What exactly am I watching Arsenal is actually leading the game, this is absolutely unacceptable for me, like how is this possible? But my fate still stands in anyway, unless I hear the final whistle I'm not keying into this lead, like what exactly was Paris Saint Germain thinking that they have to let this goal in, and even up till now I'm not really seeing any impressive performance from Arsenal to get this goal, it's indeed a lucky goal no doubt, but I'm very much certain this game is ending in favor of Paris Saint Germain no doubt.

Havertz was able to score within 6 minutes of the start of the game, Arsenal's attack department was successful in the first attack. Their performance was so good that they were quite suitable for victory, PSG team has not been able to make any strong attack yet. Because PSG team's attack department could not break Arsenal team's defense department, but because Arsenal team's attack department is weak, PSG team's defense department was able to break easily.

And the second half is likely to be very intense given that both teams still need more goals.

Arsenal scored in the 6th minute and then parked the bus in front of their goal for the rest of the match. Arsenal are defending very tightly. Kvara hasn't had a single positive contribution. Arsenal's defense seems to have taken great precautions against Kvara. PSG had no chances in the first half. Arsenal currently has the opportunity to win this game than PSG because they're one goal up but they need to be very careful and hold their defense strong to avoid PSG from getting an equalizer. However, there's enough time to play and I expect more goals in this game because PSG will love to break the deadlock in this first half.

I have already explained to many of us here that for the fact that PSG has a great team and good players with good past records, that is not a guarantee that they can win this match. I know that Arsenal will not want to miss this opportunity of winning the champions league for the first time in history. More goals is coming if Arsenal increase there attack.

It's not yet over until, it's over. Arsenal are playing packing the bus pattern which is giving PSG the opportunity to attack them aggressively even though, they haven't gotten that right chance to equalize the goal. That kai Havertz early goal is a game changer, but the ball possession that PSG is commanding will hurt Arsenal because PSG won't let this one slide easily... Am seeing this game going into extra time and winning it there that's if PSG is allowed back into this game but if Arsenal can park the bus then PSG should kiss the UEFA title goodbye

Once Havertz had that ball, he’s first touch said everything. He was up and running with the ball immediately it came off Trossard and there was no stopping him. One would have thought he would choose to pass the ball to Saka that was running in at the other end but, he went ahead to roof the ball and the execution was quite perfectly. There was no way the goalkeeper was having a hand on that and it wouldn’t still get into the net.

Nothing is impossible! For you this is a coincidence? The goal that scored by Arsenal is start from a mistake by PSG player, this is not a coincidence. PSG player feel strong and confidence at the beginning of the game until make that mistake. I agree, there is nothing special from Arsenal play, even now they are more defensive and I think this is part of Arsenal strategy to defend their advantage.

This shouldn’t be a surprise to you. It doesn’t matter if it was a lucky goal or not, if there was no blunder from the opponent’s side then they wouldn’t have gotten the early lead. I don’t know why you said you haven’t seen any impressive performance from Arsenal to have won them that goal. Naturally, this is how the game was going to be, Arsenal will take the lesser possession because they rely on defensive game while PSG plays the more of attacking than them.

PSG have not gotten any clear chances, but Arsenal already got two so far in the game and scored one of them. This was the difference spotted between them that made this game to be seen on a more same level for them. Each of them have their strength and weaknesses and if they use those things for themselves, then it’ll be an interesting match going forward more before the final whistle. Half time is ended and PSG could not still break into the Arsenal defence tonfime the back of the net for an equaliser. It seems Arsenal came completely prepared to defend against this French team. Despite all the possession PSG couldn't get more than 1 short on target. Well, Arsenal has really being impressive as a team, they haven't made clumsy fouls neither felt pressured and if they can hold this game to the next 45 minutes then they definitely gonna be the champions.

Will Arsenal really be able to maintain the lead until the second half? Statistically PSG attacked more but they could not create space to score, had too much possession of the ball and indeed Kvara was always tightly guarded.

