There are only about 6 minutes left in extra time, I think the game will end up going to a penalty shootout, because both teams are performing equally, so I don't know if a goal will come at the very last minute. But I think if the game ends up going to a penalty shootout, then PSG will have a good chance, let's see, the match is really exciting.

The game is uneven because throughout the entire second half and extra time, Arsenal have been defending while PSG have been trying to score another goal. There will still be the second period of extra time to play, if Arsenal manage to hold on, the match will go to a penalty shootout. But penalties are always a matter of chance, at that point, it largely comes down to who gets a bit more luck. I don't think PSG will have any significant advantage in a penalty shootout.

Both clubs tried their best in the penalty shootout, but luck will always have its way on one. It's in the favour of PSG today, and they eventually retain the Champions League title. Arsenal performed more than I expected until they switched to the defensive mode that they overdid, which cost them. Sometimes, the best form of defense is attack, but if you are now focused too much on the defence, anything can happen. Dembélé changed the narrative entirely with the penalty, nonetheless, it's a well done job by Arteta and his team. I give them that.

Finally the match went to a penalty shootout, neither team could score in the extra 30 minutes, Arsenal did not play aggressively in this extra 30 minutes, that was their biggest mistake, PSG tried to attack enough. Arsenal's play in extra time seemed like they wanted the match to go to penalties.

Anyway, after a long and hard game, PSG finally won the Champions League, I knew that PSG would have a good chance in the penalty shootout, and that's what happened. Arsenal missed two penalties by shooting the ball outside the goalpost, and one of them was a missed shot by Gabriel, I didn't expect Gabriel to miss the penalty, but his miss confirmed their defeat, otherwise they would have had their last chance, anyway, penalties depend on luck. PSG missed 1 out of 5 and Arsenal missed 2, and in the end PSG won the title. Many congratulations to PSG.

Can't really blame them PSG tonight is like prime Barcelona with so much off targets lol. If it were any other team, we would have seen at least one red card on the field. Oleoleoleole!!!!! Come on PSG!!!!!! i knew you could do that. Finally, PSG is b2b UCL Champion. They deserve it by playing against a club that only rely upon parking bus & set piece. I'm watching the whole game, and i'm truly impressed with how they are never giving up till the end. I also don't forget to give a special thanks for Mosquera for doing a stupid mistake inside 18 yard.
I'm getting nervious when PSG lose the lead, but very happy with the heroic foul by Mosquera. 

PSG played with everything they have, and i think they deserve this win. PSG win means Arsenal banter for no UCL trophy is continue for another decade.
This proves that Enrique is in another level. He may break Zidane's record by winning UCL three times in a row. 

It’s all about banter now but the reality is that there is no luck in our side because we fought till the end but unfortunately, we weren’t lucky and we lost in the penalties.

Congratulations to PSG team in general, they win the Champions League back to back, and they deserve to win it same as Arsenal too, but just as I said, the luckiest team won the game.

Our season has come to an end with one trophy, it is something to be proud of and we can try again next season to win the Champions League.

The debate is over, but honestly I have to admit Arsenal have a strong defense. Being able to hold PSG until the match has to be a penalty shootout is good enough.

What Arsenal is playing today is what brought them this far, they should be even be commended for not conceding a first half goal from PSV who pass them in both possession and passes completed. This match is a very critical match and any mistake from Arsenal in terms of trying to drag possession with PSG, the game will quickly turn against them. I just hope thet will be able to hold the game to full time in this score.

I have already commended Arsenal for not allowing PSG score a goal in the first half, Arsenal choice of playing a low block game in the first half gave PSG the advantage to pass them in both ball possession and passes completed. You can see the evidence after PSG levelled up against Arsenal through the penalty spot in the second half PSG ball possession reduced because Arsenal came out to play football. If Arsenal had dragged ball possession in the second half before PSG equalized Arsenal could have won the Champions League but their low block game made PSG to score through the penalty spot.

This is one of the reasons I don't like arsenals play, they are majorly focused of defending when they have the talent and opportunity to play both attack and defend. I must commend their defense but a big club like arsenal shouldn't put all their luck on defense. Since PSG tiered the score the boys have showed us a bit a what a final should look like. I think this game is gonna end up in penalty.

I didn't expect the game to get to penalty shootout. Everyone believed that PSG would outplay Arsenal and score more than two goals. The Gunners were able to curtail their attack and also had some good runs in the second half. Penalty is a game of luck and the English side was the unlucky. Reaching the UCL finals is not easy that's why losing in the finals is very painful.

I hope that Eberechi Eze and Gabriel Magalhães will not become victims of racial abuse because of their mistakes. The fans should know that these players were under serious pressure.

PSG are the champions league winners. Can’t pretend I’m not heartbroken with the result. Arsenal was robbed by the bias refereeing in this match, I was hoping a victory would be poetic justice but we lost the penalties. I hope you all had the best hatewatch.

I followed the first half of the match and I can say that Arsenal has an impressive defence line and they counted a lot on counter attacks, so the dominance of Paris Saint-Germain in that part was quite fake because it was ineffective. I mean holding the ball for a long time without creating a real attempt means nothing.
I am quite sad to see gunners failing to claim the most prestigious title. They were so close, close than ever. I don't know if they will have the occasion to do it again but they deserved it regardless of any potential interference during the game.

