

Bodo/Glimt was able to perform well in the first  round as well. They  have defeated two giants of europe like atletico madrid and manchester city. They have shared  points with dortmund. They were also able to perform very well against juventus.

In the round of  16 match against sporting, I definitely consider Bodo/glimt as the favorite , sporting is not necessarily a weak opponent. But Bodo/glimt has the full  ability to defeat sporting. And Bodo/glimt is very serious about the champions league.

In my opinion, I don't think this applies to the current Real Madrid and given their weak performance from group stage and the playoff, honestly I don't really think they have that ability to beat Manchester City. This Bodo Glimt club actually reminds me of FC Porto when they emerged champions of europe after a wonderful campaign defeating the likes of Manchester United, Deportivo Lacoruna and Monaco thereby emerging winners of the competition despite been the underdogs with a team whose players were not well known and a coach without much profile.

Bodo Glimt seem like the wonder of this year's edition of the champions league, they have eliminated last year's runners up, Inter Milan and have also beaten the Atletico Madrid and Manchester city,

Personally, I think Galatasaray will pose a serious threat to Liverpool, those guys are really in form expect if Liverpool brings in their A game before they can be able to overcome this Turkish side. As for Manchester City and Real Madrid, those those teams really will pose a serious threat to themselves and I'm not going to pick a side because both of them are capable of qualification but I don't know which of them will make. PSG I'm supporting again in this encounter with Chelsea. As for the other side, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid will go through, Arsenal as well will beat Bayern Leverkusen. Sporting CP will not easily be gotten rid off but from what Bodø/Glimt has been playing so far, they stand a chance of going through as well.

I can says that madrid always struggle when facing small team but when is big club they do there best and get the victory. The shocking news of all is that the man the club has picked as favorite may not stay to win this league with them that only if they stand the chance. What I want to see with Real Madrid now is survival, not winning, there used to be a time when things will be bad for them and they will still find a means to win but now they will just make appearance and act like all is good but there is nothing good about the team, Rodrigo and Vinicious alone can't lead this team to final, no way it's happening.

You're not far from the truth, but the thing is, I will still not use the actions of the group stages. The champions league is of 2 different phase which we all know is of group stage phase and knockout phase, for me I have come to understand the competition, just as it has 2 different phase, the real teams has decided to do it in 2 different ways. Don't get too serious in the first phase, just make sure you qualify for the second phase and get serious from there. Don't be surprised that the big teams that were easily beaten in the group stages will turn around and play better if they happen to meet same opponent again in the next stage. Seeing six out of the six English Premier League clubs that qualified to play in the UCL this season in the round of 16 honestly proves that the English Premier League is currently the best league in the world but I strongly doubt that majority of them will reach the next stage of the competition.

They have beaten some good teams in the past and by a good margin. But like then, there will be a lot of difference between the matches now and these matches will not be easy for Bodo/Glimt at all. The next match might be easy for Bodo/Glimt because it will be played at their home ground. But we might see a lot of attack in the middle of the match because Sporting is also performing well at the moment and is in a good consistent position. They have been doing very well since the beginning and are performing much better than Bodo/Glimt.
