If the rules change like this, the contest will not fair anymore, because participants easier to cheat by copying other people predictions. Participants who have a chance of winning with a lower score could also be disadvantaged by the rule. For example, if there are 3 identical predictions and all of them are chosen as winners because they have the highest score, does that mean they take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place? That wouldn't be fair, right? We don't know whether they actually made predictions by themselves or simply copied someone else answer. So, I think FCFS for identical predictions is the best option.
No rules against copying answers from a player you know is good with their sporting knowledge, only catch is make sure you are among the first three should the initial predictor win... But the several gameweeks I have seen this game being played, I think everyone plays to show they know what they are doing lol but this wouldnt be a bad strategy Oh and winning back to back isn't easy because it's very competitive with more players jumping in every game week. Yes, there's no such thing stated in the rules that other participants can't copy other people's prediction. It's not actually cheating since there's no guarantee of winning even if there are among the participants who would try to copy prediction. As long as they can submit their entry as early as possible and make a prediction that can get them a score higher than the other participants. It doesn't matter if it is a copy prediction or anything, as long as they can complete the requirements and not abusing the event rules/rewards, no rules are being violated. I also agree to that, winning back to back right now is much harder. Especially that there are more participants submitting their entries as soon as the even was posted. It's amazing and an exciting one as it makes the competition tougher, the odds of winning now will be different compared to the previous weeks of the event.

You’re right. Aside from that, Similar answers are highly possible due to the use of AI on sports analysis these days. It’s an easiest way to predict an outcome especially if you don’t have any idea about the sports contest you are joining. There’s also a tie breaker question and the timestamp on the answer to determine the winner in case they have identical answers so this is not a big issue in the contest here. Besides, it can work in negative way since all same answer will be eliminated once their prediction are wrong.

There was an event I'm eyeing with the same like this for Vega event and it's from another casino jetLA that is hosted by yahoo. There was something out there that get my interest although it's more just predicting the total score. The rule is that if someone has the same prediction the one who'll win was the individual who has larger bet. Even with many questions asked if there are lot participants, it's really easy to say someone is copying but I think it would differ if theres something like 2-3 questions in that event that has 3 or 4 possible answer instead of simple yes or no, over/under or who will win the match. I think even with 100 prediction submitted, it will filter a lot who seems to copy the simple predictions or add as well on the rules that whoever got a larger bet will win and who also posted it early.

Yeah, even i never join the game, but I always following the growing number of participants every week. I know, for now with increasing number of participants, it be difficult to win back to back. However, my main concern is, about @tabas posts "share the rewards with same amount of identical prediction if they win" this can bring some disadvantage among participants (even though the decision is 100% up to the Vega team and the manager). because even not 100% true, identical predictions with 100% same in answer, can suspect the possibility of cheating by several participants. Therefore, maintaining the current rule that the first to submit is considered the winner is the right rules for me and maybe another will agree. As discussed earlier This is because the following principle applies: In case of tie breaker, earliest entry wins.
if you predict the first and your prediction is right, you are the winner. 2nd, 3rd users with same prediction will be out as winner this is the easy way to keep the event fair. in the end, this is not just a pedictions only, but also a race.

The rule is that if someone has the same prediction the one who'll win was the individual who has larger bet.
I don't think that will be right instead they should go with the first person who got the correct prediction as stated by masulum should be given the reward that is his luck and smartness to predict first before the second tie. And it is only this will be fear for the first person if not... There is always are tools to select winners in such prediction. In prediction there must be identical numbers but who first dropped his or her prediction should be considered.

Well, I'm just inserting some option and idea there and it's up to Royse or Vega if they'll add it. Moreover if there was nothing too serious in regards to the event I think it needs to stay as usual then. Time is really the key to this, but rushing to bet there and post without much of an analysis or something might not be good unless one you're copying is winning that's the only edge and if you're also early to the other participant. I think it's easy to say it's being copied but I think it's mere of coincidences considering there are only few questions on it with just simple 2 picks on the option, so there could always a lot of similarities on the answer.

Otherwise, they can share it depending on the rules or vega can give the same amount for all of the winners who predicted the same scores.

You're right, so the prerogative is on the contest organizer if they'll going to do that. But I think they'll limit it maybe up to 3 or how many they'll allow it with the same predictions. Then if not, it's best to stick with the only person who predicted first the right outcome. So in the end, it's within the decision of the organizer if they'll distribute the rewards equally or with the same amounts each of them. Yet, you're right about it that it can also be used for cheating so, the decision is on them because with what I've seen and participated in the past, the first predictor is the solely winner and the rules are like that, only one winner and first come - first serve.

Yup, in the end it's still the organizers verdict and we all understand that. While everyone is free to compare it with the past contests or experiences, we're all simply participants and we might affect the decision but in a very little way. GTA 6 is coming. You hit big. Where’s your last drive before GTA6? Just played with Vinewood as GTA V is still installed on my PC, I also went to Del Perro Pier to reduce the star wanted level. Still playing it once in a while despite being excited for the 6 but I haven't bought it yet.

To be honest, I’m not really in the same age group as I was for the previous instalments; life has taken me in a different direction and I’ve got other commitments, but I won’t lie I’d absolutely love to start playing it again, but I just never seem to have the time.
