12 mil was just bought up on AllCrypt a while ago pushing the price up to 30...

If someone else wants another 12 mil it would clear everything available right now up to 42.

Is there a place that people sell mining gear? or is it just an ebay kind of thing/word of mouth?

I haven't seen too many people selling gear, but it has to be happening someplace.

yeah I wonder about that - all the hype around ASIC over the past few months, everyone buying $10,000+ miners for SCRYPT!!!

Whoever bought one would have to be pretty p*ssed off that scrypt mining is basically dead now? I have'nt seen a new scrypt coin in ages.

So I thought I would try something new and different. We all love the jackpot right? Well I want to bring that 'winning feeling' to more people, so I'm going to implement the following on my pool.

- Fees will now be 2%, these will be held as the pool jackpot fund.
- Every Saturday @ 12AM EST I will draw a winner and pay them all the fees from the pool.
- Number of draw entries will be based on number of shares submitted that week * the number of rounds taken part in since the last draw, so the more consistently you mine at the pool the more chance you have of winning the prize. Small miners that stay at the pool all the time will have shares worth much more than a big miner that hops in and out of the pool.

The more people that mine at the pool the bigger the prize fund. Hope people like the idea, I think it fits with the spirit of JackpotCoin.

kebabman, what about pooljackopt on Hash@Me? When it will start and will it start ever? Smiley That was very attractive idea... Wink

I just tried to withdraw some of my DRK profit to spend on JPC voting, but haven't received any withdrawal confirmation email.

What's going on ?

Mintpal says it's been sent. Anyone else experienced delays in invoking the withdrawal and receiving the confirmation email ? I never have.
