We can only predict who will replace Messi since we are not sure. Argentina has so many good forwards, but we will never know the next poster boy until they prove themselves. Getting an excellent free-roaming playmaker in the class of Messi would be good for the Argentine national team. Nico Pas is doing exceptionally well in Como. He is a promising young player who can fill Messi's shoes if he keeps improving.
I don't think Argentina will find a player who can replace Messi. The era of Messi in Argentina is over, and this is a new beginning. I believe Argentina should focus on improving the team rather than looking for someone to replace Messi. Attempting to replace Messi could set the team back, and if the person they are looking to as a replacement does not meet expectations, it could create problems for both the team and the fans. Let there be a new beginning for Argentina, and the team is already fortunate to have experienced players who are good, which I believe will help the team do well again.

Messi has retired from the Argentina national team. Messi's departure may have a lot of impact on the team, but we may not see this impact for a long time in the Argentina national team. Because Argentina has many good players and if we look at their team, we will see how strong they are and the biggest thing is that Argentina has got a coach who can be called one of the best in the world. Scaloni's creativity and intelligence in team building etc. have a big role in Argentina's success. However, if we see a few big matches, we will be able to understand how much impact Messi's absence has had on Argentina.
Messi made Argentina strong and now that he's no longer with the team, the team will drop form a little bit because he's the play maker and all the attackers depend on him for a better performance. They will miss him but they need to carry on and build a strong team without Messi so that, they can maintain the team standard. There is no one best player in a team, almost everyone in the team is the best in their respective positions. The team's form has not deteriorated with Messi's departure, I think Messi's place will definitely be filled by a better player, but we loved Messi's game, we liked Messi. We were quite satisfied with his performance. However, during Messi's time there was a well-organized team, now the team must be well-organized and give a chance to a good quality player to fill Messi's place, but this is a decision that the team will choose. Actually Messi was the best player in the Argentina team because you can see from his performance and statistics that he was more experienced than other players. The point is that he was the best playmaker in the Argentina team and he won many awards for his skills so I think Argentina may not find the right player to replace him. However it is a matter of which player can properly fulfill the responsibility that Messi played in this team because we can say the Argentina team has talented players but they will not be able to perform at the same level as Messi. Another thing you should note is that Messi has become the best player in Argentina and Barcelona, that is, he has tried to perform great in every match with his skills and has made the most assists in history but it is right now that this team needs to be well organized and this team will need a good quality player so that they can perform great in every match.

Can you point out a player in Argentina current team that has achieved half of what Mesii have achieved in football. Messi is like 3 in 1 player. Argentina must feel the heat take it or leave it.

My point is simply that when a team takes the field with eleven players, each of them excels in their respective position; Messi alone can never fulfill the roles of all eleven players. Each player is outstanding in their own right—though, of course, we must all acknowledge that Messi is a world-class player and the Argentina team will never find another player quite like him.

Messi's playing place may be taken by someone else, while many are saying the name of Nico Pas. But it is doubtful whether anyone else will be able to do the contributions that Messi used to make for the match in the future. Messi used to take the team forward through various contributions including chance creation, assists , dribbling, goal scoring and game control in a match. So it is not realistic to expect such expectations from a young player in the beginning. However, Thiago Almada's name has also come up as Messi's replacement. He is also a good enough player. When the next Argentina match , maybe we will see who is playing in Messi's place. Since Messi will not be there in the next matches. So, the forwards and midfielders should contribute together so that they can be responsible like Messi.
You're right, nobody expects Nico Paz or Thiago Almada to step in and produce Messi numbers immediately, that would be unrealistic. The reality now is that Argentina will have to adapt its entire system. Instead of relying on one individual to carry the creative load, the responsibility has to be shared across the entire midfield and forward line. Paz and Almada both have huge potential but the team's success moving forward will depend on collective teamwork rather than expecting a single young player to step into Messi's shoes. At least for now.

