To be honest, even as an OG, I most times don't bother reading the terms and conditions when I get on a new casino due to how the terms are usually printed, I don't know if casinos and other platforms purposely choose to write their terms and conditions in such a manner that reading it is as boring as fk, but to avoid getting into issues, I try as much as possible to find the more important parts of the terms and read..

Such important parts could getting to know what the casino says about..
VPN
KYC
MULTI-ACCOUNTING
RESTRICTED REGIONS OR JURISDICTIONS
MINIMUM DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL
This and some other information is what I try to find and learn what the casinos stand is on this, if cool with it, I proceed to making a deposit and playing, but if not, I leave the casino, this has helped over the years, one doesn't have to read all the terms and conditions word after word, they can simply find the most important parts and read, it's better than not reading at all.

This is what all cryptocurrency gamblers who are trying or planning to gamble in an online casino should know, and they should make an effort to learn it just in case they know what they shouldn't do when they play on the casino platform they will gamble on. Because this is what they usually don't know in truth, and then they end up complaining later.

So, it's good that you pointed these out, and I hope other crypto gamblers who often play in crypto gambling casinos in this field will read this so they won't have to ask the casino's support
team anymore because they already know what they shouldn't do and avoid.

^ We may hope, but the reality would stay mostly the same.

Only by doing such a mistake of not doing your research may one understand why it should be done in the first place.

I only looked at the restricted country and account accountability, since I rarely use VPN, and if I do, I ask the support staff first whether it is ok to use it or not.  I don't read the entire ToS probably because I'm lazy too. lol
That is normal I guess and not just you did that. I did that too so I guess many gamblers do the same thing like us hehehe.

We are too lazy reading the entire ToS and only search for the things that we need to know.

I prefer to contact supports directly about something that I want to know. Besides that, I can asks to their representative so I will get a clear answers.

Is it legit, i have doubts playing without the KYC.

The representative had stated that KYC is not required to withdraw from the site, and members here who played and requested withdrawal have their request processed without undergoing the KYC procedure.

If you are still in doubt, you can try it yourself, just make sure to comply with the wagering requirement needed for the fund withdrawal.

If this actually worked the way it should, most issues would be solved quietly and we wouldn't be seeing so many scam accusations against certain casinos. The reason these threads pop up is because some gamblers don't agree with the casino's decision, and sometimes even if they're in the wrong, they still post anyway. They usually show selective evidence, not the full picture, and sometimes leave out parts of the real story just to get sympathy from others.

Casinos bury their terms in layers of fine print, and most players don't bother reading them.

Then they get hit with some obscure rule violation and freak out when their funds get locked. It's not always a scam - just shady tactics.

Always skim the terms, no matter how tedious.

This is how most players are, they don’t really read the TOS, and once they violate something they still can’t accept that it was their own mistake. Instead they try to drag the casino for it, but the community is usually aware of that, especially when it’s all talk with no solid evidence. We also have to be careful because it’s not just scam casinos out there, there are scammer gamblers too.

We discussed this sometime on the forum. I guess that no matter how much we talk about, folks will still go on and do what they see fit and then turn around and accuse the casino of scam. The casino is not always to be blamed but they must also do their best to make these TOS to be easy (I don't know how to say) for people to read before they get it just as we have to agree to privacy policy and others when we sign up on some platforms.

If you are still in doubt, you can try it yourself, just make sure to comply with the wagering requirement needed for the fund withdrawal.

The problem is that some players just keep playing without even bothering to learn the important rules of the casino first; then, they'll start doubting things even if they haven't even read
the policies or rules.

That’s why it’s only right for them to actually try using the online casino first before doubting the things they assume the casino isn't doing. In the end, they'll realize that the casino
is just doing its part for the users of their platform.

Guys, everyone already realized that you are Team 2up and are trying to pretend that someone broke the TOS rules, but in reality, your boss hasn't been able to respond to my accusations in this thread for over 3 weeks. Maybe you could help him tell him so that he finally shows up here and brings clarity.

The reason behind most of these conflicts is that the players do not read the TOS and only take note when a situation goes amiss. One should not rush to label a casino a scam with no obvious indications, in particular a case when the infraction is committed by the player. Simultaneously, casinos must offer their TOS simpler and more prominent to ensure that the users know the rules beforehand. Accountability is a two-way process.

Maybe you could help him tell him so that he finally shows up here and brings clarity.
Holydarkness is already helping you and even shared his contact is aware of the situation, so please be patient since someone from the forum whose "role" is to assist is already involved. 2up will eventually come out with their explanation if your scam accusation is worth responding to, so for now it’s really just a matter of waiting. And about the TOS, everyone can have different experiences anyway, since interpretation can vary depending on the situation.

The casino is not always to be blamed but they must also do their best to make these TOS to be easy (I don't know how to say) for people to read before they get it just as we have to agree to privacy policy and others when we sign up on some platforms.

I don't know, you can talk about the TOS all you want, but the casino simply didn't provide any evidence during my investigation. You're all so sure that players are breaking the rules themselves. I filed a complaint, but the casino simply decided not to respond, thereby exposing themselves as scammers. Their rules regarding the theft of deposits also indicate that they are scammers.

From your posts so far, it seems you got problems with the casino with accusation of arbitrage bet in sports. In your post screenshots, I saw that 2Up paid you sometimes with your won money but the last time they likely considered you breaking their ToS and refused to process your withdrawal requests.

Of course, depends on accuracy of arbitrage accusation against your account, if it's valid, they can close your account according to their ToS.