There’s nothing lucky about that goal and what you’re watching is a game plan, Luis Enrique isn’t the only one who knows how to strategise. Arsenal know they’re the underdogs or weaker vessels, they can’t go bang for bang with PSG so the only way is to defend and counter. Many wondered why Kai Havertz had to start ahead of Viktor Gyokeres now you see why.

Havertz could have looked up go see Trosard coming towards him for the ball and Arsenal should have been leading coach Enrique by two goals and with how they have been good in the defense that could end all PSG hopes of coming back.

Arsenal suddenly went into a defensive game after scoring a goal in the 6th minutes, Paris saint Germain is not also playing as expected this wasn't what we saw when they played Bayern munich in the semi final maybe it could be due to Arsenal defensive style of play in this match. The second half will decide the match Paris saint Germain will play aggressively in the second half to get a goal so they can level in score, Arsenal should come and play they may not get the results they want if they continue playing defensively.

We are done with the first half, it is it getting more interesting, Arsenal first goal first signals the fear in them as the possession shift to PSG and they take control, before Arsenal eventually get more confidence to continue without fear, they nearly had their second goal before the first half ended, but I still have more fear in PSG because they cannot be predicted, as they can score even at the last minutes to equalize and even score more ahead, this is a second half for arsenal to do more better and never relent on their defensive play.

 Granted, Arsenal are making less threats on their opponents but at least they've registered a goal and a shot on target whereas PSG are yet to. Kai Havertz was the person to score the opener for the Gunners, something that is slowly becoming his stock-in-trade being that he was the same guy who handed the trophy to Chelsea the last time when they played against Man City in 2021.
 This game will be a test for Arsenal if they can be able to match PSG in pace and skills. Honestly, Mosquera is doing brilliantly to stop Kvaratskvelia from causing damage to the Arsenal defense. I just hope they can do better in the second half.

The first half ended but it wasn't quite what I had in mind for a final because despite the quick goal Arsenal got through Kai, the game was pretty monotonous after that.

PSG controlled the field and it's not too strange with the ball possession they had but on the one hand Arsenal also did the usual scheme where parking buss is always one of their schemes when they manage to get an advantage.
Although this method is boring, it cannot be denied that it is effective because even for 45 minutes PSG had difficulty getting on target because almost all Arsenal players were in the box.
I expected things to be more different in the second half but it looks like for Arsenal they will keep applying the same strategy until the end because the goal now is not field play and determination but maintaining the 1 goal advantage they have.

Is like I'm watching Chelsea vs PSG in the World Club Cup final, well this is the champions league and I expect something different but PSG haven't been the PSG that we all know, let's forget the passing and winning in possession is theirs and I don't expect Arsenal to do more touches because they are not that good at touching against a team that is as good in that aspect.
Like I said before now I want Arsenal to win this game and from how things are going the Gunners are still doing what they are told, ho out there and stop every ball from the attackers and midfielders from PSG, this particular plan is going well, less pressure but more need to be done because their game is still open for any one to win, I'm still waiting for a corner from Arsenal let's see how many times PSG are going to defend.

Early goal for the gunners is the difference between both teams at the moment, it was one sided first half but the team with the most ball possession is the team behind at HT. Havertz puts his team ahead just 6 minutes into the game, he capitalised from the  PSG mistake, good anticipation and finishing from Havertz. One incident that people kept on talking about was the Saka incident where he handled the ball in his 18, some speculated it was a penalty others said it wasn't, different opinions flying around.

Just as I thought, after Arsenal scored a goal, now their full attention is on defense, PSG is trying hard, but due to Arsenal's defensive performance, they are not able to take a shot, the first half is over and it is still 1-0, Arsenal will try to win the match in this score, because that is how they play, they are now in a 1-goal lead, So now Arsenal won't attack either, and they are not allowing PSG to attack as well. They will try to win the match by playing this way. But let's see, I hope Arsenal's plan will not last long in the second half, PSG will definitely score, they have to, come on, PSG will definitely be able to break Arsenal's defense, I believe.
