There are reasons aside from abusing the casino that some can use VPN for. It could be in cases where the person forgets his VPN is on and then accesses the casino, or it can also be in situations where the person values his privacy very well and doesn't want to get it exposed to the casino on cases where KYC is not mandatory, and the person also don't have to come from a country where gambling is prohibited or banned by the casino itself, people have different reasons to use VPN aside from abuse, but it should be only when the casino is VPN friendly.
The reason you gave about someone obliciously accessing the casino with VPN is not valid beause there is no way he can convince anyone that he forgot that the VPN was on. If the casino suspects violation, then someone who forgot that VPN was on and someone who deliberately use VPN will be regarded as commiting the same offense. Since most casinos forbids the use of VPN, before opening any casino, I ensure that VPN is off to avoid problems which usually comes when there is winning.
You are obviously not a regular VPN user because if you are, you are supposed to have accessed a casino while your VPN is on and that mistake is not something a casino should punish a player for. I have made such mistake on countless occasions and I remember being warned by the casino not just casino, even crypto exchange, once it's detected they will send a warning measure of your location being detected from either a restricted country or not your usual login place which you can then turn it off.

I have a suggestion for the Spin representative and I think it is time for them to provide a promo for users from bitcointalk.
At least that can attract many users here test your games and other features on your website. You can gain the interest of players from here such can make us become your constant players not just visitors since your casino has more than 7,000 games for variety of players.

That decision is entirely Spin's right because they're the ones who can judge whether the promotion is really necessary or not. Especially since they already have a 100% welcome bonus promotion, that should be enough to attract new players.

But if they want to create a special promotion for Bitcointalk, that would be really great too. Who wouldn't want an extra promo.

The Spin bonus is good and attractive enough to make players rush to register with them and they also have a campaign that is running in the forum which is another way of making their brand visible. If they wanted more promotioon they would have done some reviews there are so many players that would have tested their site and games in that process if they find their offers to be good they wouldn't want to leave them to another casino. They are also not late if they decide to add more promotions they have all the time to do that.

Your suggestion is not a bad one but I hope they will consider it so that many more people will be moved to start trying their games to see if they will be lucky. 7000 thousand different games is lovely I hope they have soccer games too because for someone who likes football games a little it would be good to see all the games including football. The welcome bonus given by the casino is good, review suggestions are good too but if they need to add more bonus to attract more players they should go ahead because once players see offers they can't resist you won't beg them to remain loyal to the casino.

I have been thinking about this multiple times on what it takes to break a casino rules. To break a casino rule, it is either you are playing from a country where the casino see as a big restriction or you are using multiple accounts. Anything apart from these two frequently known issues are not often seen as abuse on a casino.
Breaking casino rule on VPN is one common reason but usually genuine users who use VPN and break ToS will not likely break another thing: cheating casino with bets, win big and want to withdraw big money.

Usually when you see complaints from users and their accusations against casinos, then casinos release information like cheating, there will be multiple reasons and ToS violations like VPN use, multi accounting, and cheating in bets, tournaments, contests.
Maybe I'm going to add this also but I have used casinos that allow users to use VPN to access their platforms without any problem. I know that there are some casinos that are very strict when accessing their websites using a VPN and this may be to know those that may be gambling on their website from restricted zones.

There are still casinos that are taking advantage of their users due to the restricted location they are gambling from whether they are from such region or went their for vacation. It is important to check all regions restricted by a casino before using the casino and this also include people that like traveling so they don't become victim of restricted zones.

Online casinos utilize patterns and strategies based on user account behavior to identify gamblers who misuse their promotions, but unfortunately, there are no established models or guidelines to effectively pinpoint these abusers without the genuine gambler being affected in the process.
Casinos have their businesses to run and there are secrets in operation and management they will never disclose publicly. You can not expect casinos to make full reports on how they collect user data, and how they detect suspicious activities, and catch accounts that cheat and abuse their platforms.

These things are to protect their businesses and are big secrets they must hide from the public community including users and cheaters.

You can read sometimes accusations from cheaters, that stress casinos to reveal more information, more details on how they caught cheating activities, but surely as said casinos refuted to do release such details.

