If there is any team that can match the energy of Bayern Munich this season then it's probably going to be PSG and forget the fact that they have lost to Bayern Munich, this time around it will be a different stage and even on the game they lost they still showed pure class in their performance. The game will be an intense one just like the Madrid tie and hopefully the winner from here might be crown champions.

Bayern and PSG are great teams but they always feel a bit cold to me. I'm glad to see Bayern knock Real out. Real is probably the most antipathic team in the world. Now PSG and Bayern will play each other in semi final so we'll see only one of them in the final.
I predicted 3 of 4 semi final teams. Only Barca let me down, they should've been here too. Anyway, it was an open road for Arsenal and now they have a greater chance to be in the final. It's hard to say whether PSG or Bayern reach the final but Arsenal have to beat them and end the drought this season. There couldn't be a better time.

Everyone have a team in mind that they think is capable of winning the UEFEA Champions League trophy this season. Arsenal have done their best but with the way they've performed, I don't think they can stand any chance to win this UCL following the switch on and off performance. Gunners just need to do better if they want to win games this season. It doesn't only applied to the UEFEA Champions League by also the English premier League where there's fierce opposite sides.

I don't blame with Camavinga bad performance last night against Bayern Munich but not his day playing as substitute players and got red card. I believe he comeback good performance next season and Camavinga really crucial player for Madrid because can play well at several position.

Camavinga came in as a substitute player, only to get two yellow cards in a UCL quarter finals game (leg 2 of 2) when the score was already 3:3 in the 86th minute and you're saying we shouldn't blame him? Who are we to blame, the coach for letting him play? Everyone else got a yellow, Rudiger for instance but he was cautious throughout the game. Well, Bayern turns out to be very good at taking advantage of such loopholes, and that's exactly what they did. Bet Liverpool will be in premium tears for letting Diaz out in the first place.

They are not the favorite to win the Champions League, even if Polymarket and other prediction markets are giving them a high percentage chance to win it. If Bayern Munich will win PSG im sure they will whoever they meet in the final. At the same time, dont write Arsenal off. Last season people understimated PSG until they got to the final. Just imagine if sporting scored Yesterday that maybe Arsenal meant not qualify for the next round. I was surprised the way Arsenal where playing, with what they displayed yesterday if they continue wirh such form i don't see them winning the premier league title talk more of champions league now they'll face Atletico Madrid in semi final if what they played against sporting cp is what they'll display with ATM, Arsenal will not survive it because Atletico is ready to face Arsenal in next round.

I honestly wondered why sporting could not get a goal in that yesterdays game, they would have been the ones to qualify possibly, because a goal from them would have gotten the game to extra time and possibly penalty shoot.  Arsenal foresaw the game and decided to probably play that way, it could also be that they would have gotten a  goal too if the Sporting had gotten one, they defensively followed the rhythm of the game.

I think Arsenal always struggle when  they face teams that never know when to give up, who are constantly running after the ball wherever it goes. That’s exactly  how Sporting played against Arsenal, though they were unlucky in front of goal, but they were more motivated than the home side. Atlético Madrid also seems to have similar  traits to Sporting, and will most likely pile on the pressure against Arsenal in the semi-finals. Arsenal may be the favourites given their  greater squad depth, but Atletico Madrid possesses a tremendous fighting spirit, so both teams certainly  have a chance in this match. What’s interesting about they both is that neither has ever tasted  victory in the Champions League .

Real Madrid truly suffered from the amount of attacks and ball possession, they played badly in their defense, letting all the pressure for the goalkeeper who wasn’t in a great position as well. I saw that every chance or attempt by the opponent as a shot or dangerous attack, the defenders were just watching and following the attackers without any tries to recover.

I believe also that Vinicius was one of the main reason that Real Madrid couldn’t score more goals by being selfish and performed one of the worst matches of his career today.

Football isn't mathematics and anything can happen, but I still doubt Arsenal's performance to the point of beating Athletico Madrid. The problem with arsenal at The moment is inconsistency, They have been performing quite well until recently they have been incurring losses, this decline in performance has only affected them in their domestic league, it makes me wonder if they are putting in more effort into the champions league than the premier league. if we try to compare these two teams we would see that arsenal has more chances of winning but their current state makes me doubt if they can actually play against atletico Madrid that are showing lots of resilience recently.

I think both Arsenal and Atletico who have never won the competition before have greater chance now if any of them gets to the final, if Atletico goes I think it will be fierce but they have been there before. As for Arsenal it was a very long time ago and personally if you ask me I will months ago with how Arsenal plays they can seriously take on any of this three clubs been it PSG, Bayern Munich and even Atletico , and they will win. If not for the recent crisis or turn of form that they are in currently I will say that they are perfectly capable of winning both trophies which is the domestic league and the champions league. But Arsenal recent performance is something to be worried about and if we could even see them win any of the trophies because with this recent performance I don’t see them getting past any of the remaining three opponents and also city in the game.

My prediction is PSG retaining the title because they simply just keep getting better with every game but seriously I am not convinced with Bayern Munich performance after watching them leave spaces behind in the Real Madrid game

Every player has a bad day. He was just unlucky on that night that the referee was too quick and gave his a second yellow card for holding on to the ball for a couple of seconds. Another refeere wouldn't have give that second yellow card

Athletico Madrid and Arsenal will face each other for the semi final too and the way I see the match Arsenal can qualify to the next round in the competition and face PSG or Munich in the final. The way Arsenal are doing this season they are much better then Athletico Madrid in the competitions this season. Let see how things will goes for the semi final of ucl.

