to compete in wager race competition like this, you are need more capital and even $10k might is high amunt for us, but it can be just a small money for whale or rich gmabler when competing against gamblers worldwide. i will not try to compete in this event, because it sounds impossible for me. it’s better to just gamble as usual and forget about this competition, but if you are prepared to spend more money to play for this event, go a head. hopefully next time, marketing team held this event specifically for forum members, in this case it might be worth it for participating for forum member.
People need to look at previous wager race and see how things go with a current wager race situation in leader board, so that they can see their chances or feel like no chance to finish a wager race in top positions of the leader board. If on a casino with many gamblers who have big fund and joined previous wager races, it's risky to join if you are only a gambler with small capital. Because there is almost zero chance to finish in top area and there is risk of losing your money through bets and wagering too. Experienced gamblers will take a look, pay attention in details, and take these things into careful consideration before they decide to join a wager race or skip that and wait for other opportunities in the future.

Since the majority of casinos market themselves as no KYC casinos, I think it would be best to be open with users in the terms and conqqqqqqqqditions by stating that KYC may be required for highaqqqq aqq. At least this will stop questions from users.
They are open about it in the terms and conditions. That's the point I am trying to make. The problem is that people don't read the T&Cs. They are long and bore them. They want to register, play, and hopefully win as soon as possible. Gamblers trust the marketing they see. They see no KYC and that's enough for them. If they took their time and actually read the terms, they would see that the casino they are playing at isn't necessarily no KYC at all. But like that meme says: " Ain't nobody got time for that."

I agree with you on most people not sparing the time to read the T&C of the casino they use and relying solely on what they see superficially. The reason people do this is the belive that they are playing fairly and wouldn't have problems like multi accounting, using illicit funds and others. Hence, there is the mindset that they may not be required to perform KYC since they play by the rules. But what people fail to understand is that you can play by the rules and still be asked to perform KYC of provide proof of funds and other information. Casinos do this especially when the gambler tends to win often.

I am ready to bet here, I like the idea very much and the prize here is quite good. There are only four days and a few hours left, you must be enthusiastic enough to test your luck here. Your luck must be suitable enough to win big, I will definitely win here so that I do not have to face regrets later, I am ready to test my luck.

When competing like in a wager competition, if there is no restrictions to the kind of slot games you can play, I know some high RTP games you can play for hours and you are not going to be losing money. Maybe each round can be $0.2 and you could play up to 300 rounds in one hour without having a severe loss. Most time you can time to auto which can be playing on it own in as much as your device screen is not going to turn off. You can play for hours and still maintain your balance.

Here, although this is basically a lot of money, there is a lot of joy hidden in the game. Maybe the number of prizes seems high, but only a few people will get this prize, so it is very difficult to win here. It is true that it will cost a lot of money to win here, but only those who are big gamblers are able to win these bets. However, gradually this game will become more popular among more forum members, because many people will participate in the forum to test their luck.

The biggest question is why do people like getting into these traps like almost 90% of people fall into the T&C for some time I had the opportunity to talk to some friend who has been into gambling for a longest time now and he told me that most people believe that if they play a fair game at the casino or follow the casino rules and regulations the casino would stay fair to them, and this is the part where most people fall into the trap of the casino after winning a huge amount, as humans it can be sometime boring to read over a full page of casino T&C for just a 30min bets, they most even ask how possible could can they read 20 pages of legal grammar…

Many skips on it and think they will be fine, since they are just doing their regular thing in the casino. But the problem is there are lots of hidden information which they need to know. That's why people usually fail to understand what's happening, because they made bad decision not to read the TOS. Its important and to avoid any issue better not to read it only when they encounter an issue. People should try to make it a habit that once they decide to register on a new casino. Better to read their rules first to understand what they are implementing in their platform. Many people argue that casinos usually have the same rules, but that's not make any sense, since as I said earlier each of them have hidden information which usually they hide in their TOS.

But the problem is, the T&C decides our rights if there is a problem with the casino including about KYC. Even if it feels boring, at least the important parts like deposit terms, withdrawal, and identity check should be read first. This way there is no surprise if identity verification is asked for again after a big win.

