I first heard about this company thanks to a Bitcointalk contest this winter (big thanks to 2UP.io and one kind person for organizing these contests). I registered and made a deposit. The first two times I didn’t win anything, but in March I managed to win two contests and got a $50 prize (1x wager).

I was pleasantly surprised that the prize was credited within 3–4 days — that’s pretty fast. Overall, I really like the 2UP website; it’s well-made and feels solid and trustworthy. 

I don't know if you were actually criticized for the delay of crediting the rewards, or if you wanted to be appreciated for the prize money that you won. Usually, they credit the winnings faster. However, due to the unavailability of casino team members in other scenarios, there may be slight delays. Also, since they run different promotions on the forum, the team probably sends the info all together instead of sending it one by one. This could be another reason for the delay.

It is really nice to see that you cashed out from the prize winnings, and congratulations on your winnings. I know the amount isn't that big, but when it comes to free money from contests, it feels good, even if it's not big.

I highly agree, gamblers don't have much request or don't focus their energy on whining unless necessary.  Instead of spending their time complaining on something so trivial, they would rather spend their time betting on their favorite game.

Gamblers just wanted to have a smooth game experience, from depositng fund, to a smooth interface, to non-problematic withdrawal.  Beside that, only a few complain about their losses and accuse the casino platform of manipulating the result of the game.

I agree with what you said about casinos will copy the marketing strategy of another because there's a marketing and advertising blueprint used by all iGaming platforms, which is why almost all casinos have weekly perks. But the only difference is that some casinos use different approaches to do their marketing/perks.
Having said that, I hope Vaculin understands that making a profit a casino does not actually mean they will give some perks to their users.