Mikel Arteta made a very big mistake from the early minutes of the game after leading in 6 minutes. What was his reason for switching to defence when he knows how PSG can oppress teams and push you into committing fowls. Arteta realised too late after the Dembele's  penalty goal. PSG has shown they're the best team in Europe again for the second time consecutively. It's a pity the game ended against Arsenal but then I will say that the best actually got the win. Right from the first 90 minutes, PSG recorded more shots on target than arsenal. Several chances created could have ended the game before 90 minutes but Arteta believes in his defense  arsenal has impressed their fans this season and I hope they get back next season. PSG has become their biggest nightmare for arsenal in modern age football after knocking them out last season in semi final and now in a final game. Congratulations to the king of Europe PSG, the defending champions.

Both Arsenal and PSG have explained very well through this match why they are playing the UEFA Champions League final today. I honestly don't remember the last time I saw such an exciting game. It was truly the most extraordinary match in the league. Every attack of the match was thrilling. Both teams have completely mastered their tactics. When Arsenal scored a goal in the first 6 minutes of the match, it seemed that PSG would have to go home without the trophy today. But in the end, the match went to penalties. Although the penalty shootout started well, Arsenal felt the pressure after 2 goals and Eberechi Eze got a little nervous, as a result, Arsenal missed their second goal. Later, the situation cooled down a bit due to the missed goal of PSG's Nuno Mendes, but Arsenal could not withstand the pressure in the end.

He is only good with a header and almost all his goals that he has scored for Arsenal so far, was with a header. What exactly am I watching Arsenal is actually leading the game, this is absolutely unacceptable for me, like how is this possible? But my fate still stands in anyway, unless I hear the final whistle I'm not keying into this lead, like what exactly was Paris Saint Germain thinking that they have to let this goal in, and even up till now I'm not really seeing any impressive performance from Arsenal to get this goal, it's indeed a lucky goal no doubt, but I'm very much certain this game is ending in favor of Paris Saint Germain no doubt.

Arsenal were just lucky with the goal because they don't look serious, though we already knew from beginning that Paris Saint-Gamain would pressure them. To be honest I was surprised to see Arsenal ahead of Paris Saint-Gamain, but looking at the game right now it's obvious that PSG might be able to make it because they've dominated from first half into this second half. But they need to score a goal before they can balance it. They are really playing very well and like the fact that they are making the game look more interesting because they're playing as if they are ahead of Arsenal.

PSG was able to equalize Arsenal's goal in the second half with a penalty shootout that Dembele scored in the 65th minute of play(1-1), which led to extra time, where no goal was scored, making the match end in a penalty shootout that we have PSG won by 4-3.

I want to congratulate PSG for winning the Champions League trophy back-to-back because it wasn't an easy ride for them to come this far, to beat Arsenal in the finals. Although many people predicted them to win

PSG won on penalties to lift the champions league trophy this season. During the penalty kick, we were all under pressure, I was on PSG side all through, when they scored first the pressure shifted to Arsenal and their striker did justice to it. Doue's and and I was afraid again then he converted, Eberechi Eze missed his penalty and that was a relief for PSG not until Mendes missed his own to give hope to Arsenal. Both teams ended up using all 5 players apiece but the French side were victorious at last, won 4 - 3 on penalties. To be sincere, even though I'm against Arsenal, I must commend them because they really tried.

They were serious, the only problem they had was because after scoring they went back to defend that goal, instead of still being offensive to PSG, that defensive pattern made Arsenal scatter their initial game plan. In the second half, after that PSG goal, they were able to at least step forward a little, which to an extent helped them to still sustain the game till this extra time. I just hope Arsenal don't play defensive again because it's obviously not in their best interest, but offensively will help balance the game.

Nah..they wouldn't pack the bus any more because if they don't come out to attack how will they score. I don't expect this match to end in a penalty kick because I believe that one side will score in this extra time. First to score will be the winner.

Arsenal should be careful with the way they're attacking and let them also be able to retreat fast to avoid PSG using it as an advantage to counter them and score them to take the lead.

The game has ended and PSG has won, this game wouldn't have ended like this if Arsenal didn't score and immediately went back to defence, if they started pushing back from the first half after that initial goal, they would have scored more, but instead they went back to defend that one goal, and it was to early. However I give kudos to Arsenal, if not for first penalty PSG got, it would have ended 1-0 in Arsenal favor. Sincerely speaking Arsenal tried as they were able to play the entire tournament unbeatable and ended up losing on penalties at the final stage.

Yes they won but their offensive performance wasn’t that great as many anticipated, they couldn’t even score Arsenal from open play.

Yes, they did  I knew they couldn't do much beyond that. It has always been quite obvious that their energy couldn't match PSG's. The only surprising outcome in this final would have been PSG getting defeated because they were unable to get back to a draw before the game ended, or PSG getting knocked out on penalties.

Don't do that buddy, it's a spot kick game for crying out loud and any player at all can miss it, so I can't really blame Gabriel Jesus for missing that one. I understand it was a critical moment but I don't even think the player is less frustrated than you are right now about this UCL loss that Arsenal were this so close to clinging it. They just have to try again next season, because for me they really played beyond what many of us expected when  we were all talking about this finals before now.

Many people thought PSG would win the cup more comfortably but Arsenal showed everyone that they didn't reach the final by chance. They did their absolute best to win the cup but it wasn't enough. Still, the season ended beautifully for them, at least they won the Premier League after many long years. Arteta was the chief architect of them losing the trophy. Arsenal played excellently well even beyond the expectations of many pundits, and holding PSG to a draw is something to celebrate. Although I had wished they won the match to make their success this season complete but in penalty, any side can win and I'm this case PSG snatched the trophy. Arsenal have made a good impression this year as the team that conceded the least amount of goals so despite not winning, they have something to celebrate. If they build on what they have accomplished this season, I'm confident they will win the champions league next season.
