Yap I keep my eyes on the telegram channel and it seems they have specific time to release the bonus code, at least they last few days they released the bonus codes at 7pm-9pm-11pm in our timezone but last night, the bonuses were smaller than the previous few days. I have not reached my target yet but I believe it is closer, the most important thing is that I should try to avoid too big negative PnL. After the monthly bonus, my luck was really bad because I had to deposit additional $250 and lost it all quickly which made my PnL up to negative $400. I made another $200 deposit and luckily I managed to withdraw $1000 so basically it turns my negative PnL to positive .

But after the $1000 withdraw, my luck is stopped because bad luck comes continuously and I lost $350 back  but I believe I am still in positive PnL till now. I have to admit that this time I am too greedy while trying to reach the target because I should have not bet bigger than what I used to do. Firstly, it is a normal line to use but after that if there are any issues, the case will be recorded by a support team, then passing it through an escalation line for better support. When a case is escalated, it would reduce a lot of waiting time for users rather than contacting the customer support through a first normal line again.
