My account at Vega.bet is registered under the email zoltan.berczy@proton.me. I am writing to warn other players about how Vega.bet treated me. I want to share a clear chronology of events, because their behavior looks like a deliberate attempt to avoid paying out winnings.

I deposited $140. I placed two bets and lost them. No one contacted me, no one blocked my account, and no one mentioned any issues with my bets or odds.

As soon as I placed two winning bets, my account was immediately blocked along with my funds. No warning, no explanation at that moment. They refused to pay out $325 — apparently, this is a large sum for them.

I contacted support and described exactly what happened. Their response was: “The account block has been lifted, and sports betting limits will be reduced.” So they admitted the block was lifted and only limits would be reduced.

I tried to log in again. I managed to enter my account, but within a minute I was logged out again and the account was blocked again. This directly contradicts what support had just told me.

After that, support changed their story and said: “After re-verification, the account was blocked again, the block will not be lifted, your bets were aimed at odds that did not correspond to the market price.”

I wrote to them many times asking for specific details: which bets, what exact odds, and what market price they were comparing to. They read my messages but simply ignored them and did not answer any of my questions. They also ignored my request to withdraw my remaining funds to my USDT BEP-20 wallet: 0xf2d58ce8ea618c9327c97b507881ff52c8c381f3

They have now stopped responding entirely.

The facts speak for themselves:

When I lost  everything was fine.

When I won  my account was blocked and my money was frozen.

Support first said the block was lifted and only limits would be reduced, then immediately re-blocked me permanently.

The reason about “odds not corresponding to market price” was invented after the fact, without any specifics or evidence.

They are now ignoring all messages.

Good decision, bro. Even if someone says they'll take responsibility for the result in case your prediction is wrong, one of them still have a chance to say, you already bring them to lose. We never know when they will getting big losses and blaming you because following your predictions. a disclaimer is just a statement, while blaming someone is an action, and it can put you in an uncomfortable position. let them place a bet by their predictions not yours.

No offense, but looking at the size of your win, I don't think Vega would risk their image to deliberately avoid paying your bet unless they found some suspicious activity that required them to ban your account.. I would suggest that Vega.bet team allow all users (and even non-users) to participate in this campaign without having to disclose their usernames and distribute the rewards based on the severity of the bug found and not based on the rank of the user who found it. Just my opinion.

I think the reason why they ask or why you need to provide your username by joining is because you need to submit a support ticket on  discord so that they can verify your Vega Bet rank. They are providing a testing balance based on your rank to find bugs, the higher your rank, you have more testing balance you can receive.
It's not really a contest where you have to compete with other participants, since everyone who participated and find a verified bug will receive 50$ reward. Only the testing balance is different for everyone because it depends on their rank.

I understand your frustration brother and please do what actions you think is appropriate to do right now. I've read what you've said and I think that with how vega.bet is active with their promotion, they're also willing to check out again what you've got here to resolve things with their users. It's a pre selected combination of games by Vega Bet itself. By choosing hot combos, they included an additional boost if ever you choose to place bets using this feature. The matches doesn't always start at the same time. Sometimes the matches begin ome after another, sometimes a few hours apart, or sometimes at the same time. But the explanation of how Vega Bet choose the matches to include in Hot Combos, there's none. I haven't found any info about it.

I'm not sure if its just me, but the primary question is whether the campaign drives true security testing or does it just give those who already have high ranks more testing balances? The main principle should be on the severity and impact of the verified vulnerabilities than on the rank of the bug bounty participant. Providing an equal opportunity to test the platform could also help identify problems which are not found otherwise. I do know though, that testing balances can be used to mitigate risk. The eligibility and responsible disclosure of information and the criteria for rewards would be clear.
