Yes, not being able to track your balance in real time can be very frustrating and creates confusion. Sometimes the connection from the backend is lagging especially when there is a lot of load is processed at the same time so it is not news when sometimes we experience delay in account balance update.  I also experienced this multiple times from different casinos.  And I also experience the counterpart where the balance is already updated while the spin is yet to finish (in other casino).
