what's interesting is how they are handling said investigation (if there even is one to begin with) cause they nuked his account and have been ghosting him for two weeks now.
if a player has $2 mil balance on your casino and you are verifying his win, you would at least communicate and let him know what's going on.

That's a massive win from such a small bet. Cases like this always need careful review. Just read through the complaint and the player wasn't accused of scamming. Their account was deactivated without notice after winning a $2M jackpot on Coin Flip. They completed verification, didn't use any bonuses, and support isn't giving clear answers. If the player was playing legitimately, hopefully the investigation clears things up and they get paid. Casino Guru's complaint specialist is now investigating. It'll be interesting to see how Winna Casino responds to this.

A different multiplier is basically impossible since the odds for coin flip are set. It could only be around 1 million, the 2 million, then 4 of course. It's impossible to have slight differences actually, for obvious reasons.

Anyway, it is very strange for sure. This guy had like 41$ in his account. Who in their right mind would keep making another flip at a certain amount, unless he is filthy rich of course. I would shit my pants at like 1 or 2 thousand $ already, and he proceeded to make another 11 flips from that point. I will keep observating the case on casinoguru since it's really interesting!

Something feels off there. That screenshot alone isn’t really solid proof, it’s just a picture that can’t be verified. And for someone who supposedly won $2 million, you’d expect him to respond quickly, especially since Casino Guru already gave him attention and tried to help.

That's already suspicious when you are accusing a casino; all the proofs should be ready on hand. I would not even consider waiting another day to post my proofs to fast-track my case. We are talking $2 million; this is not a few hundred, so he should not delay his response.
If he replies he needs a justifiable reason why it takes him days to respond, if the time expires and he did not respond, then he is not really interested in addressing his issue, the casino guru is fair, and he has been in a lot of cases, so he'll know if the accuser is serious or just luffing

I was thinking the same. There must be a reason the player didn't reply yet to the cg questions. It's quite likely he is in contact with winna reps to maybe clear the air about what's going on. I mean this really is a big case, 2 million is a ton of money for sure. Can't blame the site for being cautious but also the player for being sceptical if he gets paid. If I was in his shoes I would also go public asap, that's just a natural reaction. As long as he did nothing wrong of course he should get paid.
