I don't know how abuse on a casino really works but I am quite in dispute to ask why a casino will not tender a reason for accusing a user without telling the user what offense they have broken. At least when you know your offense, you will want to be extra careful next time so that you don't want to allow the small mistakes that had happened before to befall you. A user has the right to ask a casino of what offense he might have committed and the casino is in obligation to tender such reason for peace to rain.
The casino has its rules and regulations, and a gambler who has gone through them knows when they abuse the rules of a casino. A gambler who didn't go through the rules and regulations of the casino, when they act contrary to the casino's policies, will face immediate action. At this point, they will need to investigate what could be the cause and revisit the terms and conditions. Casinos don’t need to inform gamblers when they break the rules because every gambler is expected to know the rules and understand when they go against the terms and conditions of a casino. Yes the casino could have rules and regulations but then it takes a meticulous user to carefully read through all the casino's rules and regulations however, if this so called crime committed by the user is indicted in there rules and regulations that still doesn't mean that the casino does not owe an explanation for restricting a user or banning a user because this things are needed for clarity sake and for others too who intend to make use of the casino to learn from the mistakes of others and navigate towards the right path. We all know the casino has rules and regulations but the truth is that even though someone reads this rule and regulation and later on their account gets restricted for violating a rule, despite having read through the rules, some persons might still be confuse on what rule they’re violating because to them it might be that they’ve actually kept to the rule. So it better when a casino accuse a player of violating rules, the rule violated should be stated out for them, since it might actually be something done non-intentionally, so the player will be aware.

Truth, if i commit a crime, i expect that am told my offense so i either appeal if accused or take precautions so I don't repeat same thing in another platform with similar policies, so it's good that casinos open up to customers instead of banning or restricting them without telling them their offenses. Justice should be fair and not done biasly. Afterall their terms and conditions can be very long and sometimes very tough for people to understand it all.

It is normal that the casino would assume that players do read their terms before signing up on their platform and by experience, the should also know that not all players do read terms as some see it as too boring because of the lengthy pages and write up which I for sure know that casinos have ideas about it so in that case, when a player requests to know why they were blocked or banned maybe suspended from their platform, they should let them know the offense they have committed so they would apply caution next time even if they choose to noit play with them anymore.

Usually, when people register accounts, at the end of account registration, there will be one or two checks to confirm that people already read and agree with ToS. With Spin.io, https://spin.io/en?open-auth=register it is like People can read or not read but it's not matter with a casino. If users already check on Agree, what will happen with activities and accounts later will be all based on Terms & conditions and Privacy policy.

I noticed that they paused the signature campaign after two weeks. I think they will resume it sooner after evaluating the importance of promotional campaigns within crypto community especially for a casino promoting itself as a privacy casino. It is exactly what community is looking for. But if your country of origin is approved to use a casino without restrictions, you don't have anything to worry about with VPN usage.
Not always true and it depends on the casino you are playing and how understanding and tolerant they are. If the usage of VPNs is prohibited on a casino then if you use one to access it, even if your country is not restricted, the you may face troubles if you get caught. It doesn’t matter if your country isn’t on the restriction list, you still violated the terms of service of the casino and they have the right to take action against you. If they let it go, it’s just because they are being tolerant. And being tolerant is not in their favor because it might open the door to critics if someone get punished of using the VPN. Usually casinos aren't tolerant with VPN use even when it is not clearly stipulated in the TOS because there is no valid reason to do so from an instructed country unless the user is multi accounting. If a casino is promoting itself as a VPN friendly and have a restricted list of countries then it is contradicting itself and can't be trusted because of unprofessionalism.

Usually signature campaigns need a quite long time to show effects like more than one month, even longer but it's not wrong to run a 2-week signature campaign. Companies have different marketing budgets so they have to run marketing differently. If the team is cooking something new for their platform, new products, new games, new features, they can wait till such things launched to run another marketing wave, possibly including another signature campaign. Look at those successful casino running a signature campaign. They operate or manage to make it for long term, since it helps for to sustain their exposure. If they are cooking some new things, I guess much better if they decide to continue running their campaign. Because it can actually help making their new offerings visible. But who knows maybe they are trying different approach now and try to offer other interesting things to their community. Also you provide a great thread and for sure those things are helpful not only with them, but also for other casino operators.

To be honest there are things most casino are not getting right over here because they though immediately they launched over here and ran signature campaign they would start seeing their dividends without them knowing that things doesn't work that way over here, at least they should be able to keep running their campaign for nearly 4 months to 1 year only then they would be able to see results from their campaign after they have truly proven to transparent and trustworthy enough. But most of them just have it at the back of their mind that once they launched here automatically they would see people trooping their site without them knowing people are only watching to see how reliable to could for long term before using them. For instance, someone like me doesn't just jump into any gambling site without me examining them to know if they are worth using.

While I think it is not the case with spin.io casino because they decided yo adjust the budget before they suddenly paused the campaign, I agree with your opinion. Some casinos come here to bitcointalk thinking that running a promotional campaign, signature campaign particularly, will bring traffic to them immediately and they will start generating profit from day one. It is a sign of ignorance about forum utility because it has no difference from other social media platforms in terms of exposure. In facebook or TikTok, as much ads you expose for as long as you can, as much good result you reach in long run. Running a signature for only two weeks will bring nothing as exposure due to the high competivity with other casinos running campaigns.

