I think anyone coming here does need to see scoras own posts about things being a work in progress. It's obvious they are still working through a lot of things but trying to be proactive, i think your best communication will be through telegram.

This is not an investigation initiated or conducted by SCORAS. The flag comes directly from our external sportsbook/risk provider. Their risk-monitoring system identified activity on your account that requires them to review the betting activity before they clear the account.

As mentioned previously, this does not mean that we have concluded you were involved in multi-accounting, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity. It means that certain betting and play patterns triggered the provider’s risk controls, and they need to review those patterns.

This is also not something we normally encounter, which is why we cannot simply override the provider’s review ourselves.

Your profitability is not the issue here, and the amount involved is not particularly large from our side. We have absolutely no reason to delay a legitimate withdrawal simply because a player has won.

Regarding the timeframe, I expect that I should be able to give you a more concrete update on Monday, and hopefully we will have full clarification from the sportsbook provider by Monday or Tuesday. I don’t want to promise an exact deadline that depends on a third party, but that is the timeframe I am currently expecting.

I also agree with one important point you made: you should not have to come to BitcoinTalk to receive proper communication regarding your account. Our email/support communication needs to be better, and that is something we are actively addressing.

You’re completely welcome to continue updating the community about the case. All I ask is that we allow the sportsbook provider to complete its review, and we will be equally transparent when we receive their conclusion.

It's their way of making up for what recently happened, especially some users encounter a difficulty withdrawing their funds and even waiting for several weeks before they can finally be able to withdraw their funds.

Migration process of the website while they keep on running the website at the same time is not an easy thing to do. They even need to do things manually and make sure to attend to every issues as much as they can. Unexpected issues are bound to happen, they won't know it until someone raised it to them. Some issues might take more time, especially that they need to carefully verify each accounts to make sure nothing is missed.

it's definitely normal to be frustrated when affected for days or even weeks, but it's still a good thing that they continue to deal with the issues.
 

VIP & LEVEL / XP SYSTEM

The good news is that the VIP system and Level/XP system are now working for both existing users and new users.

This was one of the bigger items following the migration because we needed to make sure existing users were properly included instead of having the system working only for newly registered accounts.

IMPORTANT FOR EXISTING USERS:

If you had XP/progress on the old platform before the migration, please send me a PM here on BitcoinTalk with your username and User ID.

The same applies if you have already generated revenue/activity on the new platform during the period where the XP system was not yet fully active for existing users.

We will manually calculate and credit the XP that you are entitled to.

A few updates and clarifications from our side 🍌

First, regarding the 20% deposit boost that was given after the withdrawal case:

I want to clarify this because I can see a few people asking whether this is a normal promotion, whether a promo code is required, and what the maximum deposit is.

This was not a public promotion and there was no promo code.

It was a special gift from us because the player had waited longer than he should have for his withdrawal during the issues surrounding our migration/payment changes. We made a mistake on our side, he had to wait, and we wanted to make up for that inconvenience.

We actually never told him beforehand what percentage or amount he would receive. There was no minimum deposit and there was no maximum deposit communicated to him.

Internally, we had simply decided that whatever he deposited, we were going to add 20% on top as a free gift.

So, for example, had he decided to deposit $10,000, we would have given him an additional $2,000.

He only found out about the 20% after making his deposit.

So MuffinMaster is correct that this was essentially individual compensation rather than a normal repeatable promotion. It was our way of saying thank you for his patience and acknowledging that his experience should have been better.

We're not abandoning this idea.

Quite the opposite.

Recurring rewards are going to be an important part of the SCORAS reward ecosystem.

Monthly rewards are also part of what we're working toward.

We just don't want to announce percentages and calculations until the structure is finalized.

When we publish the exact structure, we want players to know that those are the actual terms rather than something we're going to change two days later.

Another area we're working on is sportsbook tournaments.

We think sportsbook players deserve more competitions as well.

We're looking at different ways of doing this, including leaderboard-style competitions where qualifying wagering/activity determines your position.

We want these tournaments to be competitive, transparent and worth participating in.

🍌 PAYMENT EXPERIENCE 🍌

Payments are another major focus.

Crypto gambling should be simple.

Deposit.

Play.

Withdraw.

It shouldn't require a manual explaining 15 different steps just to fund an account.

The direction we're working toward is a much more flexible crypto payment experience.

One of the concepts we're implementing and developing around is permanent/static deposit addresses for supported currencies and networks.

The idea is simple.

Instead of constantly creating a new invoice and entering exactly how much you're going to deposit, you have a deposit address associated with your account for that particular supported coin/network.

Send funds.

The payment system detects what arrived.

The corresponding account value is credited.

We're also working toward making currency conversion much more flexible.

For example:

Deposit BTC → value is converted into your selected account currency.

Play using your account balance.

Later choose another supported cryptocurrency for withdrawal → the corresponding value is converted for that withdrawal.

The goal is to make the cashier feel much closer to a modern crypto wallet/exchange experience while still maintaining the necessary wagering, security and compliance controls.

We're also looking at additional fiat options for selected markets.

Payments are one of those areas where we're going to continue expanding rather than considering the job finished.

We've also been making smaller changes around the platform.

Some of these changes might not make for a massive announcement individually, but together they make a big difference.

The migration wasn't perfect.

We had issues.

Some users had missing XP.

Some balances required manual reconciliation.

Some withdrawals took longer than they should have.

Some accounts had temporary restrictions.

There were UI issues.

There were payment changes.

There were situations where our communication should have been faster.

We could pretend none of that happened, but everyone reading this thread already knows it did.

What matters is what happened afterwards.

Missing XP has been manually restored for users who reported it.

In cases like AHOYBRAUSE and DabsPoorVersion, we even added additional XP because they had to wait.

Pending withdrawals have been processed.

We're now seeing users such as samo88 coming back into the thread and confirming subsequent withdrawals arriving within hours.

Platform issues continue being fixed.

The VIP system continues being improved.

The payment system continues being improved.

And we're continuing to build new features at the same time.

We're not claiming everything is perfect.

We're saying we're continuing to fix, improve and build.