I get your points sir but for a normal casino, deposit, playing, and withdrawal are key factors to always look out for as this is all that is needed to rate a casino and to determine if they are trustworthy and except a casino has some hidden agendas, a normal casino isn't supposed to stress its players with these key things. I understand that, majority of gamblers find it difficult to to read the terms and conditions of a casino before jumping on it that is simply because they believe that the key factors I mentioned earlier aren't supposed to have any issues and concerning the issue of KYC, it will be more understandable if they ask customers for KYC while they're trying to deposit so they can seek ways to pass the KYC and then deposit and the not the other way round where they easily deposit but find it very difficult to withdraw which is always frustrating.

Casinos can be fair to players it they do not see your account winning more always but the moment they see the account always winning good amounts regularly they will look for a way to investigate the account to be sure if the owner is not cheating them in any way. Until a plyer is unable to withdraw from a casino after winning he will not understand the importance of reading the T&C.

What you said is true. Most gamblers rarely take their time to read the terms of conditions when they see the "NoKYC" signage on the homepage of these gambling sites, they usually read through when they're flagged from withdrawing after winning. That said, while we talk about the lazy habits of many casino users when it comes to reading through T&C's, I think some of these gambling sites intentionally design their sites in a way that'll be misleading from unsuspecting customers. They'll beautify the boldly written "NoKYC" on the main page but will still go on to add conditional KYC triggers in the paragraph 14 of their terms and conditions in their bid to keep it away from an average customer until the need becomes necessary.

That also depends on the license the casino is holding. Online casinos regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, for example, don't support cryptocurrencies. They are much stricter. They also require identity and address verification from the moment a player registers an account. I think the Malta Gaming Authority also didn't allow for their casinos to accept crypto for a long time, but that has changed in the meantime. I doubt that they have become more lenient on the question of KYC, though. You can never satisfy all sides. Many players don't want to undergo KYC. That's why they play on crypto casinos, with license authorities that aren't so strict with KYC. Some manage to gamble without ever doing it. Others don't. If crypto casinos introduced KYC from the start, they would make many players unhappy and lose out on customers. Many more players would be displeased than those who get asked to do shotgun KYC.

People should just stop being lazy on important things, for casinos to draft Tos, do we think they don't know what they are doing? any gambler that's creating an excuse for himself or herself for not finding it important to read the Tos should also be prepared for what may likely come, one thing about Casinos is that, they can hide some important part of the Tos in between the lines, so gamblers shouldn't be lazy to read Tos or make excuses for themselves, so that they won't be victimized, BTW, how will gamblers know that they are not going against the casinos rules when they didn't read the Tos?

Good observation. They have been very active here and their customers will be happy cause to see that they are also fast to respond anytime they experience any difficulty in their casino. So far nobody has reported that the casino has refused them from withdrawing their money after winning which is one thing that can discourage other players from playing but I do hope they are always active so that the moment they are called out on anything they will respond and resolve the matter immediately. Having a good reputation gives them more customers after creating a good awareness.

Allow me to welcome you to the forum. The UI looks very clean, and the games are already complete since you offer both sportsbook and casino games.
I think this is a good way for a new casino to start. Hopefully you can become one of the popular casinos here in the forum. Just keep the marketing and promotions active so more users will notice and try the platform.

Casinos do this especially when the gambler tends to win often. Yes most gamblers are very lazy to read those bogus writings about the casino and for that they missed a lot and later have problem with the casino. But the casinos in turn are not trying their best instead deceiving the gamblers in the announcement thread by saying that "No KYC". Why can't they make it clear from the announcement thread because most gamblers only read the information from the announcement thread and register in the casino and play. Gamblers like privacy and once the see that No KYC, they are motivated to join. But within casinos will ask KYC in some extend. The forum has to address this issue clearly.

I understand that they (TOS) can be very bogus but how about reading the headings of each rules and some part of their context atleast to get a glimpse of what they're talking about, don't people think that making their terms clear in the ANN is like exposing their thricks and driving away potential customers? They won't do that cause it's bad business strategy, they use ANNS to convince and attract potential customers not drive them away. If customers can do their own research and try reading the TOS to an extent they'll discover the tricks before making deposit.

Welcome to the forum spin.io. I hope you guys enjoy your stay here at Bitcointalk. As an experience gambler, it's wise to read the whole terms and conditions of any casino you wish to gamble on, in other to know the do and the don't before making deposits, so that future conflict will be avoided, because assuming things is mostly the cause of conflict between the casino and most user. Since you are talking about trick here, am curious to know what you think they may be hiding apart from saying that they are a no kyc casino, but once you are trying to make a big withdrawal, they will start asking for it. That's what almost all casino do this days, so I don't see it as a trick anymore if it's what you are trying to say.
