Amedspor, as a newly promoted team to the Super Lig, has had a very good start. Currently, as they head into the international break, they are at the top of the table. Galatasaray is in second place. Between penalties that were not given, disallowed goals, cards that weren't shown, the number of critical mistakes made against Beşiktaş has been more than double that of their closest rivals.
There have been 2 losses in the league, one against Alanyaspor and the other against Amed SK. Beşiktaş could've won both of those matches. Starting the season 6 for 6 would've scared everyone. That's why I find these obstacles to be normal. We're used to this league being played this way.

Ask anyone and they'll agree that an early red card should've been issued after the slap on Trossard's face in Alanyaspor match. That would've completely changed the course of the game. In the Amed match, 2 penalties for Vlahovic weren't called. That game could've turned out differently as well. Beşiktaş conceded goals due to their own mistakes, but that's no excuse for the referees' wrong calls.

Ultimately the team is on the right track but external factors are once again having a major impact. We could've seen a very different standings after 6 weeks. I hope that in the coming weeks, such glaring mistakes won't be made and that the league will be a bit more balanced due to the decisions made.

Fenerbahçe lost points in two consecutive matches and dropped in the standings, but Beşiktaş could be sitting in the lead right now. This has been the problem of the Super Eagles, losing one of their best striker and no one I mean no one has step up to prove to Nigerians that if Victor Osimhen is unavailable that they can take up that position and deliver, none I have seen and correct me if I'm wrong. For me I believe this Victor Osimhen's injury is not as serious as we think, just that Galatasaray are faking the injury not to lose him to injury when he comes playing for the Super Eagles. Look at the case of Cole Palmer, he played their last game against Brentford and before Sunday they was declared unfit to join the 3 Lions, same as Rice and some other players in the England squad I could not remember, they clubs are not ready to risk their key players so for Victor Osimhen it doesn't say anything different, the club is protecting him from my afcon injury, he is their main man and no time to take any high risk.

Referee decisions have been a long-standing topic of debate in Turkey, as you know. It's not wrong to say that Galatasaray is one of the teams that has gained the most points due to referee errors in recent years. I can say that this has had a positive effect for Galatasaray. There were some years when we won by a few points; as far as I remember, Fenerbahçe finished the league with 99 points and Galatasaray with 101, and we lost by two points.
