I'm glad to read that you intend to fix the situation and do the right thing but I don't think it's fair that such a short period of time has been left for users to claim their money that they entrusted to you.
From what I can read in this thread some of them have been waiting for much longer than a week so imo provide a timeframe at least equal to the wait they are enduring, wouldn't wans to see someone losing their money because they are afk for personal matters.

If they can prove they were owed money, why put a timeline on it period? I've seen sites put a timeline on withdrawing money if the site is closing it's doors or closing accounts after a year of inactivity, but not you have 1 week to claim your money even though we plan to keep operating. I don't know if I should say "this is a good step,"  but I still don't know why the burden is still being shifted to the user,  people have been patiently waiting for weeks,  and now you expect people to send your team email within a week to claim what is rightfully theirs?  Why is it not possible to just automatically clear all pending withdrawals from your system? A deadline to guarantee processing is just as concerning. These are not bonuses for goodness sakes, they are users' money.

If Betmoco wants to rebuild trust,  they will need to show full transparency, show people proof of all processed payments and simply clear withdrawal,  this action alone can restore some confidence.  Actions speak louder than words, and not all this platform upgrading  announcements.

What means do you have to verify the user matches with the customer you owe money to in your casino, I think having such a weak reimbursement approach opens ways for two things.

1: You are either going to be paying the wrong person taking them to be the original owner of the accounts since there is no way to verify their identity.

2: Maybe you are just trying to get the trust of the community by coming up with a process that will not end them anywhere, from all indications you seem not that ready yet to solve these issues.

Its been about 5 hours since the supposed Betmoco rep posted, saying to send emails in 12 hours, lol. The website is still offline. So I guess they have 7 hours left before some kind of magic happens where suddenly anybody believes them. I wonder why the sudden effort to once again feign legitimacy. There was no clarification offered about their license issue or about why they had to go down in the first place. Perhaps some pissed off people began to investigate what other casinos this team were a part of or had been in the past.

In addition, 7 days time frame is too short and pretty susceptible for people to miss it. If we think about it, the victims have even waited for more than a week, so why keep it at 7 days when you have inconvenienced folks for more? it ain't right.

Same writing style with parts of text in bold, same timeline of disappearing after a couple weeks, same bullshit updates, same strategy of only communicating via Telegram and same bullshit about "bonus abuse" for an everlasting "pause" in processing withdrawals.

Don't think you get this scam done a third time on here. I will be very closely watching threads of new websites popping up and as soon as there is no valid license I will warn very early that it's a scam.

Man, stop wasting your time on this silly game he is still playing. If you have time to spend, spend it on finding this sociopath bastard. Perhaps your country has a tv show who tracks down criminals and airs it. Those shows often have a big budget and can afford an IT specialist who can pinpoint locations based on very basic data. It's just a thought.
