Well, they lost because they weren’t the better team today, they were more defensive against a more enthusiastic Canada. Though they managed for the entire 90minutes of regular time, they just couldn’t hold on to the plus minutes. Conceded from a back header that couldn’t get the ball cleared and Canada found the net.

Canada surprised me today.
I reduced my expectations of them since their first game when they disappointed me. On the other hand, the SA team played well but in the end it was about the team that was able to find the back the net that proceeded to the next round. I predict that their next opponent will be the Netherlands.

You don’t have to be surprised, where you expecting South Africa to beat Canada who are a host nation in the Tournament, I have always seen South Africa like a team who are supposed to be eliminated from the group stages, but fortunately for them they qualified, and I knew that the round 32 was the last place they could get in the FIFA World Cup Tournament, because they’re not a very good team, and they qualified luckily to the knockout stages of the Tournament which is why FIFA World Cup, South Africa are a terrible team in Africa and there hate watch is massive right now, and I’m completely convinced they’re not going anywhere unless they’re going home right now, early tomorrow morning they’re leaving the United States of America.

For me, I would say they have tried enough already. Getting into the stage they were eliminated wasn't easy at all. After all, there were other whites who couldn't get to that stage, and they left at the group stages. They have tried to get up to that point.

Secondly, in putting up a fight against Canada up till that moment of almost taking the game out of normal 90 mins shows there resilience and strength, and I praise them for that. The finally conceded a Kate goal, and it was all over for them. Hopefully, next time, they would come better

I doubt Canada would win SA this time. SA is in a better form as we saw improvement in their performance that led them to qualifying for the 2nd round.
Morroco would win  Netherlands and advance to the next round.
Egypt would definitely pipe Australia out of the tournament sending them packing back to their fatherland and Ghana /Colombia match would be a tough one also.

I hope your doubt is clear now, Canada obviously had a better squad that are more experienced in their team, their performance in the group state was not so good but i never rate south Africa ahead of them. i was so busy yesterday but if i was to place any bet yesterday on that match, i would have picked Canada to win the south Africa team which i would have won. you also think Morocco will be able to win the Netherlands, that's not going to be easy because Netherlands are the better team and they have more experience players at the world cup, Morocco can have been great lately but i don't think they are there yet to defeat a team like the Netherlands. the only prediction i think i will agree with is that of Egypt winning the Australia even though it wont be an easy one also.

They didn't perform too badly I as expected, after the first game against Mexico that was a total shambles, but after that game, they grew into the tournament and start doing well to the extent of finishing second in their group, but one thing that is very clear is that most Africans will always discredit it because of the way they have treated their fellow Africans unfairly in their country.

Last night I even overheard a guy saying that " thank God they are out of the world cup, at least they can now get home on time,  to go chase and protect their jobs from their fellow Africans by driving them away out of their country" so that is the main reason they will be taunted so much on social media by this elimination.

The South African Goal keeper, Williams, in their first match against Mexico, openly said how demoralizing it was for the Bafana Bafana players to be booed by fellow African nations, and having Mexican players cheered up by African fans. In the viewing center, where I streamed the match, it was filled with people who sent out downgrading talks about South African players, regarding their strict laws on chasing other Africans out of their nation. The negative energy from other African nations, kept them off guard, he, Williams, attributed most of their mistakes to the criticisms they got from Africans across the globe.

Guy you won't understand. You want us to support a country killing our own? Many Nigerians have been killed in South Africa in this year and right now, South Africans are destroying Nigerians Shops and business firms in the country and you want Nigerians to support them? Lucky Dube was killed by South Africans thinking that he was a Nigerian in 2007 in his car. If you support them and they win, and you celebrate with them, they will tell you that, you want to take their jobs in their country so it is better we stay off with them. We don't hate them but we are avoiding them so they will not come and destroy our business or killing the Nigerians in their country.

At this round of 32 I'm not sure if South Africa, Cape Verde and Dr Congo could make it out of this without being defeated, so it wasn't about Dr Congo alone that was a surprise up to this round of 32, I'm also amazed how Cape Verde made it to this stage and they are doing well also, only that there are no confidence in the three countries I've mentioned to that extent that they can still go beyond to round of 16, but anything is bound to happen in case they performed well.

Of course that's there fate on this Round of 32 and South Africa shouldn't have been writing or mentioned because there case is already closed yesterday from the Round of 32 after Canada throw them out. Cape Verde Round of 32 is against Argentina and that's much compare to the country South Africa has because Argentina is a country with a great motive and Messi the highest scorer is there, so actually cape Verde should just see the Round of 32 as a privilege. Dr Congo and England are also hosted on this round, it will be more than this three countries that would be going but definitely not Morocco because they can beat Netherlands on this round.

