If CAF wants to use referees that everybody will like then it is very possible that we won't have any referees on match day, if CAF changes the referees that Nigerians are not comfortable with you won't expect Morocco, to like the ones that CAF will replace them with. A referee cannot deny a clear goal so our super eagles should go for goals and shame the referees if they have any intentions of being biased. Referees are supposed to be professional it doesn't matter if they are from a country that is a rival to the team that they want to officiate. Ghana, and Nigerian, banters shouldn't stop the referee from Ghana, to do his job afterall Nigeria, is not playing against Ghana, or south Africa, I expect our super eagles to continue with their victory to the final of this AFCON and lift the trophy.

I have no problem with the Referee appointed to game because CAF cannot actually go and pick Referees from Europe but I think if any nation is actually complaining for a change of referee in their game against Morocco I think they fully deserved that right because of what the Moroccan national team also did when they were appointed a referee from Algeria and Egypt in their game against Cameroon and they later got the officials changed with the new ones later having an controversial game against Cameroon. So i think other teams are actually utilizing this same approach with them having the fear of the host nation not impacting the referee decision

Africa and the easiest way to gain victory, this is no way to progress into the finals of the AFCON and to win the trophy. If Africans continue to use this same method I don't think the outside World would see us as a continent that can get the job done without Voodoo and this was the same thing the Super Eagles head coach was talking about when we played Dr, Congo, this is a disgrace to Africa football.

Africa doesn't have the same culture as the other continents. Our culture has connections with traditional religion which includes some spritualism. The problem is that fake traditional practitionals have become popular. They are scammers who hide behind traditional practices to decieve people. The Mali native doctor is a wellknown scammer and should be punished by the law.   

Most times, this are the kind of news we get to here in Africa, and sometimes I only wonder how all these things are happening, to me I will say is it necessary, they look most times to be not needed in football. So are we bringing the traditional religion spiritualism into football, is it new or this is something that has been happening for sometimes now. Well to me and the knowledge I have for Africa, these practices are common as to most Africans, it is a custom already, and now we are definitely seeing scamming into it, as you have said it, "scammers bidding behind traditional religion" they are all unnecessary.

You are actually correct, our African belief also make some  of us vulnerable to some of this fake native doctors, who their sole aim is to give fake prophecy just to make money. But i would blame the Malian team for even thinking of believing this fetish guys, football tactical activities comes with different approach for different games, your talent and how tactical sound your team is, is what will make you Excel, not voodoo.

The officials for the Nigeria Vs Morocco match has been unveiled by CAF. The centre referee is going to be Daniel Nii Ayi from Ghana and the VAR referee will be Tom Abongile from South Africa. Given the history of these 3 nations on social media, Nigerians are not comfortable with this, it could have been from other nation but not these two. I have seen were doubts are been expressed online. We all know that Ghana and Nigeria use to banter each other same thing with Nigeria and South Africa. These 3 nations when it comes to football they are always at logger heads and the Nigerian fans has expressed their displeasure in the selection of these officials saying that they might want to favour the Morocco against Nigeria because of their online banter.

There are going to be so many agenda that will be carried in this game, because Nigerian is going to end up loosing this game tomorrow against Morocco and Morocco is going to come out victorious in this game, and now Agenda are already being carried all about the match official coming from Ghana and the VAR officials coming from South Africa, this details doesn’t really matter, and if Nigeria plays a good game they will win, because I still don’t understand how a referee will have to be in charge of the team scoring goals, if they score a clear goal the referee is going to award it, I don’t still understand why all this agendas are being discussed here, it’s absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary.

Nigeria should be more favored considering that the referee is even from West Africa, Morocco should be the once concerned considering they’re North America, but knowing how Nigerians are with excuses why things doesn’t work out for them, then that have found a way of making sentimental excuses before the ball is even kicked.

I read this post and I did not quite understand the meaning but I had to quickly scroll up and read the subject matter. That is indeed I funny story and if I may ask, is it an individual that played such amount of money today native doctor are the whole Mali as a country paid such money? If it is an individual, it is understandable but if the man was able to convince the whole government of a country to give him such amount of money, the scammer is indeed smart and should be crowned.

I do not doubt that spiritualism can work in football because it formed part of the reasons, if not the major reason that but Pogba was suspended. I don't know what they called it, Voodoo or what but I know it is related to African Spiritualism.

