It two days already and of course medical examination has been carried out on him and according to transfer market updates, he got a muscle strain injury which will put him out for 29 days, four games will be missed within these number of days. His an important player for Besiktas, I hope it doesn't take this long, sometimes players recover before the recovery date given, if his lucky he will get back on his feet before this 29 days.

Injuries in football are big hurdles to players especially when that particular player in question serves as hugh influence and importance to a club. Injuries will make a player lose form and also missed good number of  league or country games. I'm not active when it comes to following up Seria A players and I'm just seeing this news now. So, according to what you say, he will be sidelined for nearly a month. Vlahović is highly talented and has made a significant contribution to Beşiktaş since joining the club. He created chances, scored goals, and was perhaps the signing who made the best possible start at Beşiktaş. Meanwhile on the aspect of Galatasaray team you are right the club has not been stable since then, actually it happen when there is nothing the team could do, Buruk has tried deferent means in other to get the force they needed but was not able to, the only time Galatasaray was comfortable on this league was those four times Osimhen was there. If it was on the time when Fenerbahce was a rival team Galatasaray would have been way below them.

I cant understand why the club decided not to step in to strengthen the squad, or at least not to find a replacement, even if he wasn't up to the task, but one who could at least temporarily fill the gap in the event of Osimhen's injury. That's why, when Osimhen isn't there, someone else has to play center forward, and their performance suffers.