Sometimes a team needs that one player who motivates his fellow teammates to perform at their best level, for Argentina that player was Messi. Hence, we will watch Argentina play international games without Messi on the pitch, I'm not saying they will lose or automatically turn awful, but we will see their need to win decline, the eagerness and fighting spirits, we will see less of that in the team. Playing alongside Messi was worth fighting for on the pitch, the respect, leadership and wonderful moments on the pitch even when least expected is something that makes Messi different from any other teammates. Football is a teamwork which is true, for Argentina Messi was the link to every play, doing it without him anymore will feel different.

Football talent alone is not enough to succeed without a proper football system, organization and support. If African footballers and national teams had the football system, organization and finances of European teams, I think we would have an African national team as world champions by now. Considering all that has been said, it is actually fantastic what Morocco managed to do at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar when they managed to reach the semi-finals after eliminating very strong European teams, Spain and Portugal. At the last World Cup, Egypt impressed me above all. In the round of 16, they were leading 2:0 against Argentina and were very close to a big surprise and victory, but then Argentina somehow pulled through, with a lot of luck and a little help from the referee. Morocco was good again and so was Cape Verde. However, regardless of all these successes of African teams, I fear that we will still have a long wait for the first African team to win the World Cup and that the next few World Cups will be dominated by European teams, primarily Spain and France.

The Argentine team will have to produce another legendary player only then it will be able to reach a strong position. Just as Argentina was strong during the time of the late legendary player Maradona, the next generation was Messi but who will be the next legend? Maybe we will see him in the future.

There's talent to spare; we just need to find a way to do better with football associations. In every country, there are children and young people who play spectacularly but lack support. Messi was lucky enough to be spotted and taken to Barcelona. In this respect, things are like this in the world: only those with the best connections make it to national teams and big clubs. True talent is out there on the streets, in the children and young people who haven't yet been discovered.

In my opinion, there is no doubt for Argentina, even though Lionel Messi is no longer there for Argentina, throughout the history of the world cup Argentina has always emerged top players who have stood out throughout history. Argentina's history records back in the 90s when goalscoring machine Gabriel Batistuta's retirement was doubted just as people doubted the loss of Messi, just like today. In 1978, Argentina had a legendary captain, namely Daniel Passarella and Mario, a goal-hungry striker. The same thing happened when they retired, they were no longer in Argentina, In 1986 another legend was born who took the world cup by storm, namely Diego Maradona, the same thing happened when he retired, now in the modern era another modern icon was born, namely Lionel Messi. In essence, Argentina is always there football player to become a legendary football in the world cup, there is no doubt for the upcoming 2030 world cup for Argentina, they have the best goal scoring machines in history, such as Julian Alvarez, Martinez, Romero, Lisandro, Enzo and many more or maybe we don't know yet.

It may take ages for some players to come. But the Argentina team has enough good players who have the ability to take the team forward. Having a player like Messi in the team is a great advantage for the team. If the team has to be consistent, they must find an alternative to Messi, and that will definitely be added in the future. Moreover, if Argentina cannot produce good footballers, then they will not be able to maintain dominance in football. That is why good players will definitely come. Maybe Messi's perfect replacement will not be found in a short time but of course a better player can be found.

It's already in the works. Not sure if he'll ever reach Messi's level but Nico Paz looks like he could be the next #10 for our team. Unfortunately he didn't feature much in the World Cup since hes the direct replacement for Messi, but many here in Argentina are expecting great things from him. He was already voted the best young player in Serie A last season with Como. Now that Messi has "supposedly" retired, hell get much more playing time with the national team and who knows, in four years he might just be the revelation of the next World Cup. At least I hope so!
Messi is in a different category than any other player along with Cristiano Ronaldo. All the other players cannot be compared to two living legends, because then the pressure on them would be enormous. It is normal that even a Nico Paz will never be able to reach Messi's levels. However, he is a player with formidable qualities, who can still do very well and who could also take on Messi's role in the national team.

