http://sat.dedicatedpool.com/

could use some hashes if any of you are interested.

Amen to that, support the coin ppl, why is everyone letting this coin fade and die on the cusp of all these great possibilities.

Is it too much trouble for ppl to at least make a post every now and then to keep the coin in the eye of the public.  Undecided

I don't understand why people don't see the potential here.

This coin is already on exchanges, is well established and well distributed.

100% agree, if the Dev and the community as a whole would be more active in the thread I think that would go a long way in securing a bright future for Saturncoin.

Hey guys this is not the FairCoin where the Dev abdicated. When things are ripe we're going to have them. No fake declarations just to push the price up. I like it this way.  Cheesy

Thank you for all those good news !!!

one simple question, right now all my SAT are on Mintpal, is it safe to let them on it or should I transfer them to the new wallet ?

As a general rule of thumb it's usually best to keep coins in your own wallet unless you're trading with them. But for the wallet we released today, no such action is needed. All exchanges will be switching to the new wallet on their end.

By the time we start moving to the new PoS chain, you will first need to withdraw your coins to your private wallet before sending them to the Exodus address, since you will need to be able to use your private key to claim them on the new blockchain. However, this is not relevant yet right now.

Thanks all for the hard work!  I'm excited about the upcoming developments, and am curious if there will be an update to the Mac wallet?

I am in similar shape with all my SAT on mintpal, and only have secure access to Mac computers.  Am I at any risk for being bucked off of the transition?

Thanks again - I too enjoy the quiet community that speaks when there is something to say!

Once the price will go up, the community will be a lot more active, I think right now everybody is waiting for the POS transition, the Multipool and others nice stuff.

Yes it would be great if basic information like that could be filled in, even if we aren't ready for the exodus this minute, give us something to sink our teeth into and fuel our engines.

I truthfully believe our devs are doing a bang up job but unfortunately there is a lot of distrust currently in the cryto-community and two things that go a long way to dispel that and cement good faith is an active dev and transparency in the development process.

Some items, with meat, that could be answered today,

Where are we in the exodus process, been a week since an update (one week = one year in crypto-land)?

It has been asked a several times, what are the complete PoS specs for the coin after exodus is complete?

What is the current status of the Multi-Pool development, when is it expected to go open beta or public? what algos will be supported for mining at launch?

Is it possible for someone in charge of organizing OP to go through and make sure all information contained in OP is current, it looks bad when new eyes come to the thread and dead links/incorrect info is listed in OP.

I'm sitting here racking my brain trying to come up with ideas to help promote the coin, I've got all my miners pointed at dedicated pool (representing nearly half the hash), post often, send SAT to the foundation, support the current price by gobbling up SAT at the ask on MintPal, try to get the word out in some of the exchange trollboxes but I still feel all my efforts are inadequate and that I'm tilting at windmills to some extent.

From the Github readme (thanks bob)

- After 10 days, the PoW payout will be fixed at 1 coin per block. PoW completely removed from block 10800
  - Difficulty retargets every block
  - PoS variable interests:
 -   - 1st year: 20%
 -   - 2nd year: 15%
 -   - 3rd year: 10%
 -   - 4th and subsequent years: 10%
 +   - 1st year: 10%
 +   - 2nd year: 5%
 +   - 3rd and subsequent years: 2.5%
  - Total coins will be 8 billions
-- 4 confirmations for transaction, thus fast 2 mins confirmation for transdactions
+- 2 confirmations for transaction, thus fast 1 min confirmation for transactions
  - 50 confirmations for minted blocks
-- 97.2222222222% premine for to enable exodus from original SAT.
+- 7,777,777,777 premine for to enable exodus from original SAT.

Now if we can update the OP with that info for the "fresh-off-the-boats" like me who aren't smart enough to sniff it out.

Absent an official Dev response you can poke around here https://github.com/satdev/Saturncoin-POS and see if you find the answer.

I want to remind once again.

For successful development of coins and for attracting investors we really need a video presentation.

"Bыcшaя дoбpoдeтeль в тyндpe тepпeниe и ocтopoжнocть. Bыcшaя дypocть лeзть нaпpoлoм. Oгибaй, выжидaй, тepпи."
Aктyaльнo и для тpeйдингa.

Block 77777 quickly approaches (within 24 hours @ current rate), down to a 10,000 set block reward and PoS soon thereafter.

Hi

I think SAT should be promoted to merchants and crypto-fiat exchanges, maybe give a tweet to moolah.
Atleast the mining is going to be over, so miners wont dump their coins constantly and we could establish new floors 7-10 sat would be great start.
