I think you’re confusing Arda Turan and Arda Güler. Arda Güler is currently a Real Madrid player. Arda Turan is a former Galatasaray, Atlético Madrid, and Barcelona player and is currently the coach of Shakhtar Donetsk. They just happen to share the same name...

They’re really doing a great job this season. I think they should serve as an example for Turkish clubs. The so-called “big” clubs only spend money and don’t generate revenue by selling players. I can't think of any other explanation. Samsunspor is already in a tough spot and their form is poor; they’ve lost their last three matches. It makes no sense to sell one of your best strikers to Olympiacos when you don't have solid players to fall back on.
If a youth academy player were stepping up to fill the void, that would be one thing, but that isn't the case here.

I think they have the advantage of playing at home in front of their home crowd. Last season, Trabzonspor were 2:1 victorious against Galatasaray in this similar fixture at home. Galatasaray have looked to struggle anytime Victor Osimehn is not available and with his current injury situation I don’t think he will be available for this game. Kerem isn't a striker, he's a left winger. And as a winger, he's expected to contribute with goals and assists, even though not as much as a striker does. Lukaku isn't the only striker. There's Muriqi. And Muriqi is a much better striker than Lukaku. Lukaku seems to have lost his touch. He has just a name now, he no longer has his old finishing ability or explosiveness.

Fenerbahçe made a huge mistake by letting Talisca go and they're paying the price for it. They'll have to make another no.10/forward transfer during the winter transfer window.

I think it suits Lukaku well.
I think that as a player he is an excellent player, but that as a person he really leaves a lot to be desired, you can see how he left many of the teams he played for. I'm talking about Inter, Roma and Napoli for example.

A draw is the likely result here IMO. It's a derby, both teams are strong even though Galatasaray is much stronger, Trabzonspor has the home advantage, Galatasaray missing some important players but can definitely hold Trabzonspor. A draw would not be a fair result for Galatasaray, they need to make sure Besiktas doesn't overtake them. Trabzonspor has been struggling as well, they have some quality but not yet in perfect shape.
I believe we might likely see some goals in this one judging from the way both teams play. They are both not a defensive minded so even without the influence of Osimhen we could still see an over 2.5 goals. I'm not gambling on that though 
Galatasaray has conceded a reasonable amount this season already which makes me believe Trabzonspor could score a goal or two and same goes Galatasaray.

Arda Turan could be one of the most important coaches to emerge from Turkey and make his mark on the world stage. For now, I think he's gaining valuable experience with Shakhtar Donetsk. Later, he could coach a team in Italy or Spain. Perhaps the possibility of him coaching a team in Spain is higher because he has a background there and speaks Spanish. I don't see the possibility of him returning to Turkey and managing a team as very likely.

I think that Arda Turan right now is only thinking about strengthening his team and trying to get as far as possible with Shakhtar. After that we will see what the future will be later. But right now i think he is solely and exclusively focused on understanding what to do with his team.

What a game we are watching! Nobody expected this score in first half. Trabzonspor 3-0 Galatasaray and it's only half time. They also missed 4th goal a couple of times. Trabzonspor is playing a one sided game. Galatasaray looked finished. This may be their biggest upset this season. I wonder what will Okan say at half time.
