Arsenal is a top team I know, and they proved it by winning the EPL. But look back at Arsenal's results from the quarter finals to the semi finals, you will see that they didn't win those games comfortable, they didn't win those games like a team ready to win the UCL. Not at all, this final will not be interesting the way Bayern Munich and PSG did in the semifinals, that was the best Champions League match I have seen so far, nobody was expecting the both sides to score more goals in a single match, when Bayern Munich scored PSG would responded with an equalizer, and the match ended up 9 goals from both sides, it is not like Arsenal that hardly score more than two goals against their opponents, Arsenal may struggle to get a goal in this final.

Arsenal reached the finals fair and square, while they did faced easier opponents than PSG, there is no doubt about that, they still managed to beat all the teams they faced, and that is what matters.

PSG managed to beat Bayern, so that made it look like PSG is incredible, which they are, but beating Atletico Madrid, specially a Simeone team, on a knock out tourney style games, is not easy neither. So we can't really judge the situation that easily, we should be looking into this as something that might be an issue.
