Edit: this block has value Jackpot-90000(standard block value). So it's minted difference between Superblock and a standard block I guess...

I managed to pool mine 10 JPC with one of my old CPU's (Core Duo 1.6Ghz) Tongue So now I have 10 JPC, that's all. Wink

I didn't manage to get GPU-miner working, I got error -43 all the time:

[0:38:42] Kernel JackPotCoin(AdvSHA3) is experimental.
[0:38:42] Error -43: Building Program (clBuildProgram)

Now I'm thinking - if difference in block value must be minted as proof-of-stake, so does the pools parsed this correctly?  Huh Maybe we will never know...  Roll Eyes

I guess, that the block, that was a winner is displayed as a simple 90000 block. And only after it POS generates another block with value of difference of JP-90K. So we will never see that pos block in the pool as pool shows only POW blocks.
Correct me if i'm wrong. But this can mean that we will never know if a pool hit the superblock. And it will depend on pool owner if he will share the pot with others...

This is how the true random works: when the people find the lucky block (indicated by its hash), he will be paid by a normal payout 1st (90,000 in this case - because at the time when the value of a block is defined, we don't know the blockhash yet). Now at next block, we will verify the previous block hash, if it matches the superblock, then we send (jackpot - normal-payout) (in this case 89,910,000) to the address that received the previous block.

This ensures that's no cheating in the random process, as no one will know what is the lucky one until it happens.

So the one who gets block 26550 got the jackpot!