You've proven a point which makes lots of sense to me. I can't say anything more than waiting for national games to kick off. I sincerely want to watch Argentina perform, I matched Argentina's energy because Messi was there, I would really want to feel the same energy in his absence, the same game intensity, the techniques, and style of football when losing that feels like the match hasn't ended until the final whistle. With Messi leaving, some special moments cannot be replaced, just memories that would stick with us forever, while we discover players who would set their own footprints, create their own path and history with the club, Argentina can still compete on international levels.

I am also waiting to see a match between a strong enough national team and Argentina. Argentina has played without Messi in many matches before, maybe he was injured, but this time it will be completely different. During Argentina's matches, they would pass the ball to Messi around the box, because Messi would weaken the opponent's entire defense with dribbling and passing. Now I am more interested in seeing how the entire Argentina team will handle those situations. And I think that with Messi getting older, the Argentina team also knew that and he would retire very soon. So they may have already adjusted without Messi. Now all that remains to be seen is performance. Argentina has become a fairly balanced team in the last few years. Still, it is not possible to fill Messi's place with just one player. But if those who will play as a forwarder of Argentina are more responsible, then maybe they will be able to score goals to win their matches against strong teams even in Messi's absence.

It's already in the works. Not sure if he'll ever reach Messi's level but Nico Paz looks like he could be the next #10 for our team. Unfortunately he didn't feature much in the World Cup since he’s the direct replacement for Messi, but many here in Argentina are expecting great things from him. He was already voted the best young player in Serie A last season with Como. Now that Messi has "supposedly" retired, he’ll get much more playing time with the national team and who knows, in four years he might just be the revelation of the next World Cup.
In the 2022 Qatar World Cup, Argentina won the World Cup and through this, the legendary Messi's regret was removed, but Cristiano Ronaldo, despite being a great and talented player, has not yet won the World Cup trophy for his country's national team. This difference has created a lot of distance between Messi and Ronaldo. However, instead of arguing too much about who is the best, each talented player should show respect by maintaining excellence in their different positions. Cristiano Ronaldo holds the record for the most goals and will probably break the record of 1000 goals this season, but his only dissatisfaction may be not getting the World Cup trophy.

Cristiano Ronaldo holds the record for the most goals and will probably break the record of 1000 goals this season, but his only dissatisfaction may be not getting the World Cup trophy. One thing is individual achievements and records, such as the number of goals scored or individual awards such as the number of Ballon D'Ors won, and another is team achievements such as the number of World Cups or European Champions Leagues won. Football is a team sport, not an individual sport, and for team titles, the whole team has to be the best, not just one player, even if it's Messi or Ronaldo. Messi managed to win the World Cup simply because the Argentina was the best at that moment, in all positions in the team, and Messi was of course the leader of that team and led them to the trophy. With all due respect to Portugal, that team is still not at the level of Argentina, Spain or France, and although they have a lot of talented players in the team, they have always lacked something to make the final step at the World Cups. Therefore, it is unfair to compare the team trophies of Messi and Ronaldo and draw conclusions about who is better based on that criterion. There have been several top players in history who were the best in their time even though their teams have never won the world championship title in football, such as Eusebio, Puskas, Di Stefano, Cruyff, etc. Simply put, if your team is not good enough and of good quality, even if you are the best player in the world, you can't defeat your opponents and win international titles on your own. At the 2030 World Cup, we will probably see new young and big football stars, but as far as the teams are concerned, the favorites for the title will remain the same, Spain and France.

I know that Cristiano Ronaldo was chasing the world cup trophy also but unfortunately he was unable to get it and Messi getting the world cup in 2022, makes the achievement more competitive and a point of argument for their fans. The both pleated have been exceptionally good in recent years and have dominated the football game for some while and now, it's time for other young players to take over but they have become legends and will not be easily forgotten from our memories in the coming years for their contribution and efforts.

Obviously it's never easy when a champion of such caliber decides to leave the national team. Because this radically changes everything that surrounds him, starting from the national team itself, the club, the fans and the country you represent. But all the players sooner or later have to leave, because time passes for everyone, even for them.