Especially in present day, the native doctor have his share of the blame for being deceitful but I blame the Malian Football Federation, I don't mean to be disrespective but they're very foolish to believe that football could be won by voodoo or some magic, no wonder they kept drawing their way through the competition instead of putting effort to win matches.
 This would serve as a lesson to others who would try voodoo practice to win a tournament instead of putting effort to win it. Wait, did he collect the money in Euros € or it was in Mali's local currency then converted to €. I'm just wondering again, if it's the federation of Mali or some private individuals or the football association that gave this native doctor this outrageous amount of money for them to lift the AFCON trophy through voodoo. It's very laughable and I'm still laughing at this news. That was how the Nigerian coach during the World cup qualifiers finals between Nigeria and DR Congo, that the Congolese used Juju (voodoo) that prevented the Nigerian players from scoring in the penalty shootout.

It was after the super eagles of Nigeria won Algeria in the quarter finals that i knew the super eagles coach is from Mali, and because of this news of Mali doing voodoo so that they can be the team that will win the Afcon, i now see why it was so easy for the super eagles coach to excuse Dr Congo of using voodoo against the super eagles of Nigeria in their world cup playoffs because it is like Mali believes so much in voodoo and they use it in their local league. Other continents will not take Afcon as a serious tournament with this type of shameful news, and CAF should place a fine and a ban on any team or country found using voodoo in the Afcon tournament so that there will be an end to this voodoo thing in Africa football.

Senegal vs Egypt in the semi final today, nothing will stop this match not to be a tough match because the two teams are strong teams and they have done well to reach this stage, there will be goal goal in this match and it will end up in penalty shootout, but Senegal will be the team to win the match to qualify for final, I know Egypt have talented squads in this African cup of nations but the opportunity to win this match easily the way they won other matches, such opportunity will not be giving to them to defeat Senegal, and only one thing that will make Senegal to loose this match is when red card happen to Senegal player, that is the only way Egypt can be able to defeat Senegal in this match.

The Nigeria Vs Morocco games will not look easy the Super Eagles should face this game with alot of caution, Morocco is a tough side more stronger than Algeria so nothing should be taken for granted today. If Nigeria wins the Moroccan today it will be their second back to back AFCON final, Nigeria should only play a good game the reff can't disallowed a goal scored with out any good reason or try to give the Super Eagles a red for no reason just for them to loss against Morocco so they need to be careful with much caution when taking on the Moroccan team today, i wish the Super Eagles best of luck.

If they are able to win this AFCON, it will serve as a compensation for the world cup ticket they lost so easily to DR Congo. And I really enjoyed their performances so far in this AFCON and winning Morocco tomorrow will be a major boost for them because Morocco have the advantage of been the host nation but if Nigeria can go beyond the odds and win this game, I see them winning the title definitely. I agree with you dude, there are other countries that we meet in our previous matches. Nobody is hyping the Moroccan team, they’re a good team and are performing very well in this tournament, and they’re the hosting nation in this tournament, so a lot is expected from them, and they’re a team that haven’t won the AFCON, and there true intentions is to win the tournament at home soil, they’re motivated to win the title, so let’s see what the Super Eagles brings to this game, I will admit that the Nigerian Super Eagles have been good so far, I was actually surprised with the performance against Algeria, but this is going to be entirely a different game compared to Algeria, it wouldn’t so easy, let’s see what the Super Eagles brings in this game, I would see if they keep surprising me, I wouldn’t get carried away with their little performances.

Can't imagine such at this stage of human history? Some 30 years ago is quite different from now, back then the level of awareness and orientation to life hasn't been as these. Indeed football match is supposed to be fun even as their is winning attached to it but it's not a war. People and their beliefs, should they win the native doctor receives the glory and if failure then it's whose fault. The best team had always been the winners.

Success is good and it's everybody's friend, our trust for the super eagles have increased tremendously because of their performances so far in this AFCON completion. I remember months back that we Nigerians had underated the super eagles because of their struggling to qualify for the world cup which they eventually didn't qualify. Now our hopes have renewed because they have given us a good reason to believe in them again based on their winning streaks since this tournament. I hope that they will continue to give us victory by defeating Morocco, and go on to the final and lift gold for us. I know that our coach is equal to the task to direct the super eagles to win Morocco.

This is very funny and laughable, though. Things of this nature do not have any effect internationally when it comes to engagements as such. They scammed/duped them just because of their ignorance and laziness in preparing very well for the tournament.

I know such is part of African culture and traditional belief, but not at this level because such does not have any effect on another man's land. They just wasted money for what could have been used to do something meaningful for another purpose, for something that is not feasible. The traditionalist just scammed them, that's it. He deserves whatever punishment being pronounced on him by the government.