I have a thought: the way Atletico Madrid is playing is on another level, and Arsenal is playing very good football right now, but things are complicated because they're about to lose the Premier League and now they have the pressure of the Champions League on top of them. I think it's a lot of pressure, and if they're not careful, they could lose both. So, I think this is where you start to think. You still haven't won anything; you can win everything, win something, or win nothing. And the way Atletico Madrid has been playing is fantastic, so I would go for Atletico.

The ideal final must be PSG vs Atletico. 

Bayern Munich against PSG is going to be a very interesting match: when the German team played against Real Madrid, they were the clear favorites in my opinion. Now, against PSG, I really don't know who is favorite. Maybe I would still go with Bayern because they are scoring a lot of goals; last year Dembelé had an incredible season and this year, of course, he performances are more average. In the meantime Bayern have Kane, Olise and Diaz who keep scoring.

Arsenal will face Atletico Madrid in the semifinals which I’m not even surprised. Arsenal humiliated Atletico Madrid the last time they meet in the group stage, but I don’t think the same thing is happening this time around, Arsenal have lose their form and Atletico Madrid players will give their best to make it to the next round. I can’t wait to see them play again.

But I’m on the opposite side here. As I already said inthis post, facing Arsenal is not the best option for Atletico because their tactical style of play is quite different, and I am in doubt whether Simeone will manage to adapt his charges to Arsenal’s constantly changing structural positioning. Sporting could be an easier target for them because the latter prefer to keep the ball and occupy more predictable areas.

Yea I think Sporting would have been preferable for Atletico Madrid than Arsenal because in that group stage Arsenal beat Atletico Madrid 4 null in the second half of the game after their first half draw. So I don't really know how this semifinals is going to look like for Atletico Madrid but judging with what happened in the group stage I will say Arsenal will qualify for champions league finals not sure though just what I feel but Atletico Madrid performance this time has improved.

You will understand that Arsenal aren’t a very good team right now, they’re not in a very good form, Arsenal have been struggling to win their knockout stage game in the Champions League, and it’s not confident, it’s a bad team form right now, I’m expecting Athletico Madrid to beat and eliminate Arsenal comfortably because Diego Simeone and Athletico Madrid have more experience than Arsenal and Arteta in the Champions League.

The question here is not who is better Atlético or Arsenal ^{though I do think the latter are stronger} but rather that Atlético would adapt their style to Sporting more effectively than they would to Arsenal. Arsenal are winning almost consistently in Premier League, while Atlético are not even in the leading trio in La Liga. So their chances of beating Arsenal are very, very moderate.

I'm really disappointed with Arsenal though. They looked really bad against Sporting. Only 1-0 on aggregate. I started doubting them against Atletico Madrid already!

I am actually getting tired of watching them play so sluggishly in the second leg against Sporting. Despite having their own field, the lead in their hands, and everything, there was no sign of finishing the match! It seemed like they did not want to win, they would just have to avoid defeat.

Barcelona did everything they could and there was no longer any possibility of doing better than what they did, i must say that they exploited every single possibility and approached the match well at the start, they pushed a lot in attack but Atletico avoided the worst and then managed to score and save themselves.

Barcelona's mistake was that they didn't take advantage of their chances in their home match in the first leg, everyone expected Atletico Madrid to lose at Camp Nou. But what happened was that Barcelona lost, they didn't even manage a draw. If only Barcelona could have held on for a draw, Barcelona would now be in the semifinals.

Barcelona fans are of course disappointed after this match, while Atletico completely deserved this victory. They did their best in this game and made things very difficult for Barcelona. Of course, if Barcelona had scored goals in quick succession at the beginning of the match, the scenario would have been different, but we can say that it was exactly the kind of match Atletico wanted. I'm really curious to see what they will do in the next round; we've seen that the right strategy can even make a team champions

Well said man, at this stage we can't just write anyone off just yet not Arsenal not even Atletico Madrid. It would have made more sense and be more competitive if Barcelona qualified ahead of Atletico Madrid but it is what it is. It's really difficult to pick a favorite right now, if Arsenal hadn't had a rough couple of games they'd be my favorite but they keep messing up. To me I actually rate Bayern ahead of PSG but I think facing each other in this stage is good, we can now see who's the better team between them. If Arsenal makes it to the final I think they've got a chance to win it and I won't be surprised if they do.

This is by far the craziest fixture and I think it will be the most interesting fixture in this competition so far this season. Selecting a clear favorite is really difficult in this game and I think even the bookies will have a hard time picking a favorite and will have to just make the home team the favorite and by just a little difference.

What really surprises me is how Arsenal went from being the favorites in the competition few weeks ago to being doubted by many and lined up as the underdog even against Atletico Madrid. It's really funny

Thats right, both teams have fight vs the best in the world and they won, so they earned their place in the next round. I think the final will be between Arsenal and Bayern Munich, anything else would be a surprise. The first matches are in 10–11 days, and then we see who is for 50% in the final. I think Paris vs. Munich is the better game, and that is on April 28, it is going to be a great semifinal.

Barcelona caught momentum and everything was working perfectly for them, two quick goals made it seem like they could achieve the result they needed if they kept up the same intensity.
