Messaged the 3 people that are linked to Betmoco on Telegram yesterday and all 3 have replied, Was told by 2 of them that they would create a group chat for me with the others that are working there to keep me in the loop but nothing has happened yet. Betto also replied back to me saying he will keep me posted. One of them eluded to me that they are waiting on someone to come through for them (i assume with funds) or if that fails they will look for other solutions to get players paid. I'll let you make up your own mind if any of it is believable or not

Are you really sure it's 3 separate people working there? I always got the feeling it was a one-man operation.
Could you ask them to each speak a small voice message, or video message to make sure it's actually 3 different people?

The high time we all understand that those who used the casino has lost their money to scammers the better for us, there’s no point writing this guys because it’s all a waste of time, they have scammed people and people who just move on, if you are still expecting them to pay all the people they are owing you are just fooling yourself, if bitmoco scammers casino is owing you just move on and accept that your money is gone. When ever a new casino comes into this forum don’t just start playing on that casino study them for a very long time before using them to play so you can avoid being scammed like this, I have also learnt my lesson.

I remember the representative and chat support was well covered with shifting by the time they are still active without any problem which means there’s no way it can be handle by a single person for a week of work.

They are playing a victim card now as way to prolong the downtime.

It is good they showcase their true colour in this early stage in the forum. I just pity the manager who managed their signature Campaign. Innocent guy now is in the net of among scammers. And what make many people to believed them because of the manager input on their announcement thread since he has reputation in the forum. And within only 2 weeks plus in the forum they just displayed their bad behavior. As you guys have said, it was a calculated plan from the casino to scam the users and run away. They did it as a Ponzi scheme Casino.

That's what's on my mind now, but they make sure no one will notice it during reviews.
I know people on the forum are very good at spotting scam projects; it would be easy for them to spot a fraudulent casino.
So we must be careful now and investigate quickly when there's a new casino arrive? Grin

However, users of that casino have been lucky because it hasn't gained much attention on the forum, where only a few have deposited and had their funds trapped.  I hope signature participants who created an account there didn't use their personal email upon registering.

What I think happened is they opened a casino, found a gullible manager to open a review campaign, then open a sig campaign. They then hoped deposits would flood in and they would be set when the offered their too good to be true promo. They didn't get the deposits they had hoped for and couldn't pay the sig campaign at the end of the week and then a story had to be told.

IMO bs.

Well, if we think this is the case, then what is the point of bringing the site down? They would have told this whole fake story and kept the site running so they may get more deposits from the visitors who directly access the site and do not know what is going on at the backend. They close the site altogether, at least for now.
If they are low on funds and the site is not accessible, that means no business for them and they would never be able to pay back to anyone and unfortunately it is a scam exit.

I hope this number is real and not a VoIP/virtual number, and that the SIM is not registered under someone else’s or fake information as this would require investigation by law enforcement authorities.

I also checked the phone number you mentioned in the scam accusation thread and indeed, the area code 11 points to Buenos Aires and the carrier is Claro Argentina. I couldn’t identify the owner’s name online so it would require contacting the telecom company.

Also, if you have more information about who is behind the casino such as their real name, photo, or email address, it would help support your report... However, this needs to be done quickly so the scammer doesn’t manage to escape.

You say there is no scam, no exit, no intention to disappear but users are still waiting for payments and the website still down.
Using VOIP is not main issue. Delayed payouts, unclear communication and shifting responsibility are real issue. If everything is fine, why are user still unpaid? Any proof of payments?
You ask community to remove flags after payments are completed. That already shows there is serious problem. I won't be surprised that even you settled this issue the tag will remain. This isn't the 1st time happened here in bitcointalk.

Asked them in Telegram to pay me out my $1120 balance to an address I gave them 3 days ago. Said I would post it immediately if I received it. But ofcourse, they only came to statements "we are paying some large ones out shortly". Another proof they have no funds at all, not even wanting to make 1 statement small payment to recover a slight bit of their reputation.

@Elro123 I really hope you catch him. He needs to face legal consequences for this. Phone number could be a start but getting his details at his odds provider he used can be the better way

Someone seems to be sweating. You mentioned @Elro123 specifically probably because he and some others are onto you and this could be a ploy to try and divert attention in order to escape somehow. If that is the case, your strategy is not working.

If I am wrong about this, you are just some sort of deluded dude who has fun watching the consequences of your actions within this forum. The only way you can truly convince anyone is by resolving all withdrawals and then talking, but that clearly will never happen. Smh!

Since I am also effectively out of 2.3k euros (given the site is completely down and Betton and rest people don't even bother answering to telegram messages at this point) I am informing @Elro123 that if it would be possibly to somehow include my scam accusation in his report to the criminal or cybersecurity authorities and I can afford to pay whatever fee necessary to make it happen just to see a scammer get caught eventually in this grey-area crypto-gambling jungle in my lifetime.

I leave it up to elro to contact me for more information as it even if this possible and I will complete whatever steps I need to take.

Instead of always coming here with long talk,  why not just go straight in solving the problem people are facing,  see, no matter how many times you keep saying “there is no scam”, repeatedly does not calm people who still cannot withdraw their money.  If you guys are really handling the payments,  then the clearest proof is just to process withdrawals first and leave all this talk for later.

See at this moment users,  players and the campaign participants have not yet been paid and your site is still down. So how do you expect people who want solutions to keep believing empty statements with no screenshots to prove that you guy's are working on solving the problem. And asking people to remove tag and flags even before resolving the pending payments feels so premature. The fastest way to end this problem and speculation is very simple:  just clear all the withdrawals and demonstrate accountability through your actions and not coming here everyday giving empty assurance.
