Using OP's number I was able to locate him due to very poor privacy regulations in Argentina.
I will try contacting authorities in Buenos Aires (his residency) and funnily enough I have a planned vacation in Buenos Aires in early May

I hope this number is real and not a VoIP/virtual number, and that the SIM is not registered under someone else’s or fake information as this would require investigation by law enforcement authorities.
I also checked the phone number you mentioned in the scam accusation thread and indeed, the area code 11 points to Buenos Aires and the carrier is Claro Argentina. I couldn’t identify the owner’s name online so it would require contacting the telecom company.
Also, if you have more information about who is behind the casino such as their real name, photo, or email address, it would help support your report... However, this needs to be done quickly so the scammer doesn’t manage to escape.
