You can figure out who's lying here, I think A.C Milan are the ones covering something up and didn't say the truth, how come he didn't pass medical with A.C Milan move but passed a medical on his loan move. Maybe they didn't want Boniface as an African player, especially Nigeria, seeing that Napoli and Victor Osimhen deal has been on loggerheads. They just remembered Osimhen-Napoli situation and changed their mind but isn't something they have to review.

Let's just say Ac Milan didn't see it has best for business but his spare at Werder Bremen will be the proof and his consistency will also show if they miss out on someone great.

Issues like this are somehow familiar in football, although the approach or manner they occur is what different them, like a club might rule out a player but in the end the player can become a hero and club legend for another club doing amazing things which these clubs may regret deep down letting go.

The news don’t looks real because i hardly heard that a player failed medical because most of the player they are signing that do undergo medical are players that are playing from another team before joining any team, and they all did medical before joining the teams and I am sure every team have their own way of checking their players before every match to make sure they are all good before the commencement of matches.

However, AC Milan might have another reason for rejecting the player due to personal reason despite agreeing personal terms with the team. Now he has passed his medical and has joined Weder Bremen on loan. I wish him Boniface well in his career.

After the international break, we’ll be able to know who’s right and wrong about the failed move of Victor Boniface from Bayern Leverkusen to Ac Milan. I’m also sure by now training have started with Bonifaces new club weder Bremen for players who were not called up by their various countries for the World Cup qualifiers matches. So if Boniface is truly fit I believe he will participate fully in the team’s general training and also after the international break is over, league matches and other club competitions will resume and Boniface if truly fit is expected to make the match day squad and even feature in those games. It’s only a matter of time before we know the truth, and also Victor Boniface is time to prove to Ac Milan that they were wrong for not signing him, he should prove that on the pitch with Weder Bremen.

I also didn't know that we have other Africans besides Nigerians in the forum. Glad to know that Slow death is an African. Mozambique has a solid team, but their lapses are in defense. Letting in ten goals in six matches shows some deficiency in the back line. Losing heavily against Algeria was a big blow but the Mambas still have the chance to qualify if they keep winning games and hope that Algeria drops points.

Well, my country's football leaders were more focused on the African Cup of Nations. The coach of my country's national team said that with my country's qualification for the African Cup of Nations, they had achieved their objectives and that now they are just playing but without much expectation of qualifying. Honestly, for me, I am somewhat suspect. I don't trust my country's leaders. They can even sell games because they love money and are very corrupt.


I confess that I placed this game by mistake, but after I realized that I had already bet on it, I analyzed it and preferred not to cancel the bet because I didn't see any chance of losing, this game was in my parlay with many teams

We have very sound and hard working players if not the most, but what many of these guys face in the pitch and beyond is lack of proper organizational structure and support as well as the poor funding because you will always be surprised to see world class players from the club-side, short cakes strugglkng with making simple goals back home and still can't

Current Discussion: African Nations Championship
This is a competition for home grown (based) players, Which means the international stars aren't welcome in this competition. It was created to highlight the talents of players playing in our different domestic leagues.

Thank you for this information and update. Nigeria home based that played in the African Nations Championship CHAN was not really well prepared for the tournament and they disgrace themselves in the international space. And I don't think any of those players would be chosen in any international team because I know that that is where good players are normally selected in the EPL European Leagues. And I didn't hear such from Nigeria side in this year.
AFCON in turn, well the international players in the team qualified the team to participate in the AFCON but we don't know what will happen in the main game. 

The Nigerian home based super eagles performance in the African Nations Championship wasn't impressive and they couldn't leave to our expectations in the African Nations Championship Tournament. However, even if the super eagles home based players didn't performed well in the African Nations Championship, i disagree with you that they wouldn't be selected in any international team because it is likely the tactics the super eagles coach used in the African Nations Championship didn't suit the super eagles home based players, and it made them to perform very bad.

