To be honest I didn’t expect Real Madrid to fight well against Bayern Munich at Bayern Munich home, Real Madrid truly show why they are the king of the Champions League, even if Real Madrid is not in a good form they can still deliver a good performance in the Champions League, the match was going well until Camavinga spoiled everything for his teammates by collecting an unnecessary red card, Real Madrid is ready to take Bayern Munich to an extra time so that they can hurt Bayern Munich in counter attack and Camavinga spoil everything they plan for the game.

Bayern Munich is the better team in the game but Real Madrid individual performance help them and Arbeloa is the one to blame for the loss because he was the one that brought Camavinga when he knows that Camavinga is the worse player in Real Madrid squad. Vinicius and Mbape can not play together with the way they played against Bayern Munich, they have many chances to give the ball to each other but their selfishness will not allow them, to be honest Real Madrid need to allow one of these players go to find a balance in the team, for months now Vinicius has been playing very bad and Real Madrid wants to give him a good contract with high salary, i just hope the team does not make mistake at the end.

Arsenal will face Atletico Madrid in the semifinals which I’m not even surprised. Arsenal humiliated Atletico Madrid the last time they meet in the group stage, but I don’t think the same thing is happening this time around, Arsenal have lose their form and Atletico Madrid players will give their best to make it to the next round. I can’t wait to see them play again.

But I’m on the opposite side here. As I already said inthis post, facing Arsenal is not the best option for Atletico because their tactical style of play is quite different, and I am in doubt whether Simeone will manage to adapt his charges to Arsenal’s constantly changing structural positioning. Sporting could be an easier target for them because the latter prefer to keep the ball and occupy more predictable areas.

The ideal final must be PSG vs Atletico. 

I would love to see the final be Paris Saint-Germain vs Atlético too, and it’s about time Atléti won the Champions League, not least to give some meaning to Simeone’s 15 years in charge. They have come close before but have always fallen just short; sooner or later it has to happen, and they would certainly deserve it. Of course, PSG and Bayern Munich are two absolutely top-class teams.

Bayern Munich played poorly compared to the first match. Real Madrid created more effective chances. Arda's goal in the 35th second put Real Madrid ahead, but Bayern Munich responded very quickly. Real took the lead, but couldn't maintain it for long. If they had, Bayern would have struggled much more. Although Pavlovic's goal came early, Bayern Munich always had the psychological advantage.

The biggest factor in losing this round was the absence of Courtois in Real Madrid's goal. Lunin is not suitable to be Real Madrid's goalkeeper. I would advise Real Madrid's management to sign Galatasaray's goalkeeper Uğurcan Çakır. Their goal would be secure for at least 10 years.

Both teams scored goals at the beginning after mistakes made by their goalkeepers. Bayern managed to equalize and win mostly due to Eduardo Camavinga's stupid second yellow card. I don't know if we should put all the blame to Camavinga. Maybe with him on the field, the match would have continued to another 30 minutes added time and possibly penalties. Who knows what would've happened then. It was an interesting game to watch and both team were world class. This season would most likely be failure for Real Madrid and who knows, maybe the season would've still been a failure, even if Xabi Alonso remained a Real Madrid coach until the end.

Real Madrid showed a good fighting spirit and I must say it was a very good performance from Real Madrid, I was a bit disappointed with their Bayern’s performance because the way they played against Real Madrid at the Bernabau Stadium was quite different was what I was seeing a Allianz Arena, they conceded an early goal through Manuel Nuer mistake which was a complete blunder, I wasn’t impressed how they were playing but I think they had to take their chances and they have also been clinical with the way they are playing, and it was a very tough game and Real Madrid was very determined to turn things around, the game was more intense at first half when both teams was scoring goals for fun, but I think the late red card was the difference for the late in the late minutes.

In my opinion, the arsenal vs. Sporting match was less exciting because there were no goals, and it ended in a 0-0 draw. Sporting and Arsenal were very disappointed. Although they had chances, they couldn't score. This shows that these teams are equally strong. However, Arsenal is very fortunate because, despite the draw, they won the first leg by scoring one goal, which ultimately means Arsenal has advanced to the semifinals. All that you said here are true, and their poor outing last night nearly cost them the game if camavinga was stupid enough to get a red card after coming on in the second half of the game. I was really impressed with the performance of real madrid last night, even though they lost, but  before the red card came, they were doing everything right, but the stupidity of camavinga cost them the game.

I think it's a very interesting game and I can boldly say that the both teams deserve to qualify, but I must confess that I really feel sorry for Real Madrid after they were able to qualify. Think the red card to Camavinga turned the game around an gave the advantage to Bayern Munich, but that's nobody's fault, but his. Real Madrid might have lost the game, but I think they left with their heads up just like Barcelona.

I underestimated Atletico Madrid when I saw the quarterfinal draw against Barcelona, you know that Barcelona usually beat them, so I expected the same result from them, thinking that we could see Arsenal and Barcelona in the next round. Yes, the point is,, I was truly impressed with the way the Munich players played in this match. Although they were sometimes pressured by Real Madrid's deadly attacks,, the Bayern players were incredibly calm and were able to turn the situation around with great accuracy. So,, with that in mind, Bayern deserved to win this match and advance to the semifinals. Because, basically,, Real Madrid played quite well in this match. So, if Bayern couldn't match that well, I think Munich could have lost this match.

But the Bayern players really have excellent spirit and stamina. As evidenced by the fact that until the match ended,, the Bayern players still looked quite strong. So,, yes, I congratulate Bayern on advancing to the semifinals. And regarding the semifinal match against PSG, I think Bayern does have the potential to win. Diego Simeone is the man, he rested his players and now, they've qualified for th semi final. It's no miracle but a complete hard work out in by the players and the managers. Atletico De Madrid have qualified for the semi final of the UEFEA Champions League. ATM won Barcelona at the metropolitano. This is the game we want to watch and see. On the other hand, Barcelona did their best but it wasn't just enough.

We are all actually criticizing Barcelona's poor performance, as if it were a given that they would win, diverting our focus precisely on Atlético Madrid and complimenting us on the work done.

I believe that Courtois was out injured because if you check the reserve team of real madrid, he wasn't on their bench, which shows that he is unavailable, the two other goalkeepers on the bench were Gonzalez F. and Navarro Jimenez, so he was no where to be found.

I see your statement exaggerated though even the King of the Champions League?
He offered a match with performances equal to his current ability to get results (which is not at its peak at the moment).

I don’t think it’s right to blame the coach for yesterday’s game. He came with the right mentality and right players it’s just a matter of bad luck and poor refereeing. Coaches use common sense as an excuse for the Barça game that they robbed them, why didn’t common sense apply in such situations knowing the consequences of a red in this game.
Real Madrid gave a surprising performance (well not so surprising cos they’re Madrid) but it was a fight to the end… so the big Spanish giants are out of the competition only Atletico remains.

Yesterdays game showed which team should win the Champions League. FC Bayern Munich is going to win it, unbelievable, but that is how it is. You have to win games like this to be the best. Olise and Kane made the difference, without them, the game would have ended different. Manuel Neuer made a bad game and should have prevented two goals. But no one will talk about that anymore, the game is won. I now believe that Bayern Munich will win this season, yesterdays performance was so strong. Real Madrid was also strong. they had a good chance.
