Newst addition to my strange encounters is the weekly reload. Ok, I didn't play much this week, but I should have still gotten the new reload of course. But since it's "below 10$" they just don't give it.



I mean on every other site you would still get a low amount, the one you basically played for. Even the "host" confirmed it would only be like 0.50$ daily. Ok, so why not give that? Why is the minimum 10$? Every single site that offers reloads gives you whatever amount your account is entitled to. I have never seen a minimum limit, ever.

Another thing, winna REALLY should be upfront with their withdrawal fees. They clearly charge fees for usdt withdrawals (and ETH), I have withdrawn like 13.72$:



But I got 12.78$ :



USDT transaction on bnb cost like 4 cents and less. When talking to the support she repeatedly insists that this inflated transaction fee was because:

"There was a high volume of transactions on this network, which is why the fees changed." Classic draft reply.

By the way, the actual gas fee was: Transaction Fee: 0.00000258075 BNB  ($0.001993), and not 0.94$ . Have u every heard on "high volume of transactions" on the bnb chain? You get confirmations after 3 seconds, with the lowest possible gas fee.

I am ok with getting charged a fee, that's not the issue here, but at least they should show the fees and not straight up lie to me when being asked.

It is very important to give feedback and suggestions, otherwise the company may never know that it needs to improve in that area or that users may be dissatisfied with something that could be improved

A customer who complains and gives suggestions is much better than a customer who simply abandons the company and goes to a competitor

Their autobet system has no progressive bet built in. If they used a external tool to continue betting automatically Winna will probably voided his winnings based on the ToS.
