An investment is not just a license. You are actively participating in the financial success of a business venture as a stake holder and financial beneficiary. Do you really want to keep this going? I think Josh should make it a point to make the Bitcoin conference he obviously feel he did nothing wrong. I would love to see him go there and try hawking his wares.
