Since it's an USDT withdrawal, I would have expected it to get processed much faster. However, we don't know the circumstances, so what really matters is that the withdrawal got processed and it didn't take too long. Personally, I would still consider it an instant withdrawal given the circumstances. A 7 minutes delay isn't much different from an instant withdrawal, to be honest.