Yeah that happened to me many times, i think it’s not acceptable if u play using the vpn while it’s clearly mentioned in the tos to not use a vpn while gambling, and i think the thing behind restricting  the usage of a vpn, is when someone use it from a place already restricted or banned by the house

Most casinos don't allow VPNs, and if KYC is required, it would be better to avoid using one.
Reading the Terms of Service doesn't take long. Dealing with support and trying to withdraw your money takes far more time. In my opinion, it's much better to spend a little time up front and avoid potential problems.
KYC or no KYC, you must check their casino terms about VPN use first because if their terms don't allow VPN use for any reason, you will have big troubles even if there is a no KYC term.

No KYC can be a first thing you check on a casino if you are a big fan of no-KYC but after that, checking term about VPN is a next important step if you use VPN very often.

VPN is good for privacy but if you have a habit of always start VPN application when your device is boosted, and always turn VPN on, you might visit a casino that does not allow VPN, then you will have big troubles with account and most important your fund.
I usually gamble on my desktop. The main reason is that I don't use a VPN there.
At the same time, I often see that VPNs are prohibited, but in practice casinos don't seem to check. I think it's just a way of saying they don't approve of VPNs. Maybe I'm wrong, but I've never had any issues using one. Of course, that doesn't mean it's always safe.

When I read the ToS, I mostly try to find restrictions on my usual actions. We can't change the ToS, and the main rules will be the same for most casinos. But there are some points that differ. For example, withdrawal rules and country restrictions. Such rules differ from casino to casino, and if I don't like them or have to break them at this casino, it would be better to find another one.
It's literally not compulsory to read an entire casino's terms and conditions, because it's always bucky, but moreover when i visit a new casino, there are key section of the terms and conditions I don't always joke, and thats in respect to the restricted countries, it's policy regarding the use of VPN, and that of KVC as the primary things I always check when I visit a new casino. While the others are secondary, because inasmuch as a casino is legit and reliable, I don't mind it having low withdrawal limits, inasmuch as it's a reasonable amount. But moreover, this approach may differs with respect from one gambler to another, which is actually understandable. Because what's important is the authenticity of a crypto casino.
Country restrictions, withdrawal rules, VPN, KYC - if I have an issue with any of these, I don't bother reading the ToS. If everything checks out here, then I read the whole ToS, or at least try to. I'm not sure it's still necessary after two or three of them, but it's a habit of mine.

What happens when you finished reading the terms of service, and you find some clauses that you are not comfortable with. Will you contact the platform that you don’t like certain clauses that you saw in their terms of service, and you want them to change it. Do you think they will listen to you? Why most people don’t bother reading the terms of services is because they know it won’t change anything. The casinos made those terms in a manner that it will suite them. They are just interested in you ticking that little box, and go with that they have provided. The only way more people will get interested in reading those terms is,  if the casinos are assuring the public that whatever clause they are not comfortable with, that they will make changes.
A casino can definitely not change clause on their ToS because of one customer, if they start it then they might end up doing it everyday for everyone which is not possible.
As a player, after going through the TOs of a casino and you don’t feel comfortable, it is better to move to another casino which you’re okay with their policies. It good to have this understanding to avoid issues in the future like withdrawal issues and also to be on a safer side.
Is that how you will be moving from one casino to the next one if you are the one that checked the terms of the casino and you are not satisfied with what you read there. I don't know how these casinos are fixing theirs terms but I think they may have something similar with each other. There are several casinos you can use to bet and if you are looking for good and satisfactory terms you will never get anything and you will keep moving from several casinos.

Yeah but at the moment that the user cheats he should be ban’ed instantly, if u let the user deposit money into ur casino with the intention to freeze his funds even, we can call this stealing
Legitimate casinos do not allow deposits, only to freeze it. Why it may look that way is that most crypto casinos allow users to just deposit funds and immediately start playing, no KYC, no nothing. KYC usually comes to play when they suspect the player of something or when they win a big amount, and it is normal for players to feel hard done by, when this happens.

And yes, if a player is found to be cheating, the casino immediately bans the user.
Many of these casinos are trying to protect themselves from problem and that is why they have all those regulations so they can know who is cheating them and who is serious and ready to abide by their rule. Casino does not ban a user for nothing, there must be a reason for making a user feel the effect of what they have done which has contradicted their contract with the casino.
All of us playing games on a casino and clicking to acknowledge the terms of the casino have made us have binding contract with the casino and when we break their rules, the casino has the rights to punish the player.

Casino is their business so they try to be as fair as possible with the players and sometimes even if the players violate any rules they try to correct the players. Because if it is too strict, the gamblers will not make repeat deposits and will leave that platform. That is why the management team of the casino platform always tries to give the players a better experience so that once they gamble, they return there again and again. And in this case they use different business models. However, they ban many players if they continue to abuse there a lot. And they have the right to block the user's account if they violate the rules.

