in my opinion it needs a deterrent to the sale of a large number of coins that people prefer to save and sell interest only, and does not sell all of accumulation.
otherwise you will be able to restrain the fall in prices if people will be selling a large number of coins?
If people know that someone can sell a large quantity of coins at a high price, then why maintain a high price?
if there are services that will use the DMD, and they will be popular, then the price can rise.
otherwise why would I buy an expensive coin knowing that someone will be able to sell supposably 100k coins and just forget about it. and people will stay with cheap coin that nobody needs.

if the annual interest rate do not provide sufficient income then people sell all their coins at a high price and it will be the end of the coin.
example:
somebody has 1000 coins
after reduction of interest it will be about 4-4.1 DMD per month
4DMD x 5$ = 20$ per month
or
1000 x 5 = $ 5,000 $

10K dmd:
40DMD x 5$ = 200$ per month
or
10000 x 5 = $ 50,000 $

how you think that people  will choose?

so when i estimate 5$ then its not a expensive price spike but

I agree with the cryptonit.
People invest money in real estate, jewelry and antiques.
This it seems counter-intuitive, but here it is important to understand that this is a rare diamond digital asset.
Over time, the value of antiques is only growing.
The same thing will happen with DMD.
Just now it is hard to call any exact date.
In many ways, of course the price increase will depend on market and services that will be the creation of this coin around.
In my opinion, today, inflation in DMD is high enough to turn the game real business.
When we come to reduce the award, it will have a positive impact on the market.

We have all seen that the diamond market there were people who sat and waited for the time to lose your coins and go out (last sale of 70 thousand DMD).

Do you have a SSD in your computer? I have an intel SSD and it takes less than 30 sec to load the wallet...

a SSD is  superior and will give ya a great boost

it can make crazy difference did hear stories from  20 min to below 60 sec when upgrade to a SSD