You are right here, some casinos are tolerant while some are not irrespective of the fact that your country is casino friendly, as long as they do not accept the use of VPN, you have violated their terms for using it. This is why it is good to read terms of usage properly before playing so one does not assume just because they are in a country that is casino friendly and they think they can do some certain things which they think isn't a thing of concern just because they reside in countries where casino and gambling is legal. Casinos do take thing's of this nature serious because they already made it clear on their ToS so why wouldn't they take advantage of such situations to get more benefits from the defaulter as it avails itself.
Casinos are tolerant when there is nothing to gain. Imagine you win $100k from a casino using a VPN for access, then the casino finds out about it. Do you think they will tolerate it and allow you to withdraw the money you won? Most casinos won't stop you from using their site with a VPN, provided that you did not win a dime from their site. Using the person to keep traffic in the casino.

That's quite a lot of redundant over-heres. But, yeah. I get what you're trying to say. It takes time and some expenses to get things rolling smoothly within this forum. But hey, you can't really blame them for trying out a few marketing strategies, like a quick signature campaign. I guess right now, the Spin team is just evaluating the results of the recently ended signature campaign, whether the overall cost is enough to justify whatever ROI they got from it. What I would suggest, though, is for them to launch small giveaways while their signature campaign isn't active. It doesn't need to have epic prizes; maybe $20 to $50 would do. Run that weekly just so this casino stays relevant and keeps getting exposure.

If a gambler considers the policy of a service which they want to use to be lengthy, then that's their own fault. Their ignorance leads them to breaking casino rules and if there is to be punishment, the casino usually quote just that part of the policy which the player breaks, no matter how busy I will say it's important to read the policy of what ever service that concerns money, no need to rush.

Such actions from a casino is not professional, but rather I think that it's fraudulent for them to act in such a manner, because when the gambler is using vpn to gamble and be losing, they did not stop him, or inform him that vpn is not allowed, but when he finally won a huge amount of money, that's when they realize that vpn is not allowed, is that not fraud? I know that the user may be breaking the rules of the casino, but for the casino to allow him to gamble uninterrupted with vpn, even though they knew that it's not allowed, they no longer have any right to deprive him of his winning because he did not stop them from taking his money when he was losing either.

It's quite shady if casinos don't require KYC when user registers account, before user funds an account wallet, during bet experience on the casino, and only pull KYC out when user wins, wins big and want to withdraw money. Because if a casino wants to Know Your Customer, let's do it at beginning. Giving users freedom to use casinos without KYC, and have no issues with that if user fund account, bet to lose money, but only raise that KYC concern and request when they don't want users to withdraw money. They can simply have KYC at registration and before allowing users to fund accounts. Then users can bet and withdraw money easily, then if it's a big win and big withdrawal, there might be further investigation and advanced KYC, it's acceptable.

It is true that VPN help to bypass a lot of restrictions and other threats that could stop a user from accessing or having full control of his information made private, same way it also limits the casino in terms of keeping proper data of clients in there platform, and it's again regulatory policies that governs the casinos. We should also note that the use of VPN can expose the device to malicious phishing that could be dangerous to the user and hackers can penetrate by getting information on the device.

So true and unfortunately the only solution for that is to only play on well known casino that dosn’t require kyc for nothing, personnelly i have my own list and when im willing to test a new casino i always do it with small amounts and if i play a win something and after everything goes well then i may add it to my list

I remember that i played before on a casino that restrict using vpn but they haven’t required any kyc, but the thing is that inused a premium vpn (nord vpn) so i wonder if there is a difference by using a public vpn and a premium one like nord vpn

It's quite shady if casinos don't require KYC when user registers account, before user funds an account wallet, during bet experience on the casino, and only pull KYC out when user wins, wins big and want to withdraw money.
I wouldn't call it shady, because that is what nearly every casinos does, calling it shady would mean 9 out of 10 crypto casinos are sketchy and i don't think so. Truth be told, i hate it when a casino is popular for rolling out the KYC request whenever a player wins a good amount in their platform, even when there is nothing suspicious, that kind of action can be called shady. These casinos try to create a seamless onboarding process, that's why they don't ask for KYC at the beginning. And i think players would choose these kind of casinos, over those that try to implement full KYC from the beginning, so i'm not sure too many platforms would want to do that and lose players in the process.

Casinos will ask you to do KYC before they process the withdrawal, they want to know who their customers so they don't make a mistake. Using VPN sometimes becomes double-edge for us because we want to hide our identities but in other time, if we win much, casinos will asking us to do KYC. In this matter, it is better we don't use VPN if we want to use casino to make money but we must read the terms and realize the risks. Sooner or later, casinos will request their members to do KYC because the government watching them and that is already happened.
For a KYC casino it is not wrong for them to demand to know their customers either during the registration of the users account or during withdrawals but it becomes a problem when a no KYC casino demands such verifications when they know that the customers are trying to withdraw their money they look for different means to deny them of that access which is bad. For the VPN, users should verify if their the casinos they intend to user accepts people from their country if they must use the VPN it's good to confirm that also cause most casinos will deny users access the moment they realize that they have violated any rules.