Yesterday, I watched the South Africa vs Canada match

In the first three games, I thought South Africa's football was really poor, I didn't like it at all and expected them to play the same way again. However, I was surprised to see them play well, they created several chances and dominated the match, but they really struggled with finishing
seriously, they missed a lot of opportunities

Canada, despite not playing particularly well, had a few moments and capitalized on them at the end

It is halftime and Croatians are already leading with one goals to nothing. I can not wait to see them call it back by equalising and also finishing ahead of the Croatians in their group standing. I thought before the game that if England can get a win against Croatia and Ghana got to share points with England, then there's no way Ghanaians should be losing this particular game tonight. They have to make sure that they win or share points tonight.

Croatia national football team played very well in this match and that team did 2 goals in this match and opponent team did only 1 goal in this match. Sučić was a person who did first goal of the match and he did this goal at 31 minutes and that goal was in the first half of the match and after that we saw 2 goals in this match and one by opponent team. Luckassen was a person who did second goal of the match and he did this goal at 73 minutes of the match when it was need of the team. That was a match of FIFA World Cup 2026 in which all teams are giving their best to qualify for the next round. The performance of Croatia national football team was very well in this match And their stats was also great in this match and they tried to be dominant in this match

African teams are doing very well in this world competition but I believe it’s only Morocco that will do better in this World Cup among all the African countries, Morocco is showing very good potential I don’t think there’s any country in this World Cup that will be happy to meet Morocco in this competition, even as I trust in them I know that anything can happen in this World Cup competition because World Cup is actually full of surprises but I love the way Morocco is playing and I see they are determined and confident, they can actually lift the World Cup if they put in more effort.

Hahaha now they will have more men to attack Africans living in their countries. I have Eustáquio to thank for putting an end to the horror by scoring a late winner. I predicted that Canada was going to beat South Africa but I didn’t think it would be difficult for them. Imagine how Canada will fare against stronger teams.

If there are Africans that is still remaining in South Africa, I pity them because South Africans will attack them and increase their punishment. Yes all thanks goes to Eustáquio for sending South Africa from where they come from.

Don't be quick to conclude that it will go like that, South Africa players are good but I'm silently happy, I believe everyone here from Ghana and Nigeria have the same happiness like I do. How many teams that have good squad depth has falled in this World cup, you will not see much of them now until round of 32 is dip. Some players that think they are having it all now will be the first to be kick out of the round of 32 and worst of them is round of 16.

Morocco has a strong hold, so far one of the best team in the world cup even though I don't like them, they have been leading Africa and they can beat Netherland, Egypt should be able to handle Australia, the point Australia made from the group stage was poor even though Egypt isn't that impressive, by performance they are ahead of them. However, might also be ugly here, that team you are are desperately looking upto can fail here without a chance.

It is not possible to say whether Morocco will win the World Cup. However, we are really optimistic about their performance because among the ten African countries, Morocco and Cape Verde have shown very good performances and have qualified for the next round. As far as I know, if any African country can win the World Cup, then only Morocco has that ability. I believe so because in the Round of 32, Cape Verde will play Argentina, who are the football superpower and three-time champions, so it is understood that they may not be able to compete with Argentina. But for the first time, they have surprised the whole world with their performance. Although my country did not qualify for the main competition of the World Cup but I am optimistic about Morocco.

Ghana is out; seven African countries are now remaining. The West African side was defeated by Croatia today. Ghana was one of the teams I expected to make it to the next round. But they defended poorly and had to pay dearly for it. Let's wait for the African country that will make us proud.

I’m happy to see that nine African countries have advanced to the round of 32 at the World Cup. I’m particularly impressed by DR Congo, I didn’t think they would make it this far in the tournament. I’d have love to see Nigeria on the list but then again who knows what our performance would be like if we had qualified for the World Cup.

This was possible because FIFA for changed the old format, the old one made it difficult for African teams to succeed in the World Cup. Now we can at least get some of Africa’s best representing the continent. Some may say it’s unfair, I think it’s makes the tournament more interesting. Looking forward to seeing Nigeria in the next World Cup.

Well, Ghana is not yet out of the tournament  even though  they were  beaten by the Croatian team  in their last group  stage match which took them to 3rd in the group, they still manage  to advance to the next round  as one of the best 3rd place  teams, I think it was after Uruguay loss  that gave them the chance  to progress  to then next round. To make it more clear to you that Ghana is still in the tournament  they have a fixtures  to play with Colombia  at the next round  of 32, so please stop spreading  wrong info make your confirmation  before making  your post.

Canada really played well, the only reason why they were not able to score early is because of South African defenders; they really tried their best to save the team because they did more work than their attacker due to pressure they were receiving from Canada, but at last, they have to give up because they couldn’t withstand the pressure even though they tired to hold down the pressure till the late added time. They really tried but the host team did well more than them that’s why they were lucky to win the game at the end.

Let's see which African teams will qualify for the next round

We have to watch them and wish they did well because one is out already.

Morocco, Senegal, and DR Congo all have difficult teams to face, most of them will hardly survived this stage even though we are hoping they all survived the stage because we are very proud of them.

While Ghana and Ivory Coast have an opponents that are of similar class to them, so they can actually go through since their chances of qualifying is high.