I concur that certain words and secrets should not be disclosed by casinos or their representatives in order to maintain greater integrity and avoid the possibility of casino cheaters using the information against their platform in the future. Besides, online casinos always prioritize anything that will give the house an advantage. However, what I mentioned is what casino researchers use, even though I'm not sure how they do it or what software they use.

You know that if such information is exclusively for the casinos, some casinos might conjure something like that and use it against some genuine users who might have gotten outstanding winning in their platform. I am just curious to know if there is a point in which the player will be satisfied that the casino actually proved that he violated their terms of service.

If using the VPN can be of help for someone in a restricted area then it would be a fair one, but then before you start using through the VPN  you should very sure that you can actually use VPN and will not have troubles during  withdrawal which is the time most casinos tend to bring out a whole lot of rules just to stop people from retrieving there funds.
As a traveler I simply will advice that before you go to a city first of all you ask questions about that city and know what you can use there and what you can not use in other to be on the safer side.

It's similar to how the US government shuts its borders with Mexico to curb illegal immigration; there’s no way the rules put in place won't unintentionally impact genuine individuals.
There are softwares casinos ar using to catch abusers of their platform and this is important to safeguard their casino from frequent abusers. If casinos don't have these features on their platform, it will be very hard to know those that are on their platform to cheat and making profit before moving to the next casino they will exercise their cheating abilities.

Most of the times this strategies capture more genuine people than the so called abusers I don't think this strategy can hold up to a significant percentage of of the abusers at the end of the day. But I understand that this casinos try to put in there best to see that they totally wipe out the wrong seeds among the casino users and more importantly since they do that with caution so they won't also affect they wrong people,  it then makes it a very difficult task at the end of the day.

I don't think they share all the information even with mediators. They will show the mediator the proof they have and point them to the part(s) of the Terms & Conditions that the player has violated, but I doubt they will lead the third-party through the process of acquiring the proof and disclosing their methods.

Let's say a casino bans you for something that happens very often like bonus abuse and multi-accounting. The mediator will probably be shown that obuoma used his obuoma account + an obuoma2 account from the same IPs or devices, claimed welcome bonuses on both, abused betting restrictions, etc.

Companies will never share all information about their customers because it's not necessarily and it is only harmful for their platforms too. From shared information, mediators will know more about both customer in case and the company platform, so if there is unnecessary information to close the case, the company will not share it to mediators.

Clearly that if mediators need more information, they can request the company to share more, and at that time, the company will consider about it and decide to share more information requested or not.

.
As a traveler I simply will advice that before you go to a city first of all you ask questions about that city and know what you can use there and what you can not use in other to be on the safer side.

Personally this should never be a problem to me because before I make use of vpn to explore any casino, I first try to look at the terms and conditions to be certain if it's a vpn friendly casino. And if am a traveler, and business takes me to different places, and I wishes to gamble, all I have to do is to check that my casino if it supports the user there, but if it do not, then looking for a casino that do, is the logical thing to do because ignorance and a proper understanding of a casino terms is one of the main reasons most gamblers thinks that a casino is trying to defraud them of their winnings.

Though their are some bad casino, because they tend to know that vpn is not accept, but they will let you to continue gambling,  but the moment you won and you try to make a withdrawal, that's when they will inform you of your wrong doing and withhold your winnings.

In the event of a third party audit, do you feel the casino is obligated to release their method of arriving at a violation?
I'd simply say that the idea is to be as transparent as they possibly can during mediation, and that could entail only revealing sensitive information about the case that would obviously never be revealed in public. I also think the extent to which a casino reveals this information depends on the reputation of the ADR, if they are big or fast-growing, and have a good track record, the casino would have no problems sharing proof with them.

There are softwares casinos ar using to catch abusers of their platform and this is important to safeguard their casino from frequent abusers. If casinos don't have these features on their platform, it will be very hard to know those that are on their platform to cheat and making profit before moving to the next casino they will exercise their cheating abilities.
If the softwares are very good at catching casino abusers then they should not wait until the user has successfully cheated and gotten some gains before denying him access to his account the abusers should be reported before he carries out more transactions in the site. In recent times almost all the cheaters that has been caught breaking the rules of the rules of the casinos are caught when they had already made money ready to withdraw their money the casinos should always not let them go that far to play before blocking them to avoid going into dragging and arguments with the cheaters.
