Can i run 2 cards with 1 bat on SOLO?

The miner says GPU Device: 1

I have this in my bat: di 1,2 -ss 0 -t 4 -sd 0 -hc 512

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks Wink

he previously said to run each card on its own bat. so i'm guessing its not supported

Bah I'm confused with the nodes thing.

Started solo mining, reached 8 connections in an instant. Read the guide, says having 8 connections is bad and I need more. Couple hours of tinkering with my linux router and opening port 9911 for both TCP and UDP => getting 6 connections now. Tried adding some nodes to the primecoin.conf file, doesn't seem to help. Keeping the port closed gets me more connections, any tips?

Here's the peerinfo from debug window: http://tny.cz/ce42f425

I find it strange that from all the peers I'm connected to, none has "IPV4address:9911"

Edit: here's the getpeerinfo with port closed, very different looking peers: http://tny.cz/2ecf7789

you have to forward the port that primecoin wallet uses (when upnp doesnt work)

turn on upnp in your router, the wallet should make use of upnp to forward the incoming connections automatically.
If that doesn't work to increase your connection count, you could do manual forwarding but I suspect it may not help much...

@Slimdim, Claymore did say solo and pool similar results

I think the gpu-miner should have a feature to choose chain length for solo-mining. Finding 7ch, 8ch, 9ch is useless. We need only 10ch for solo.

Try "-ss 2 -t 8" if your CPU is slow. It's a good idea to test different values and see changes in 4ch/h.

Please read Readme and FAQ in the first post of this thread before asking any questions, probably the answer is already there.

sub 10 chains are byproduct. you need to test for them before testing 10.