The request from you is not about your account, but your deposit, you want to get it back right?

I didn't withdraw any money from my account. After my last win, they stole all the funds from my account while I was sleeping, along with my winnings. I need all the funds, not just my deposit. I'm just outraged that they dared to take it for themselves.

Generally speaking, we do not respond to fraudulent or syndicate betting groups seeking to exploit erroneous mispricings, in the interest of the debate here we will respond briefly.

Regarding gaynellehalsey, this player is:

1. Made an under bet on Chinese CBA basketball when the market was 92.5 for 1st Quarter, this is a clear mispricing as the market should have been around half that, basketball games don't go that high in scores.
2. Made another bet in Volleyball Poland on prices that did not reflect true market conditions. https://projektwarszawa.waw.pl/informacja-medyczna-przed-meczem-z-bogdanka-luk-lublin/
3. All other bets were made on very low tier obscure table tennis games
4. Total of 7 bets: 1 on the basketball mispricing, 2 in volleyball, 4 on obscure table tennis B setka cup

These were the only markets that the player made bets in, did not place bets on any major sports or leagues.

The player also has another account that has won money with us doing the same betting patterns.

We know accounts are linked because we pay for specialised digital tracking services which we are not at liberty to say.
We do not simply track IP, device, cookies and other information, we don't collect KYC but we have other sophisticated tracking tools.

This player along with the other player on page 38 of the 2UP thread are either:

1. A syndicate betting group seeking to exploint wrong prices on sportsbooks
2. A player/person who has paid to receive such information and seeks to profit from such events.
3. The player on page 38 called bornro / username: bran1 bets exclusively on obscure matches where they have faster event information, all of his bets are "late bets" it means, he bets immediately after a goal has already occurred because prices have not changed, he is able to do so because he bets on Soccer Italy Campionato Primavera U20 match. It is super small and providers don't always have access to the fastest information but the player has a person or scout at the match.

We are working very hard to remove these obscure and small leagues but it is difficult because the leagues come through the API and there are literally hundreds that come up each week and we can't manually remove them yet but we are working on something, it is because of players like this that we are also forced to either remove the leagues or increase the margin/decrease the bet size.

To add more information to the case:

1. These syndicates are NOT bitcointalk members, they do not sign up using the code from the forum, in fact it does not matter.
2. You will see that they are new accounts on bitcointalk by looking at their activity/posts to know they are NOT normal players.
3. We are not saying that we punish non bitcointalk members, we are just trying to highlight the players that have issue with us. When have you ever seen a proper seasoned bitcointalk member complain we steal their money?
4. These are professional syndicate players that seek to win from pricing errors and event speed and fixed matches.
5. These people are the reason platforms like Stake Shuffle Roobet and the top crypto brands are not able to offer good competitive prices compared to some of the local Asian Fiat ones
6. There are many more accounts that are linked to these syndicates or more syndicates that we monitor and get rid of.
7. We will always to confiscating all winnings and full deposits to deter these people from returning.

Final words:

1. If a player comes here, and bets 1$, 10$, 100$, 1000$, 10000$ (which a btctalk member did on a premier league match) and wins then wishes to withdraw, they will have absolutely zero issue.
2. We spend a lot of money doing marketing, the last thing we want to do is to shoot ourselves in the foot and arbitrarily confiscate 50$ to 500$ because we want to steal their money? But we pay out tens or hundreds of thousands to others.
3. Our business is making a spread of between 2.5% to 5% so that normal players are able to enjoy themselves by betting a sporting event, if you are right/lucky we have no problems in paying you.

Forum members are free to draw whatever conclusion and to make their own judgement.

No amount of posts, flaming or anything will change our stance and we will employ more measures to confiscate ALL their money.

We will not be responding to ANY posts by this person, they can write 10 pages of stuff, go open another thread or whatever, this is our stance and decision. The End.

A cheap trick: the Chinese basketball game was canceled—first of all, your provider offered Polish volleyball, and it's stupid to compare them to other providers. Third, you didn't mention the game that was put on the market in the major league, lying to the audience that there were no games. Regarding some player I don't even know—stupid excuses. Keep playing Sherlock. Your cheap excuses didn't live up to my expectations. You picked on two games and compared me to some guy from the chat without providing any evidence. An epic tale of idiocy, you've embarrassed yourself on this entire site.

If you're a man and you have balls, reply to the lcb.org thread, provide all your evidence, and continue the investigation there. Everything you provide as evidence is pure nonsense, and you know that lcb.org won't approve of such evidence. So, if there are balls on the site, let's continue the dialogue there. If not, then you're a common scammer.

Look, the casino’s support team explained their side clearly regarding the report filed against you. If you can’t accept that, I think the real problem lies with you. There are really just some people who will stand by something wrong and insist they are right, even when they knew from the very start that they did something wrong.

Now, if you can’t respect the response they gave you, there’s nothing you can do about it. No matter how many pages of excuses you write, you’re just ruining your reputation on this forum because your posts are getting out of hand and unreasonable. If I were you, I’d just stop, because everything you say now will just be useless and ignored.

I believe not reading gambling platform terms and conditions is a psychological behaviour practiced by most people in the 21st century.
Nevertheless, it is a widespread behavior, and it does not only happen in gambling, but it also happens in the area of online agreements on websites where users are asked if they agree with the agreement, and most of us only click on accept without fully understanding the platform agreements.

Having said that, the different is that reading the terms and conditions when it comes to gambling always saves us from future problems.