Ac Milan is the one who did not want to say what happened and why the deal of Boniface to Ac Milan collapsed. I don't know what happened, but Ac Milan just don't want Boniface to play for them again, which is why they have to lie about the medical test that he is not fit. Boniface has been playing with the signs of his injury for many years, and Leverkusen did not complain, Xabi Alonso has been using Boniface for many years and has never complained about his injury or fitness, but now AC Milan wants us to believe that he is unfit.

If Boniface is not fit, I don't think Werder Bremen will sign him, I believe AC Milan wants to sign someone else, which is why they lie about everything they say, I don’t think Nigerian players are lucky to play in Serie A league because of how they treated Osimhen and Lookman in the Serie A league, and it's even better that Boniface's deal with AC Milan collapsed.

Forget the media they want to sell headlines by making that news about Victor Boniface who have been very active and fit throughout the season and preseason games. AC Milan reasons for not completing the deal was that their doctors were afraid about Victor Boniface anterior cruciate ligament injuries to his knee, an injury he sustained sometime ago playing for Bodo/Glimtz. The fear was that the injury might slow down his performance in the future and that AC Milan shouldn't risk it. And no that Victor Boniface is not fit.

Right now Victor Boniface is in Uyo training with his Nigerian colleagues in preparation to their match with Rwanda. By the way, if Boniface was having fitness challenge that made A Milan not to sign him why did Werder Bremen had to sign him immediately Milan pulled out of the deal?

We even talked about Victor Boniface's retirement from international football on this thread. It's like you weren't aware, for you to think that he will be called upon after making it known to the whole world that he is done with international football.

There is a lot of things that is currently going on in African football the moment most especially during international break as this when continental football usually happens. the world cup qualification is currently ongoing with so many interesting games already line up this weekend. at the moment, congo is already thrashing south Sudan with a three goals advantage just in their first half and other games are already lined up to take place in the remaining hours of the day, Nigeria will be making attempt of reviving their hope of qualification in their games tomorrow which are all important games from the African continent one can look out for. even the Nigerian premiership has kickstarted not too long and the best thing we can also do is to ensure that we promote it as much as we can so others know that we are also a footballing continent.

Unfortunately, Nigeria the giant of Africa have been performing so poorly in that competition knows as championship of African nations.(ChAN).This years tournament,they were eliminated at the group stages.
The most successful nation in the competition currently is morocco they  have won it three times.

Victor Boniface hasn't really had much impact on the team's performance since his first national team call up, we all expected him Osimhen to take the team on their shoulders but Boniface didn't really do much for us and left Osimhen to take all the responsibility. Announcing his retirement so early is a bit weird to me, I don't see a reason why he would choose to leave so soon but whatever his reasons are I still think it's selfish and unserious of him. I don't think he has much respect for the country else he won't have done so. Osimhen had issues with the National team management once and still that didn't stop him from giving his best for the Nation. I think Osimhen is a true leader.

AC Milan have their reasons and it might not really be due to fitness. I just blame the player for not taking care of himself while playing actively. Imagine at his age he is moving forward Leverkusen to Werder Bremen with such quality. I think that's really poor but everyone has their different journey.

Now I have seen the reason why South Africa are on top of their group where we have Nigeria. The South Africa team are too good if you ask me and everything in their game today is something else that we can't see that happening with the Super Eagles and I'll have to choose SA over Nigeria even in the next qualifiers that's if both countries are in the same group. Victor Boniface himself said it during an interview that his past knee injury was the reason why the news was circulating that he failed his medical test with AC Milan I don't think it has something to do with the finance and for Werder Bremen his new team they didn't look at the past record since Boniface wasn't having an current injury issues so I think both teams has different medical standards which is why the he was accepted by the German team. Victor Boniface is a big player he's good in front of goals he only needs to train well and avoid getting injured because if he has serious injuries again in that knee he may find it difficult to get a better offer after his loan deal at Werder Bremen.
