This reminds me of what happened with BetLucy (betlucy right!)
Now, after waiting far too long for this to get resolved and after receiving no positive response from the OP, I think it’s about time to start red-tagging this casino and its representative (a scam accusation thread has been already posted, so we can talk about creating a flag).
I really hoped this would has been resolved differently, but unfortunately it seems that many (as usual) think that scamming generates more revenue than operating legitimately!

Is it only signature campaigns that have not paid so far? What about review campaigns have they received the money in their accounts?

I'm not blaming anyone here, just give an advice, if the brand that want to promote is new, it's a good idea for managers to take action such as escrow campaign funds. At least it sheds some light on the participants, not just the campaign, but also the unreasonable promotions the site used to run. Try reading the post I quoted in my previous post, you'll see where the oddity lies bros.

Yeah the manager should have been able to hold the campaign funds for at least a week, but it's a shame it had to end like this, instead of expecting the worst with this situation others will be skeptical they solve the problem.

I agree with you that the campaign manager should have secured the payments for the signature campaign participants (I really feel sorry for Hatchy) at least for the next one or two weeks. Still, this is not enough. In cases like this, even if the participants get paid, this doesn’t justify promoting a scam service.
What I suggest, from now on, is keeping enough money in escrow to pay the campaign participants and to compensate any users who might get scammed by the promoted service.

What do you mean by security fund to be deposited on this website? We only have trusted escrow on the forum. The forum itself is not the one that accepts the deposit, and I kind of buy the idea of all new casinos which are coming here in other to gain little trust from those who will want to test the casino. There should be some security to protect them until the casino gain enough trust, because of this little drama

I got a message from the team that they are undergoing some maintenance and would let us know when they are back online.. hopefully they respond on the forum after the maintenance is concluded and everything gets settled..

While it's a bit unfortunate that they suddenly went offline without any further notice via email or social media, it's still too early to say they're planning an exit scam. so, whatever it is, let's just hope they come back online and sort this whole mess out. but if they're not online in the next few hours, it can be said that they have run away, although I do not expect that to happen.

Don't be naive. They have plenty of ways to communicate to the community other than the website. They could have been chatting with the manager, they could be giving updates here, and they still have access to their socials if the website is down.

If they weren't pulling a scam I think they would have been online by now or communicated in some way vs letting speculation build.

They were online but didn’t communicate at all, and now the site can’t even be reached anymore. That’s usually a bad sign, and it really looks like an exit scam at this point.

This is the risk with casinos that don’t have a proper license and only try to build reputation here, because once things go bad, they can easily disappear.
Sad for the community, another one that started well, but now it looks like it was planned as a scam from the start.

Having new casinos that are coming into the forum for any promotions for the first time to make deposit of specific amounts of money as security into an escrow with a reputable forum member will be a great way to prevent this similar situation from occuring in the future.

I feel pity for the innocent users. It might be that the campaign manager is equally a victim who was deceived and did not know the  Betmoco.com team has an exit scam plot, if truly that is where this is going.

The signature participants I believe didn't know that the casino was going to scam people. Unless there was already a scam accusation against the casino which the participants were aware of but still went ahead to promote them, then you can sound this way. But if there was nothing of such, I don't see any reason to blame the signature promoters. I'm sure they are all feeling bad already that the casino ended up this way. I believe they are hurting already, let's not make things more hard for them with our words.

i mean at this point it's just exhausting. You wanna play some hands or spin a few slots without becoming a forensic accountant, and instead you're spending hours messaging three different reps for three different fairy tales. It turns a hobby into a second job.
I once had a $50 bonus stuck during a 'technical update' and the stress of checking every hour wasn't worth the potential payout - I wrote it off as a fee to learn never to leave more than a night's fun budget on a new site. The forum drama that follows this stuff is somehow more draining than losing the money... If a site can't post one clear update in their own thread, they don't respect the community enough to get our time, let alone our deposits.

TBH, unless they start paying players with stuck withdrawals, their statements will just come across as stalling.

How convenient it is that there's now a maintenance and the website is down in the midst of these stuck withdrawals.

Most signature campaign participants do not care about how trustworthy and legitimate the site they are promoting is. They are solely dependent on the campaign manager. And it happens that some do not even care if there are any complaints against the platform they are promoting. Betmoco has not responded to complaints about it being a scam platform and the site is down. Signature campaign has been paused by the manager

And it happens that some do not even care if there are any complaints against the platform they are promoting. Betmoco has not responded to complaints about it being a scam platform and the site is down. Signature campaign has been paused by the manager

Did you read Hatchy (the signature campaign manager)’s reply regarding this? He decided to pause the campaign because some forum members (some of them were campaign participants) raised their voices and said that something doesn’t seem right.
So, no. Being a participant in a signature campaign doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to defend the service you are promoting. Well, I have to agree with you that this doesn’t apply to everyone, unfortunaely.

I am not blaming them. I just said that they only missed $20 payment, which was only an extra bonus and they didn't lose any of their own funds.

While there are other people who deposited real funds in there, and lost it. Then I find it strange that the focuse was now put on how sad it was for those promoters to not get their $20. That is all.

If there is any pity, it should be for the real depositors, far more than the promoters.
