Really?  Ron has been working on bluedrops for 2-3 months i heard and you think it doesn't deserve community involvement?  Stop being biased. This isn't a copy paste faucet with a cute little animation, although the animation part is pretty clever.  If anything, it has progressed the forum.

We have to spread the word otherwise we won't reach 100 satoshi anytime soon.  So keep spreading the word.

lol.. You are totally biased.

Says the guy who advertises in his profile name: "Compete against other players for crypto prizes."

and when others are quoting to it, I have no control if others want to tag along quoting the launch it shouldn't bother you.

+1 to this. I totally agree. What do you suggest?  I know one member here had great ideas about marketing in Las Vegas.

I'm willing to help with spreading the word too.

There needs to be a summarization of where the project is and where it is going.  I've been mining this coin although I have no idea whats going on.  I know there is a coin drop going on and I got some free coins out of that.  I also know this coin is not new and I have market data spreading at least several months back.  My lack of insight as to what happened to price and history of this coin make me uncertain and uncertainty is bad for markets.  I think this uncertainty needs to be displaced by novelty and enthusiasm.  Most of all, we need information and trust that someone is steering the ship with a strong grip.

Disable any AV/Firewall while you synch.

If that doesn't help make sure you deleted the old database in the BlueCoin appdata folder so that it can resynch cleanly.

Same problem here...
Delete the blkindex.dat & blk001.dat located in  ~/Library/Application Support/bluecoin .

Then try resynchronizing.
