yes, sqlite is nice code but not suitable to store a blockchain.
beside speed, predictable fetch timing and execution costs when chaining key requests are vital and a big plus for kv.
while leveldb is well known, there are many other kv's available to choose from. good to hear you are using kv.

btw, is there any running testnet accessible for external devs?

There's a testnet that's WIP at the moment: https://github.com/mikezackles/bitmonero/tree/testnet - there's still a bit that needs to be done before it's merged in, but it'll be quite soon as there's stuff that needs testing on testnet.

I agree.  Not very professional for an exchange to advertise a Pump campaign.  Makes the coin look like just another pump and dump which after yesterdays trading some would say it already is.

I agree.  Not very professional for an exchange to advertise a Pump campaign.  Makes the coin look like just another pump and dump which after yesterdays trading some would say it already is.

Can anyone provide a 32bit blockchain bootstrap file that is even a week old ?

Monero blockchain download is giving me hell for my 32bit Windows 7 system.

At 17days out of date the download has been stuck for the past 24hrs. Here is my current output from the deamon.

I've heard it said that bitmonerod can be persuaded to run on Win32 by enabling PAE, but I dont recall anyone saying they have actually done it, so might be a struggle finding a blockchain to download

Even if you find one to download you won't be able to load it without configuring your own windows to support a larger memory space (I think this involves PAE and/or /3GB), so you might as well figure out how to do that and then just sync the blockchain yourself. 17 days won't take long, especially since that is after the pool dust issue was fixed.

17days is not the issue...its that the blockchain download is stuck.. I just figured out how to enable PAE [BCDEdit /set PAE ForceEnable from cmd prompt][and am trying to see if this makes any difference in forcing the blockchain to download]
