Just a public update: It’s been several days and the Casino Guru mediator is still waiting for an official response from your team.
The silence is quite telling. I'll be waiting for you to address the facts over there.
 
Did you by any means tried sending the op personal messages?
Maybe that could be the fastest way to reach him or possibly mention his name here.
Most time when people are not mentioned they wouldn't get the attention needed from people, though I also doubt if op is actually using the notification bot here. But I believe you would be attended immediately he comes online.

yes. I sent him multiple DMs along the time, which he choose to ignore even before creating the scam thread.
same for all emails - which I never got any response, etc. if they could communicate everything would be different for sure.
On the bitcointalk thread, holydarkness interpreted wrongly the chat of 9th January somehow, and apparently knows nothing about RG or addiction, on the opposite CasinoGuru are specialists on that. Also I never got any reply on the scam thread about my secundary account - this is funny.

I just want to ask the OP to complete the case on Casinoguru. Stop staggering... last time Toshi stopped answering there for over 2 weeks.
Now toshi asked them to reopen the case but seems to be struggling providing the info that casinoguru requests.
Actually, if you already lodged complained on CG and also have a dedicated thread for this matter there is no need writing here anymore because I know that it is creating nothing but spam, which I think here is not the rightful place to keep talking about this. However, I just had to understand that this case was the previous case that is still lingering till now. To me, I was actually thinking it was a different case or newer one for that matter but I didn't. Please, I would tell you to strictly adhere to whatever @holydarkness may tell you so that everything could be that easier for you to get or solved.

I placed a few bets on sports in the last 2-3 days, and at night, they just canceled 2 NBA bets after almost an hour. I contacted support, but they didn't give any specifics. It all looks as if the admins themselves canceled the bets when they were sure they would win. I can't explain it otherwise - why both bets were canceled within the span of an hour at the same time.

Hello, did support get back to you regarding the bet cancellation? I placed 3 bets on Toshi.bet today, 2 of them lost. Then I bet on Over 5.5 in hockey when the score was still 1-0 in the first period. But as soon as the score became 1-2 by the end of the period, my bet was canceled. This is very similar to what you described. Is there anyone from site support here? How do you explain this? In the chat, they haven't given me an explanation yet; they just said they would forward it for review. Why didn't you cancel the losing bets? This really seems like a scam. It's a shame I fell for the Instagram ad. Essentially, it feels like $130 of winnings from this bet were simply stolen from me. I just found this forum and I don't know if I need to add a screenshot or how to do it. Let me know please if anything is required from me, or if there are any forum moderators here who might be able to help with this bookmaker. My username - ynwizs517

Don't expect logic here. At Toshi.bet, they use a very "creative" dictionary where the rules of grammar change depending on how much money you win or lose:

* WINNING BET: Translates to "Technical Error" or "Canceled".
* DONE: Means "Open for more deposits" (even if you told them you're an addict).
* WAS: Means "Will be" (if a mediator needs to save the casino's reputation).
* SUPPORT: A ghost entity that only appears to tell you to use a VPN or to ignore your exclusion emails.

You guys didn't "lose" those bets. According to the "professional" logic often seen in this thread, you probably "opted-out" of winning the moment the score changed. It’s not a scam, it’s just "quantum mediation"!

Good luck getting a reply. You'll need it.

I couldn’t access the casino too, but I’m getting a different message and it says "We're currently upgrading to Toshi.bet 3.0" and that they will be back within the hour. So this is not because of being in a restricted country.

I’m not sure exactly when this maintenance started, but I find it a bit concerning that they say they will be back within the hour while you say the website has been down for maintenance for the past day! In any case, it would have been more appropriate if they have notified their customers beforehand.

I am confused if toshi was indeed down since yesterday, because I am still seeing folks sharing screenshots of their plays on toshi yesterday. Perhpas an intermittent downtime. 🤔

I never knew it was the old then case he is actually fighting for since then still now. Of course it's sucking asking someone to give you a concrete evidence yet they kept toiling around and making so much noise in regards to what they knew that the both are at faults.
Sincerely, I wouldn't want to involved in this same without being resolved for long.

A little ago, I tried registering to Toshi to check out what kind of bonuses and games they were offering. The registration process was smooth. There was no maintenance messages or anything. I was able to relogin without any problems. The only thing I faced was the cloudflare message, but that too didn't last very long. So far, everything seems to be ok from my end.

You closed that case from your side weeks ago and told him that it's your conclusion and you will no longer engage in the case investigation. Of course you are not the judge and it's just your work as a third party to look into the case with information given by both sides. If the user does not feel satisfied with your conclusion and how Toshi finalized this case, he will need to do something else, somewhere else.

Complaining in this forum in the scam accusation thread and this announcement thread can not help. I don't judge anything, just my thinking that if he has to do something different if he does not let it go and accept the case closure by the company.

Me too, my experience with registration is very smoothly, no issue at all even no issue from Cloudflare.

I'm also interested what sort of error you were getting?—if any.

If you haven't yet, I would also recommend to try and login from another browser and device. Sometimes this can confirm the problem is on the player's end.

I do not know if this is from my ends as well, I am actually trying to login my account this evening to know what new over there but, seems I am having difficulties accessing my account and I don't know what could be the problem.
Maybe, I would have to give it a little more time to see if it would retrieve or not, maybe when this keep persistently happening I wouldn't mind writing to them as well.

I'm also interested what sort of error you were getting?—if any.

If you haven't yet, I would also recommend to try and login from another browser and device. Sometimes this can confirm the problem is on the player's end.

Okay.. thank you for your concern, I was thinking it was from my network which was very poor for me to use and access the website.
Right, I can now have access to side, but as you already suggested it would be that nice for me to access it through another browser which could give me a better experience.

Yes, everything is fine with logging in for me as well. In fact since the moment I registered, I haven’t had any problems accessing the site even once, everything works well. I don’t know about different browsers because I always log in using the same one (I just tried logging in from different browsers and everything is fine). I think someone earlier in this thread also mentioned having difficulties logging into the site, but maybe it’s really not a problem with the casino, it could depend on the region you are accessing from, or possibly if you have a dynamic IP (although I’m not sure about that).

Most time clearing browsing history, and cache also help to make your browser speed up when accessing any line. This issue came as a result of much browsing history on my device.
Of course, I have had similar issues with other site as well then when also trying to access their site, I was worried over my Internet speed, had to change network and do whatever just to Make sure I have a smooth access.

The result are a mess again, a very clear round with very few goal, I have never seen so many draws in one round before, lol.

This is why I do say that football is unpredictable and you can't actually give the exact analysis of a match, of course double chance could be more better, although if is me; I would mind going for goals only. Let say team A to score first either in first half or in second half. With this, whomever that scores first then you game turns to green.

Hey there everyone, can you guys access toshi?
I'm getting a wholeeee bunch of errors! a lot of them.... Sad

I tried from both Chrome and Firefox, but the error remains. Note that, clearing browser data didn't help either.
At first I got this one. Then as per the instruction, I went to my console page.



In the console, I'm seeing 65 error logs. For security reasons, I'm not able to show them, but some of them are like,



Every time I refresh, the errors gets doubled.

Code:
1. net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden) 

2. The resource https://toshi.bet/assets/images/samurai.png was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window's load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate `as` value and it is preloaded intentionally.

Lastly the splash image is also broken.

I tried on my end, and I was able to login smoothly. But I did look into my console, and interestingly, it did show a whole bunch of errors as well lol (it had like 99+). I wonder if something went wrong during their recent upgrade to 3.0. For the record, I'm using firefox on PC with only ublock origin as extension.

Could you also try accessing using a different device?
