If their information is correct, it should be easy for the law to go after them, but why is there no news about that, especially those casinos that have scammed people in the forum?
It's why people would prefer to consider using casinos with valid license with reasons like if anything happen bad, they or someone else can sue that gambling business. It's kind of belief a casino license gives to their customers but it's clearly that a license does not guarantee anything at all.
License can be a first factor to consider but a gambling business reputation is very important, even more important. It's more easily to choose a casino with many years of operation in this competitiveness with a good reputation. If the casino ownership does not change hands, it's unlikely that casino will change from a good casino to a bad one and scam their users.
