Questions about reactivating the reload, activating the target bonus and other things remained unanswered. I sent another message with a question 2 days ago which up until now is not read or answered. She was online for 8 hours yesterday by the way.

Just checked her profile and now it says that she will be off until the 19th. 

Support is no help, they say VIP hosts are responsible, messaging other hosts will also do nothing I suppose.

So there you have it, for playing the site is good but their VIP system has A LOT of flaws, starting from the transfer, getting 1 reply per day from hosts (if you are lucky), getting things activated, and so on.
Imagine your reload expires and your host doesn't reply for 2+ days, this means you lose your wager since reloads are calculated from last 7 day's wager and profit/loss. Not getting a reply in a timely manner costs you real money.

I hope they get this sorted out since the as of now this system is not what you would expect from a site.

That's pretty much true. For example, I watch cricket matches more than any other games, so I know exactly the strengths and weaknesses of the teams, and it makes it very easy for me to decide on which team to bet as I know everything about them already.

As opposed to this, if we are betting on a game where we do not have much knowledge, then it will take a lot of our time first study the teams and then decide on whom to bet. Yeah, one can blindly bet on one team with any analysis but then the results won't be that much good and it will only depend on luck whether we win the bet or lose it.
