Looking at past BTC corrections DMD tends to Outperform BTC. Your BTC will increase even though both prices will drop, given you have paired DMD/BTC. They will drop unproportionally.

I am a fan of DMD, there is only 1 Diamond, only the name alone says enough, have faith in the project and it's only a matter of time before this coin will climb mega. Just a pitty I did not bought them from the beginning stages. Would not be surprised if this coin will be worth hundreds of $ in 5 yrs from now.

Yeah, network weight is increase every day so it gonna be harder for staking from now on.

But why? Number of staking addresses hasn't increased so drastically (25%). Maybe more coins participate in PoS?

and ~20000 more DMD in POS each month which will slowly increase difficulty

and each single DMD will grow in value even more because its harder and harder to produce new ones

So the staking and masternode parity is happening just a bit before the initial projects - which I assume is a sign of the popularity of DMD.

I'm with you my friend, I've been a big fan of DMD for over a year now and I have a lot of confidence in the team behind this great coin. I also believe its only a matter of time before we see DMD at $50+ in the near future and even more in the longer term, this is why I continue to stake even though I don't own a whole lot of DMD.
