Seems that this is a new addition because when I registered my account few months ago, I did not see any VIP transfer program (unless I missed it).
I checked the whole terms and it seems that I wont be able to apply for this VIP transfer due to this below rule:

Players with lifetime wagering over US$5,000 at 2UP are not eligible.

Although I'm not actively playing here but I have managed to wager more than $10k so I'm not eligible

Lets say the players failed to wager as what is required within the given time (30days), the matched VIP level will not be cancelled as per their terms that there is no downgrade after the upgrade.

I say its the test because they have to wager an amount to be able to level up in rank.  Unlike in other casino VIP transfers, where the casino will match their rank from their reference casino, this time 2UP puts them on Gold 1 VIP regardless of their VIP rank on other casinos and they have to do the wager to make their way up in the ranking.  So instead of directly promoting them to the highest VIP rank they have to make their way to the highest rank from Gold 1 VIP with just 10% of the usual wagering requirement, thus the test of course it is stated that they can keep any level they attain within that period of time after that, a normal wagering requirement will be implemented for their VIP rank up.

I have tried the feature, but if there's something i like about the platform service aside from gameplay experience, it will be their bonus and offer to their platform users

Not many participants manage to win each week, but that is actually the good part since fewer competitors means a higher chance of taking the prize.

There is no requirement on how long the parlay needs to be and only one leg was expected to go over 1.5 odds. With that budget, I think it should be enough to wager $100k if we play safely with small base bet and play games such as plinko or keno (I will never recommend dice lol). Aside the reward from the offer, we can also still get a reward from the tier-up/ladder-up reward (Gold2-3-4) each $12 plus we play original games, we will also get reward based on how much we have wagered in a week. $18 for $8888 wager, $188 for $88,888 wager etc. So lets say you can wager $10k per week to reach your target $40k then you will get additional $18*4= $72. Of course it is not that big but at least it is nice additional reward.
